    Chris did an amazing job installing and replacing 3 faucets for us! Chris was polite, efficient, and even went out of his way to go to the hardware store to get a correct part when we had bought an incorrect part for our faucet. He was incredibly kind about us having a dog as well. Very fair pricing! We have had multiple plumbers from other companies come out to work on our house but never again! We will always use Steady Flo from now on! Brannon also was incredibly helpful and professional. 10/10!

    Chris was here sooner than expected and got right to work. He was quickly able to find the source of a leak behind drywall in the kitchen that accounted for water flowing in the hallway over the tile floors. While doing the repair he found two more leaks and fixed these too! The work, from assessment to clean up was done competently, efficiently and at a reasonable price!! Chris is a Master Plumber and a gentleman and I really appreciate his work. I would call upon Steady Flo and Chris again without any reservation! Thank you!!

    We just bought a house and moved in over the weekend, all of a sudden nothing would flush or drain and it was causing water to back up in sinks, toilets and tubs. I called Steady Flo and they sent someone right away. Chris and Chase were life savers, they were able to find the problem right away and fix it. These two guys were understanding, respectful and after a holiday they were ready to tackle our problem. I will continue to use these guys if any plumbing issues come up and recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys so much for fantastic service.

    SteadyFlo technicians (Nick and Kenneth) came out to my home due to clogging issue. They could have just charged me the normal fee, but Nick sensed there was a bigger issue by my statements. He was able to find that my pipes had deteriorated under my foundation in my bedroom. This caused the constant back up issues of water and flooding due to no plumbing lines running to my septic. I appreciate their transparency and hard work. They were able to get the issue fixed in a matter of days. If they had not looked a little deeper, I may have had to pay even more money with little results for reoccurring issues. I would recommend them to anyone having plumbing/ septic issues.

    Steady Flo Plumbing team member, Chris G. is his name per the notifications received prior to him arriving. I asked his name and he informed me of it but it slipped my mind unfortunately so I had to truly get it from the notification received from the provider beforehand. Haha. But he was great!! I informed him of the issues I was having with our home toilet, he came in and checked it out and informed me of my options depending on how severe things were. He explained what he was doing as he was performing the services so that I understood exactly what he was doing and luckily my situation was a simpler resolve with his help b/c prior to calling a plumber I tried all the home remedy tricks. The pricing was not horrible, it just sucks when things like this happen at bad timing, but everything turned out great, and Iā€™m happy with his work. He was respectful of my home when entering and exiting even to the lengths of placing the tool used in a store bag to prevent drippings through the home after services. Thank you Chris. I appreciate your kindness and your help. I will indeed recommend and use their services going forward in the future if needed.

    Two gentlemen arrived early on Saturday morning and had my problem fixed in no time! They had the parts they needed on their truck so there was no wait at all. The gentlemen were very friendly and polite. I was very comfortable with them at my home while my husband was at work. I hope I donā€™t have anymore plumbing issues, but if I do, Iā€™ll definitely call Steady Flo again!

    Steady Flow has done excellent and timely work on all plumbing issues from clogged toilets to recently replacing water heater. Very good communication for when they will arrive to do the work. Overall great experience! Have tried other plumbers and they just havenā€™t stacked up to Steady Flow. Will certainly be my go to plumber from now on.

    Called Steady Flo Plumbing after having one of the larger companies came out.1. The other company wanted $79 to show up and then charge me almost double what Steady Flo Charged.     I wanted to share our experience with anyone having a plumbing situation! We had a very bad issue, there was a huge blockage in the pipes that lead from the house to the sewer. The pipes were old and made of terracotta! The team came in and did a great job very quick! I want to especially shout out Jordan for his exceptional service! The whole crew was amazing, but Jordan was above and beyond! Good job everyone!!!

    I would give them a 10 if I could. This was the best experience weā€™ve ever had with a repair of any kind. Nick was prompt and arrived earlier than expected. Very courteous and knowledgeable.     Clogged sink! Hartley came on time first day found the problem quick! Crazy what he found! Fixed issue so I could use my sink! Schedule an appointment for the next day asap. He came with another gentleman and they fixed the bigger problem swiftly. Price was very affordable for my issue! Very polite and informative!     Brannon and his team (Nick especially) did a FANTASTIC job replacing our gas hot water heater! They were prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.     Had a leak from the water heater that ended up being behind a wall. Called and got an appt quickly and Chris was actually early inside the appt window. Chris was great!     The Steady Flo employees lead by owner Brannon did a same day quick fantastic job solving our septic tank problem followed by sending a camera all the way thru the line from the tank through the trunk line to the drain field to assure there were no blockages.     I recently hired Steady Flo to unclog a backed up sewer/septic line. This unfortunately became a major project. A good aspect is I found Steady Flo (by chance as I searched for a local plumber). They exceeded my expectations with their knowledge, high tech equipment and expert advice. They found several breaks in the 70 foot line using a cable camera. The entire line had to be replaced. The repair crew was excellent, efficient and highly professional. The new line is installed with careful grade, bedding and backfill using quality pipe and fittings. I am confident this line will perform as it should, and must, for many decades. Steady Flo is a pleasure to deal with and their pricing is certainly fair. Highly recommended.

    Noah replaced all of our water supply lines and our water heater. We have an older home (1950s build) and the plumbing was a mess, but Noah took care of it no problem.     Good help is hard to find these days and great help you can trust is even more rare. Brannon and the guys at Steady Flo have been to my house for several things. I have had them come a couple times to fix what other plumbers in the area had already worked on and left other problems. They have replaced my water line from the street to the house requiring them to dig a trench and then cover it up (shown in pics). This was done by a different plumber about 5 years before. They fixed my kitchen sink drain that was constantly leaking and another plumber had replaced before as well. My shower was also done by that same plumber from the kitchen. It had very poor water pressure that guests have complained about. They took care of me better than I expected, and even cut me a deal where they could fit it in. I also have a quote for another project that I requested. The price is always more than fair especially in comparison to the top quality and speed of their service. They truly care about serving their customers and their customers families. they give the great advice without killing your pocket, and clearly explain all options. They are also GREAT with DOGS and KIDS and carefully working around them. I do not live close either. Each trip has to be at least 45 minute drive one way on a good day. I wish I could find this level over service for other household needs. Over the years I have tried different plumbers for several different houses, now I will only go with Steady Flo.

    I am so thankful for this company today! We had a leek at our home and I made an appointment with another local plumber to have it fixed. They came out and used a camera scope thing to help us get a good idea of where everything was and where it Ended so we could put up a fence without drilling into things we shouldnā€™t.     I would like to first give a hugh S/O to the steady flo crew who came out to fix our plumbing this morning. Hartley, Avery and one other fellow did an amazing job !!!! Not only did they fix our problem in under two hours, they saved us tons of money and time ! We were told that we needed to contact the city and have tons of reconstruction done. However that was not the case. Me and my family highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and septic needs in the Nashville area !     Im not normally one to make a review but these guys deserve it! There was a small hiccup in their morning plans so it delayed them getting to our place but they called and let me know what was going on and wanted to let me know they were still coming. When they got here they very throughly looked through our situation with our septic pump and quickly came up with a solution. They explained it very well to me and never hesitated to answer all of my questions. They had our issue resolved in about 30 minutes. I was unsure at how the charges would be for the services but it was VERY reasonable!! I will, without a doubt, call them if any other situation comes up.

    Tyler and the Steady Flo team are amazing! We had an issue with our toilet leaking + needed help with annual maintenance for our water heater. Tyler was on time, thorough and detailed in his work, and even showed me how to do some of the maintenance on the water heater myself to save money in the future. The toilet issue was more complicated as itā€™s a newer toilet, and he tried a few different solutions, explaining each along the way, until we got the fix. And all of this at a very fair price!
