We had a very deep grease clog in our kitchen sink. My husband and friend tried everything! These guys came in at the last minute (on a Saturday!) and cleared it out quickly and at a reasonable price! We will definitely use them again!!

Been using these guys for a couple of years. They are amazing!!! I had a clog somewhere in my plumbing over Thanksgiving weekend. Water was coming up through my sink and washing machine. They were there within 30 minutes and fixed the problem within the hour. Its not easy to get under my 1952 old house as the crawl space is really small. Im a single parent and they were very reasonably priced. Thank you guys so much!

We had a great experience. We called right when they opened and they had someone there the same morning and had everything fixed in 1.5 hrs. Our garbage disposal was clogged, and it was also affecting the other side of the kitchen sink. In addition, we had an upstairs toilet that had a leak inside the toilet tank. Herschel fixed both, and the charge was very reasonable. He was friendly and courteous, and the whole experience was stress free. Based on Google reviews and the BBB reviews, we took a gamble on this company, and we were not disappointed. We will use H & R again, and we will be happy to refer them to our friends.

Another company came out today and quoted us over $1,000 for some plumbing repairs (plus $80 for the house call), and they werent able to do the repairs today. So, I called H&R right after they left. They had someone at our house 15 minutes later! They charged us only $250 for the exact same repairs!!! Plus, they got started and finished the job within a couple hours. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using them from now on for all our plumbing needs!

I would highly recommend this company. I called H & R Plumbing this morning @ 8:13am. I have no hot water. Kathy answered the phone and was very upbeat and pleasant and said she would try to get someone out here today and would call me back. She called back @12:36pm and told me there was a repairman on the way. Hershal showed up at 1pm and by 1:20pm the problem was fixed! Needed a new thermal coupler. I learned this is a 3rd generation company. I love family businesses! Thank you for your professionalism, follow through and great customer service!

I wish all plumbers are has honest and price friendly as H&R. H&R finds and repairs the problem and not fake problems. Ive seen them in action many times. Examples: what I thought was an expensive water heater fix, they resolved for their standard house call fee and didnt charge me for the part (he said he had a spare). Leaking water feed under the sink: replaced the hose, repaired the pipe - no charge for incidental the hose and fitting (which would be about $15-20 at Lowes). I like!

We called on a Friday for a leaky washer machine connection. They told us they’d be able to get here Monday, Tuesday latest. We’d just moved into a new house and weren’t aware the connections leaked, so we were in dire need. We get a call on Saturday, asking us if we’re around - Herschel came out within 20 minutes, equipped with booties, and had us up and running in less than 20 minutes. Stellar service, and we’ll be calling again if we’re ever in need!

We found out on a Friday from the water company that we had a confirmed water leak somewhere underground between the house and the water meter. We saw no evidence in the yard of the leak at all, our property is just over an acre with the meter no where near the house and no clue where the water lines even ran. I was sure we were in for a very expensive painful ordeal. I called the office and was greeted by a lovely woman who said they were busy but she would do her best to help us as soon as possible. Within a few hours I was called with help on the way and he arrived shortly after. Within 15 minutes of arrival he had the leak spot identified by a VERY slight variation in greener grass in the lawn and shortly thereafter the repair was done and the cost was what I would consider extremely reasonable. I was very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend H & R!
