We had Josh come out and give us a few different estimates for the front, sides and also the entire house. Before he felt that day he explained everything. We decided to go with the entire house because of the discounted rate by having installed more than 2 sides. We were very happy with the gemstone offering. We then signed the contract and put down the deposit. We picked out the color to match the house and the order was placed. Once it was in they called for the next down payment and we were on the schedule. Originally we were booked three days but they decided to up the number of men by 1 and change it to 2 days. Quickly they learned both by the side of the house and the steep terrain around the house no way 2 days was possible. Also because of the siding they used three color matching screws instead of two therefore gemstone had to overnight them more. The guys worked every hard and kept us in the loop. It wound up being a 5 day job. But that was fine because the work was excellent. Everything was straight and they really tried to hide all the wires when possible. Overall we are very pleased and would highly recommend them. Just take a look at my house. Of note if you pay a company to put up and take down lights each year these will break even in 4-5 years and you get lights year round. The app is amazing and there are so many color options. Well worth the investment and very excited to see what we plan going forward. Again I highly recommend this company and the staff.

This company is great! I started out using them to replace an AC unit. I was so happy that when I learned they do plumbing and electric they were the first company I called when I had a plumbing issue. Todays visit was just as awesome. Cody did a fabulous job resolving an issue that other plumbers I hired in the past had failed to resolve. I am certain the issue was 100% resolved by Cody and I will continue to use Airstream for my home services.

I have to say by far Jose is the best tech I’ve ever encountered he clearly is way more knowledgeable than anybody I have dealt with. I had a tech the night before diagnose my unit completely wrong and Jose came in the next day and he figured the whole thing out in 30 minutes. I was highly impressed on how he was able to figure out the wiring was not right from such a quick diagnoses. This guy is my go to from now on. Thanks Jose for making everything right and I appreciate your honesty. You are definitely a rising star in the business.

Their team was in and out flawlessly. Completely swapped my entire panel and put in a new level two charger in one day. Their coordination was top-notch and even gave a little blurb on the service technician so that I would know a little bit about the person as well as know what he looked like prior to his arrival. The entire process was explained and what it would look like from start to finish. They left no room for interpretation and completely communicated everything that I could’ve possibly asked for. Every communication was pleasant and enjoyable and they even let my son watch the entire process because he enjoys anything related to construction. Hands-down there is no other electrical servicing company I would recommend for large jobs. This team is absolutely top-notch.

AC quit working Friday night Memorial weekend. Called another company who just quoted a complete new unit without inspecting the bad unit. Wasted my time snd theirs !Called AIRSTREAM SERVICES who with the latest technology provided a TECH TRACKER with photo of technician who was on his way and arrived promptly on site. First impressions spoke volumes of this company!!Jose was the tech who inspected my AC unit thoroughly. He then removed the fan protector and tested the compressor directly and determined it was the culprit.After Jose explained the problem of trying to repair/replace it, the question came down to the age of the unit (10 yrs old) and what else might go wrong. The best solution was a new, energy efficient unit which was installed on Tuesday.Again, the same TECH TRACKER technology was used to introduce Jerry and his crew, who showed up promptly at 8am to replace the bad unit. Jerry kept me informed throughout the process of installing the new AC system and his crew did a tremendous job in spite of the heat in the attic space. All were very considerate and respectful of my property while they were working so very hard.AIRSTREAM SERVICES should be proud to have such professional and dedicated technicians such as Jose and Jerry representing the expertise of your company.I would gladly encourage anyone needing AC service, to call AIRSTREAM SERVICES .

We had Airstream Services install gemstone lights on our building today! We are ecstatic with the out come. We had them out a few weeks ago to give us an estimate and within 2 short weeks they are perfectly installed!!!! Just in time for Valentine’s Day at Veda’s. I received a text alerting me of their arrival. And within minutes Connor and Leo where there to install. They were professional and very knowledgeable of the task ahead. I appreciated that he took the time to show me pictures and explain the problem in detail. This visit made me feel that I can trust them to tell me the truth and not suggest replacing expensive parts when its not really necessary. Competent, Trustworthy, Professional!!I called Airstream after having a nightmare experience with another electrician. There was a complicated issue with the installation of my Tesla charger, which was causing multiple breakers to trip. Three previous electricians were unable to find a reasonable solution or diagnose the problem. Jared and Kyle came to the house and did a full assessment. Landry later did the install. The install was neatly done. Ultimately, Jared was able to diagnose two separate issues with my electrical and got everything working great. I wont go anywhere else for my future electrician needs. I needed to swap out a EV charger for a Tesla charger, and this was so easy. They offered me a same day appointment, but I ended up booking for the next day. The tech showed up right at the beginning of the two hour window and knocked it out in 30 minutes. They also have a cool link where you can see a photo and track the location of the technician on their way. We called several companiesand annoyingly no one would give us a cost estimate without seeing the setup first - it ended up being $300. I honestly have no idea if this is a fair price, but Kyle knocked it out so quickly and competently that I’m totally satisfied with the money spent!

I can’t remember having a better all around complete experience with a company. Every aspect of Airstream’s customer service was stellar.From the employees like Raven who scheduled the appointments, to Jared who did the consult, to Kyle and his partner doing the install, every thing was easy, clear, and I felt complete trust.Service was fast, Jared did an incredible job laying out my options, costs, his recommendations, etc. he even went out of his way to save me money.Installers were right on time, great communicators, and fast. I cannot say anything bad about this experience.You can tell company culture is tight and small, and the owner preaches detail and customer service. I hope all the employees I mention are taken care of, because the success of Airstream is directly linked to the incredible job they all did. Never again will I deal with a subpar company like Hillar.

Ive used Airstream to replace 3 HVAC units (1 combined and both halves of a split unit).I did 3 estimates for the 1st one, and Airstream wasnt the very cheapest, but the HVAC manager came out 3 or 4 times to talk through options with me and genuinely helped me feel comfortable with the decision that I was making. He offered suggestions, but didnt push when I chose a less expensive route.For the second, I didnt even get a second estimate and had no regrets.For the third, the estimate to replace ductwork seemed entirely too high, so I got a second estimate. The second company was slightly cheaper for the ductwork line item, but they didnt actually send an estimate for what I said I wanted, but rather for the more expensive option theyd recommended. Airstream recommended the same thing, but when I said I wasnt ready for that upgrade, Airstream backed down.Airstream has consistently made me feel like my HVAC work is a discussion of costs and benefits, in which they do not try to upsell be for their benefit. Highly recommend.

Jerry specifically helped us yesterday, but everyone we have spoken with has been wonderful especially and including the office staff. Now that they provide plumbing and electrical services as well, they will be our go-to company for all of our future needs. We have already had them out to check out a plumbing issue and a permanent fix will be expensive but they are offering a payment plan to help with that. We highly, highly recommend this company.

O order a purifier from Good leap and Coty came and installed it. I have used them since 2019 and am very satisfied with their service.Always on time and send you pictures of who is coming. Update: Ive had the best experience with Airstream! 2 years ago, my ancient heat pump went out. I have a home warranty and called them, it took several days before they could send someone out (in the HOT summer!) and they told me the unit needed freon and charged me $500, didnt stick around to see if it worked, sadly, it did not. When I called, I was told Id have to pay another service fee for someone to come out, and I refused. My son knew someone who worked at Airstream, so I called them and they came out the same day, fixed the problem AND stayed to make sure it worked. Ive used them ever since and have always had great experiences. Again, in the HOT summer, my unit stopped working, they came out and sadly informed me it was time to put it to rest. Its 16 years old, using the old illegal freon, it was time. They scheduled me for two days to do the install, then moved it up to the next day. They helped with reasonable financing. Jose was so helpful explaining all my options, and Joseph was amazing with the install. Everyone is so friendly and I just felt so well taken care of through the entire process. Ive never had to use them for any other services but absolutely would if needed.2023- Great experience! Came out on a Sunday at a very affordable rate, quickly had my A/C working, and arrived an hour early! Matthew did a great job explaining the problem and offering both short and long term solutions! After a night and day sweating in our house, we realized our AC was really broken and I called Airstream thinking they were a Lebanon company. I was surprised to hear theyre based in Mboro but still service Lebanon. They were kind on the phone and said they would send someone out that night, even though it was already after 430pm. To my delight, Matthew showed up two hours early, worked in the rain (despite my protests that he take a break), and fixed it as quickly as possible. Local and quality service. When my wife and I moved out to Smyrna, we needed an Electrician to set up the ethernet drops in our home. The quote we got from Airstream was competitive and their reviews were sound so I gave them a try. I was so happy with the service that I let them bid on upgrading my thermostats to Ecobees (that I had purchased) and they beat out my existing HVAC services company. While I had wanted to stay with that company, changes in my budget necessitated going with a different HVAC company. Airstream again came through with a competitive offer for maintaining my HVAC system. Not only that but they correctly diagnosed an issue that had eluded my previous provider while I could have gotten it repaired under the builders warranty, and repaired it at a fair price.Im still looking for a good plumber but I am very happy with the HVAC/Electrical company I have found. We used Airstream Services for several years when our heat pump needed to be replaced. We had them do the replacement with a high efficiency heat pump. We were happy with the price and the professional service.There were some circuit board problems with the new unit and HVAC Airstream was fantastic about finding a replacement, getting it installed and following up until everything was perfect. We continue to use them for maintenance and I would recommend them to anyone.

This was absolutely perfect service! The guy that came to our house was amicable and kind all the way through. They seemed to care about fixing our house and what he could do for us rather than how much money he could make for his company. It was super quick service and he actually told us our gas fireplace was emitting carbon monoxide, so we got saved from that danger! We definitely will be using this service for all of our electric and AC problems!

Bought a 2 ton Bosch heat pump (2 stage I believe) from Airstream in 2018. Pricey, but quiet, and super efficient for both heating and cooling. Electricity bill is down significantly. Since then, Airstream had done the regular maintenance, and weve had zero problems. They (too) are efficient, courteous and highly competent. Excellent customer service, I recommend them highly.

Airstream was recommended by a neighbor to convert a gas fireplace to electric. Gus came out and showed me exactly what would be done and gave me an estimate. He also helped me pick out the best logs to order. Steven was the lead technician to handle the conversion, with assistance from Mike (I think; sorry). Gus stopped by to check in with them as they started the conversion. They were done in a snap and the fireplace is wonderful. I would highly recommend them for any service they offer. Great service and great people!

Our A/C went out at our Dental Office last week which happened to be the hottest week so far this year. We received a quote from another company and it was going to be 60 weeks for a new unit. I then reached out to Airstream (someone else referred them to us). They sent someone out the next day to look at our unit and we had a new unit installed within days! The technicians were great! The quick response from the office was outstanding as well. I couldnt be happier with the service we received!!!

Jerry did an excellent job for my summer HVAC maintenance. Meticulous, thorough, and educated me. Also found a faulty capacitor and exchanged for me to preserve my AC. Taught me how to maintain my HVAC for a homeowner. Very honest in his work.Edit: 11/2023 - Jerry came out again for routine heater service. Always excellent. He picked up on issues I had with my prior roofer that impacted carbon monoxide - very thankful for his professional approach and education.
