Riley Services helped me extend the life of my HVAC system and when my upstairs unit finally gave out they did an amazing job replacing it. I grew up in construction and this is one of the best installs Ive seen. They worked non-stop in the excruciating heat of my attic, cut no corners and used high quality materials. Their expertise is apparent in the workmanship and Im so happy with the new unit. Definitely recommend them with confidence.

We had them visit us a few times for a bathroom remodel and they did everything very well and explained what they were doing if I had any questions. They came out and figured out why one of our lights wasn’t working and recommended we get a new light and showed me how this one was attached to the ceiling (since it wasn’t a standard setup) so I could install it myself without a service call.What really impressed me about them is that I had some troubles installing some light switches on my own and Ethan went out of his way to stop his day and help me solve my issue over the phone. He walked me through how the wires should be set up and why and was very patient while I followed his instructions. Amazing service!

Less than 24 hours after that we were back up and running with a new HVAC unit and by the next morning were cool and dry!Cant recommend these guys enough. I cannot recommend this company enough, I called multiple big companies because my husband tried to switch our thermostats out and the AC was not working after the switch. We were given outrageous quotes from call centers. I decided to look for a local small business instead and am very happy I did! When I called I was immediately connected to Ethan who gave a very reasonable quote. He even offered to come that evening if we felt it was urgent. He was here the next day bright and early and resolved our issue in 30 mins and explained everything to my husband. I feel like we truly got the family treatment and will use them again in the future.

My air conditioner unit went out and I called Mr Riley and he responded immediately and was out to my house within the hour. He was so polite, experienced and honest. I was expecting to hear that I needed a new unit but it was fixable and cost way below what I was expecting. We had all 3 of our units cleaned 3 weeks ago (by Donelson Air) and he told me that this unit had not been cleaned. After he left I called Donelson Air and reported what I was told. The supervisor pulled up my file and sure enough his tech didn’t put in the before and after pictures. Ethan Riley, we can’t thank you enough.
