Justin came out to install an electric vehicle charger for us and he made sure that everything was up to our expectation. Overall, he did a great job at installing the conduit, pulling the wires, installing a 60amp breaker, and installing the car charger itself. He was very clean throughout the process and left everything nice and ready to go! we also had a few chats with Bonnie who helped us setup the appointment, she was very friendly and easy to reach by phone. I will be working with this company for future electrical projects. Highly recommended!

Justin (both of them 😃) were punctual, polite, and professional. Their work was top notch and you could tell they are true craftsmen. I now have a 110/220 VAC sub panel for my pool equipment, and a jump off place for the future hot tub. The post-work walk-thru was clear and left me confident that the job was done right the first time.Should I ever again need the services of an electrician these guys are the first Ill call.

DJ was a delight to work with. He was very thorough in his inspection of our home. We had a power surge that took out several devices in our house. DJ made us feel at ease that all was good in our home. He replaced a few outlets and gave us advice on what needed to be done in the future. We randomly had 12 outlets throughout our home stop working. Alan Campbell was the tech who came out to address the issue and he was great! Alan explained the pricing up front prior to doing any work, covering everything that would be included in the inspection price as well as what would be extra. We have an old home with wonkey wiring and Alan spent a great deal of time thoroughly checking every outlet until he identified and repaired the problem. Would definitely use Quality Electric again in the future!

Ms. Bonnie at Quality Electric sent Alan Campbel within a few hours.l. As a single woman I have been taking advantage of a lot. All I wanted was my hot tub up and running. I have an injury and really could use it. Had three people before Mr. Alan. Not only did he fix the problem, he went right to it. He also checked all of my fuse box and identified 2 more problems I had and fixed them as well. He saw work the other people did and did it better. Super professional and a great Christian man. Alan and his coworker were very professional and were a joy to have install our oversized ceiling fan and light kit as well as 3 whole house surge protectors. They were on time, worked carefully but at a crisp clip and made sure they did not leave a mess. They also did a couple of small niceties that really put the cherries on to of the job. We plan to do more jobs with Quality and Alan.

These guys really know their stuff! We called them when the previous electrician we called never showed up (which seems to happen often in this industry), and others had a three-week wait for service. Keith was our technician and he was WONDERFUL! We had several easy jobs but he was meticulous about each one. He was so respectful of our house, too! Even though we had construction debris in one of the areas he was working, he still cleaned up his portion of the mess. And when I went to put the attic staircase away when we left, he had already done that, too, AND put furniture back in place that had to be moved when we pull the stairs down. I also love that they quote up front. Dont love the trip charge, but I highly respect the fact that they are entitled to be paid for the time it takes to come and quote every job whether or not a person accepts the quote vs. spreading those charges along to the customers that accept their quotes via higher rates. I thought what we paid was very reasonable for the level of attention and time we received. Well be recommending these folks forever!UPDATE 10/25/18Had a little electrical crisis yesterday and guess who we called? At our last service call, we were offered their Safety & Savings Plan which moved us to the front of the line, saved us the trip fee AND gave us 15% off our repair! Once again, BEST SERVICE EVER! CANNOT recommend them highly enough and the price of the repair was unbelievable! We LOVE these great folks!

They both kept me informed of my options for each of the items being addressed during this visit, as well as giving me excellent info for any future changes I plan to make. Zero mess left by them, they hauled off my 30 year old fluorescent fixtures for free, and they even walked me through everything when they were finished. Will request them in the future and spread the word of the honest work they performed, it goes a long way in the trades field.

I had a warranty issue which wasnt much of an issue at all and this company stands behind their work and came out the very next morning I called and took care of my situation and everything is back to perfect. This company operates with integrity and today my technician was David and another gentleman. They were both extremely professional and friendly and gave me some good pointers that I did not know about. So not only did they rush straight to my home to fix my situation they also took the time to educate me on stuff to help prevent future problems and how I can improve some things that will lead to less stress in the future. Once again, Quality has excelled, this time with a Company standard circuit diagnostic check for a shorted outlet that also found an improperly wired panel which posed a fire risk on other circuits. Also, instead of cheap outlets I bought at an electrical store, they used tamper-proof outlets. The tech, Al Campbell, is a true professional who takes a personal interest in helping us and we are grateful for him. Previously he engineered and installed the electrical system for an outdoor courtyard for us. Again, excellent work. I can recommend Quality with confidence and I especially recommend their service plan. Thanks Al!

Quality Electric did the original electric install on our house and every interaction we have had with them has been excellent. One of their installers was at our house for our mechanical walk and was an invaluable resource!On Fathers Day this year, our house got struck by lightning.
