Highly recommend them.

Once again, I received excellent service by Brooks Electric LLC, replacing a dimmer switch in my dining room. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Brent actually came two days prior to my appointment which was great since I couldn’t use my dining room light. Other members of my family are also using Brooks Electric LLC. Highly recommend them!

After I called three different electricians and left a message with no response, Brooks Electric called me back within 24 hours. Brent came out and changed out a light switch that controls all our outside front porch lights. He came at the time promised, and only charged us for the part in addition to the service charge that was disclosed up front. We definitely will be using Brooks Electric again, and recommend them.

We have taken on a complete rehabilitation of a historical home we recently purchased. We need contractors who will work closely with us on each and every issue we encounter and has the patience to put some of the electrical improvements on hold while planning decisions are made. From the start Robert had the right attitude and work ethic we were looking for. He was experienced enough to recognize that a project of this size needs special procedures. The office staff responds immediately and is easy to work with. The electricians we have had out to our home are professional and focused. A price-competitive estimate was delivered that afternoon, and by the next morning, job schedule was set, and the work will complete just one week from initial contact. I am very pleased with the pace of progress, efficiency of communication, and on-target pricing. Brooks Electric is a pleasure to partner, prepare, and plan with. Ill add to this review once the work completes next week.Work completed today. They arrived 15 minutes early, began immediately, and finished the outlet install and panel swap in 3.5 hours. I found three errors, corrected two myself, and Brooks Electric returned the same day to correct the third. Overall, I am satisfied, would engage Brooks Electric again, and would recommend them to others.
