I wrote a review about this business, owner saw review and contacted me right away. Explained that this is not how they do business and the problem will be taken care of. He came out personally looked at the problem and told us just what we needed to do, and what Rock Solid would do if that did not work. Now this is what I call great CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have personally inspected many or Rock Solids Walls and other work. Russells crew installs the steel according to the design and finishes the walls according to ASTM and ACI standards. I have no qualms in recommending Rock Solid as a concrete contractor.
