They came on the time they said they said they would. they put the old stove in the garage and installed the new one in about 15 to 20 minutes. They were very pleasant and helpful and everything worked fine. I would definitely recommend them. They did an awesome job.

J.R. Wortman Co. Was recommended by my friend and neighbor. I was looking for service on my air conditioner. I spoke with Kevin W. he was able to get me scheduled at a very convenient time for me. Tyler showed up right on time and was very thorough with his inspection. It didnt take too long at all, Tyler was done, the bill was reasonable and my air was cooling the house like it should. I will call again with all of my service needs. Customer earned!

I highly recommend J R Wortman Co. I received quotes from 2 heating and cooling companies, from Indpls, to fix my boiler system. Their quotes ranged from $985.00 - $1600.00. Both of these big companies quoted me for parts that I did not need. J R Wortman fixed my system for $329.00. The service tech, Craig, was very professional and explained to me what the problem was. I give J R Wortman Co an A+

JR Wortman Co. has been a long time business in Morristown. They operate the small hardware store, along with have skilled employees who drive their vans and do heating, cooling, and plumbing repairs and new installs.If you need a heating, cooling, or plumbing part, or nuts, bolts, drills, and basic hardware / home construction types of items they sell it here in their small store on Main St. Prices may be a bit higher, but in a pinch, and not wanting to drive 10+ miles to a Home Depot or Lowes, their higher prices balances itself out.And theyre a mom-n-pop family run business, with several employees, but they can not purchase the volume the big box stores do, so I am sure they pay for more their inventory, thus having to mark it up a bit more too.Their service technicians are on call 24hrs a day for emergency services at a premium after hours rate, which is normal in the industry, or during the day. They can usually get to you that same day or the next day depending on how serious your work is. If theyre just doing an install of a bathtub and you have broken pipes flooding your house, I am sure they will leave and be right to you, haha.The techs are skilled in their field and try to offer a fair estimate of services and parts before doing your job. If you live in the Morristown area and need something done, they can do it.

This is a wonderful company Kevin has always booked someone to come fix whatever is wrong with my equipment so they are fast and very reasonable on price.The techs are great and no what they are doing. i highly recommend them .

Very knowledgeable, experienced, and super nice guy that came out. I had recently had another company come out that couldnt figure out why my furnace wasnt working. He knew what the problem was almost immediately and I had heat within the hour (had to replace a part) and has been working ever since.
