    After inquiring with a few different roofing and siding contractors we had a friend recommend Morris Renovations. They were prompt with scheduling an initial meeting to discuss scope. The salesman who came to our house was knowledgeable, kind, and didnt push us into anything we werent comfortable with. He explained the process for roof and siding replacement. We booked Morris Renovations to replace our roof, siding, and install two new skylights. The work was all complete in approximately a month due to a minor delay in material. There was a slight hiccup but Vlad, Andrew, and the office was more than willing to work with us to remediate and ensure there is a good relationship at the end of the day. The workmanship of the men doing the work was excellent. We are beyond thrilled with how our home turned out! Will highly recommend them to anyone looking to update a roof, siding, or windows!

    Im very happy with the service I received. Also, i am very grateful for Andrews willingness to go above and above in responding to my inquiries and fulfilling my requests. The completed project has a neat and pleasant appearance. In addition, the service is subject to quality control. I worked with various construction companies during my house renovation, but this one is the best by far. I wish they offered more services so that I could use them on other projects.     VLAD , Andrew are phenomenal! They installed 3 velux skylights this summer as our previous roofer damaged existing frames by nailing them back into our roof instead of using existing screws. These men are very professional gave us proof of all their certificates re: Licenses & insurance & velux certified installers too. Ensured where they would be purchasing our velux skylights only from certified supplier in Chatham ( not Home Depot) .They even managed to save our existing custom skylight window treatment which cost me 1k to install in 2013. to re install to cover the New Larger window which took time & ingenuity. VLAD had provided his top workers andrew &Louis to complete this Work as promised start & finish . Wonderful m n with whom to work . I’d hire them again in an instant .

    I was very fortunate to have found Morris Renovations Inc and worked with Andrew and the team there to replace my windows. I looked at several local companies to replace windows and quotes were all over the place. Morris Renovations offered the best selection for the fair price.     Morris Renovations replaced 6 window units in our condo using Provia Windows. Very good quality windows and installers did a great job in less than 1 day installation time. Would recommend these windows and installer for a similar project.

    I have a very old house with a soffit rotting out (and housing several bird nests) and gutter in need of modification. Morris Renovations was very attentive in returning my phone call, coming out to assess the needed repairs, and give me what I thought was a fair estimate without trying to tack on additional work.     Just when you think service and loyalty are dead, and business is so transactional, Morris Renovation steps up to prove the value of a great personal experience, and the highest level of work ethic/quality.I had hired Morris Renovation to replace the roof on our previous home. They were in and out in a matter of 2 days (max) and made sure to clean up any evidence of construction. Their pricing was also very competitive.So naturally, when we moved into our new home a few weeks ago, and saw we needed to have gutters done, we called Morris Renovations for a quote. We had received a couple other quotes, but when Chuck stopped by to talk, he was determined to show existing client loyalty. Not only did he remember us from our previous project, he made it more than just a business transaction and proved that Morris Renovations WANTED our business.A couple days later, we had gutters. Morris Renovations was very accommodating, professional and quick. And WE, are very satisfied.

    We needed to replace 3 skylights. The best thing I could say about the company is that the whole thing was uneventful. We got a quote, set up installation once the windows arrived. They came out and did there job. We had rain since and there was no problem with the new windows. Very-very happy with the whole experience.

    We have used Morris Renovations on several large jobs on our home over the past few years: Front Porch Siding, Front Porch large double pane replacement windows and most recently a whole house new roof. Their workers were all very professional, hard working, neat, They use quality materials, expertly installed. They removed two (2) layers of roofing shingles, replaced rotted substrate and cleaned everything up like theyd never been there. I have had a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed which they did quickly and hassle free. A great company! They do a superior job at a fair price and then stand by their job and craftsmanship. Two (2) thumbs up, Bravo Zulu!

    We were looking to have a portion of our gutter repaired. After contacting Morris Renovations and having them access the damage we decided to have them install a new gutter. The estimate given to us was reasonable and it was the final price we paid.The men who showed up to install the new gutter were polite and professional. Besides showing up on time they completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up as well. I am very happy that I contacted Morris Renovations. If needed, I will use them again for other projects when the time is right.

    The live answering service and prompt email responses were the two main reasons I went with Morris. I had another company demo an old chimney and had Morris Renovations plywood and shingle the hole. They did an amazing job matching the existing shingles and were in and out in about 3 hours.     Our house had been sided years back but the soffits were never properly vented. Upon contacting Morris Renovations and speaking with Andrew, I received a clear explanation of what they needed to do and an estimate which was very fair. They were able to schedule the work almost immediately. They also coordinated their job with another contractor we had working on a separate job in the attic. Roman stayed in touch with me during the work period as we needed to add additional repairs. The crew that performed the work arrived on time, were professional, helpful, and very knowledgable of their craft. I would highly recommend Morris Renovations, as they did the work exactly as stated and in a timely manner.

    We honestly thought that replacing and fixing our basement windows was going to be difficult, if not impossible . But Morris Renovations has far exceeded our expectations.     I had a project of my 4 car garage. I called couple of roofers. This company did a remote diagnosis, and gave me a good price with discount taken into considering (and without being asked). Their staffs finished the project on time with good quality. They also did extra fixes free of charge. During this process, they did a great job to follow up with me on the status of the project, the order of materials etc. I appreciated their professionalism. Their remote diagnosis was innovative, saving time for both owners and themselves.

    I found Morris Renovations on the internet. They promptly responded to my call, and they were able to quickly give me an estimate after I mailed pictures of my broken gutter. The estimate was reasonable, and they were able to go out the next day. They were courteous, arrived on time, and finished the job in a timely manner. My gutter looks great.     Its ALL about customer service and Morris Renovations (MR) gives it ! I had a (leaking) roof emergency at my house and called on MR to save me and they came through.     I had my sliding door installed including all the internal trims as well as the external aluminum. The job was completed very quickly and in very professional way. The estimate, measurement and special order process was very smooth with excellent communication. Definitly recomend and will use the company for any future projects.

    Morris Renovations did our window capping. The initial inspection and estimate by Joe was great, he was incredibly helpful. The final result of the work is excellent, but I had to dock a star because of timing issues. Our scheduled day for the work got rained out--not their fault--and fortunately they were able to come the next day. However, only 3/4 of the job got done, I was literally told see you tomorrow, but then no one showed up and no one called me about it. I had to call them to try and get the rest of the job scheduled. Again, everything turned out great in the end, but you may need to be persistent about calling to schedule or it may take longer than you expect. I would definitely use them again, the work was excellent.

    After reading all the great reviews I decided to go with Morris Renovations. After the contract was signed, which took a bit of going back and forth, project manager Volodymyr and his crew did a phenomenal job on the two roof sections I had redone. My front porch is very old and I noticed after the first rain after the job was done the pitch was not 100%. I texted Volodymyr and his crew were back and everything is perfect. They used tarps and cleaned up everything. None of my shrubs or plants around the work area were damaged in the least. When its time for the main roof to be redone I know who to call. Thanks Volodymyr and your team.

Came on time and did the work exactly as they described and estimated during their review of my roofing and gutter issues Andrew made me aware of a problem with my shingles that I wasnt aware of and offered solutions!     We had a long standing, sporadic roof leak an existing two story wall and a one story room addition. This was especially a problem when it snowed and then froze. Gutter heaters helped, but heavy rains resulted in ceiling leaks in the room addition. A tech from Morris renovations came out and evaluated the problem. After agreeing on a quote, he removed some siding and shingles, installed metal flashing and roof membrane. He then reinstalled the siding and new shingles. There was no evidence that work was done and the job was done very professionally. This repair seems to have stopped the roof leaks and costly ceiling repairs. I would highly recommend Morris Renovations.

    I called for an estimate for my home roof. They came out next day checked out the roof told me the roof is good for an other five years. They fixed up few spots around the chimney and they were on their way. What I like is that they could of told me I needed a new roof and I would of never known.     Guys did a good job. Plywood is expensive so the quoted price ended up being about 2 to 3 thousand more. Make sure to check current prices. All in All, Volod stayed in contact during the process and the guys were done in 2 days do to in climate weather and old roof repairs. Give them a try. 👍

    Andrew came out to my home and we checked over everything related to my gutters. I had a large section (20 ft.) that needed replacing, facia board, wrap, everything. His quote was right in line with the other companies that I had over to bid the project. He provided me three references, each of which gave excellent recommendations.Luis came out to do the work. He is a machine! Exceptionally diligent, very nice and extremely detail oriented! From what I can tell, my gutter system should actually work as it is supposed to. These guys are the real deal!

    A reschedule was required but was given notice and arrived at the updated appointment on time. Roof leak was not what I thought which was explained with pictures. Other wind damage to the roof was identified, also with pictures, and repaired. Documentation/paperwork for the warranty would be helpful.
