Ive used Renner in the past and was happy with their service. My unit completely DIED this year, May 2024, and today, June 28th, they returned to install the new unit. Im grateful for their professional service and their work! I highly recommend them!! They delivered the new and took away the old and cleaned all their mess up.

Wonderful job getting our AC back up. We had electrical issues with the system and Tyler had us up and running again within the hour. The Renner Electric, Heating, and Cooling representative, Tyler Lowe, showed up at my door at precisely the appointed time and asked me to explain what was going on. I told him and he knew exactly what to do. I asked if I could watch and he said of course. He methodically took apart the equipment, found the problem, corrected the problem, and put the equipment back together. He explained at each step what he was doing and what that step had to do with contributing to the problem I was having. After he was done, he tested my gas heating, electric heating and both a/c compressors and cooling He was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. I was using another company from Jefferson City who had installed my Trane system who I had asked a question about three times when they called about a maintenance call. Each time they would tell me I will get back to you with an answer and I never heard from them again for another year or two. Renner was very responsive. I called and the person answered the phone and said the person who schedules was out sick and they would call me back. The next morning she called and scheduled me for the first appointment the next day. I read a four 1 star reviews from same person and was hesitant about calling them. His reviews really dont justify what I experienced. I had an exceptional experience and highly recommend Renner. They are the most professional A/C repair company I have ever used. Thank you Tyler for a great job.

I found Renner online after our AC stopped putting out cold air. I called and found Tonya, the office manager, to be friendly, professional, and caring. Austin was here within an hour of my request for service and was extremely courteous, professional and efficient. He had us back up and cooling in less than 30 minutes at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend this company.

I want to thank Doyle and his kind staff for jumping through hoops to provide us with much needed heat pump restoration due to the fact that a new unit was just not possible at this time. Our AC is running very smoothly now after a replaced compressor that went out at the very worst time. Doyle went out of his way to help us in a time of need. I want to especially thank Byron for all of the hard work he put in and thoroughly explaining the process to me in a professional and kind manner. We have used Renner for years now and his staff is exemplary in customer service and quickly responding to any questions. Hats off to Tonya and her gang in their participation in putting their time and effort at a very busy time of year. Austin came out and within 30-40 mins he had fixed the problem and cleaned the unit. It sounds better than it has in a couple years... it’s cooling a lot easier.. and he did a great job! Very professional and courteous! Thank you to Austin and Renner for such fast and excellent service!

After having HVAC issues we had to have our unit replaced. The staff and employees of Renner Electric Heating & Cooling were great to work with. Tyler and the other employees were at our home and worked all day in the 95 degree heat installing our new unit. Their hard work was appreciated and I would highly recommend them to anyone having HVAC needs. We could not have been more pleased with the workmanship or the company.

Ian shared the pros and cons of both systems that he quoted and followed up with a call the next day, giving us time to digest all the information.

We called Renner to get a seasonal checkup on our gas furnace this fall. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The technician, Ian, arrived on schedule and was very knowledgeable. From the time I called Renner Electric for help, they were at my house to fix my AC in less than 30 minutes, and after another 30 minutes Byron had my AC unit fixed at a reasonable price, with advice on how to maintain the unit, all while being courteous, professional, and helpful on servicing information.
