Quality is a top notch company with very knowledgeable and honest employees, Ive used them for hot water heater install and HVAC service. From the ladies answering the phones, to the guys doing the estimates, and the folks doing the work onsite, everyone has been great to deal with. Recently, very cold weather came through the area and our old heating unit went out after normal business hours. I called them and left a message, with an after hours answering service I think, but then I got a return call right after 8 am the very next day. They sent someone out right away to help us which I was totally surprised at with the quick availability for service. We knew we needed a new unit eventually, and had received estimates from Quality previously, but they were never pushy and discussed what price points we wanted and fit the new unit to our needs. They actually fixed my old system in the morning to get it running since it was so cold, and then came out two days later for the new install. As I said, everyone was super nice and easy to deal with, and Ive even texted the install manager several questions since and he has always promptly replied. I highly recommend Quality Heating and Plumbing to anyone. And I will use them again in the future. P.S. If youre a real nice customer, theyll even send you a surprise thank you gift for using some of their services. 😀

Casey did a wonderful job and was very professional. He fixed a problem with my air the day he came out that a competitor couldnt figure out in two outings. I would highly recommend Quality for their superior knowledge and professionalism.

Appointments were on time. They repaired 2 of our 10 HVAC units. The first one was delayed by a part order that took a week to get The 2 nd unit needed repair that did not involve ordering parts. They had them on hand so the second was up and running the same day he arrived. He gave me good information and discussed some preventative options for me to consider. I appreciate being educated about my options. He was very professional as well. As far as costI can say they’re less than others we’ve previously used.

Cole Bair with service department, Michael, Brandon and Kyle on the installation crew were all amazing! We had a sewer line clogg which turned out to be old worn out broken cast sewer line being broke! The Quality Plumbing team did a great job! They were prompt professional and very respectful young men! They cleaned up thier mess and explained what the plan was along the way! Quality provided quick and easy financing options thats not going to put us in financial distress! I would recommend this company for any job big or small

Nathan Lamb came out and did a quote for me on a shower installation. I was blown away by the amount of knowledge and information he shared with me. He stayed and answered any and every question I had. We also discussed the company itself a little, as I like to support and learn about small businesses. From the moment I received the phone call from dispatch to the moment Nathan drove away, I could tell they really cared about their customers and wanted to help in any way they could. This is the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing business. I would 100% recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs and I will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

This company has the best technicians, Casey Ford is one of them. He did the annual maintenance on our AC units ,one is 25 years old and he checked it thoroughly, so far its hanging in there. QUALITY IS THE RIGHT WORD FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!👍🙂

Call the night before they answered the phone. Got another phone call the next morning with follow-up calls during the day service was completed by 9:00 that night. Not real sure about the price but I will say you get what you pay for and this service is top notch. Most of the time plumbing issues need to be taken care of in a timely manner and this company goes out of their way to make this happen for their customers. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Rob did an awesome job. Lightening fried our box outside our unit, and he was the Sunday technician on call. He called first to let us know he was on the way, told me when he’d be at our house, and showed up on time. The time he was at our home, he was polite, informative, and kept us up to date on everything he was doing. The price of the job was more than fair, and Rob was in and out, and had our HVAC up and running again very quickly, with no trace left behind. My A/C is still working. It is 5 years old and had to have 2 pounds of Freon added. I am hoping it will last another 7 years. Repairs are so expensive.
