Superb service by Osborne Co! Look no further for your plumbing needs. A couple of days back, I had a problem with my toilets backing up. I initially reached out to a highly-rated company I found on Google. Their representative came over, didnt inspect the interior or anything else, and immediately concluded that I needed a new septic tank. He claimed that dirt had accumulated in my tank and it could be replaced for a hefty sum of $6500 or more. To add insult to injury, he charged me $200 for this assessment, despite no prior information about such a fee. Feeling unsatisfied, I decided to contact another company. Their technician came, thoroughly inspected my septic tank, and informed me that there was no major issue with it. Yes, it was old and would need replacement eventually, but that was not the cause of the toilets backing up. His opinion was that there might be a blockage between the house and the tank. He then recommended Osborne Co. I called Osborne Co. and spoke with Tanner early in the morning. I had an appointment for a medical treatment in Moreno Valley but assured him I would be home by 1PM. I rang up Tanner upon reaching home just past 1PM, and he assured me someone would be dispatched promptly. Within half an hour, William and Grant arrived. Everything went smoothly. Around two years ago, we had two on-demand tankless water heaters installed as our old one started to show signs of failure. The plumber we hired at that time suggested installing two units instead of a single large one for a built-in backup in case one breaks down. However, he didnt program the second unit correctly, and it didnt function when the first one showed a code error. Despite my attempts, he didnt return my calls. So, I turned to a friend for a recommendation and Osborne Co. was suggested. Even though it was beyond their usual working hours, I received a call back within 15 minutes. David was at my house within an hour to temporarily fix the first unit, and the office promptly arranged a follow-up appointment for the next day to diagnose and rectify the issue(s). Prior to the appointment, the office called me to confirm the timeframe, and then David called again to provide a more precise ETA. He was courteous and immediately put on foot booties before entering the house. He diagnosed and rectified the problem, although it took a bit of extra time since he had to contact the manufacturer for some programming assistance. This was understandable as they dont usually deal with this specific system. It was a bit frustrating knowing that the original installer, who frequently deals with this particular unit, had not programmed it properly. David then took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms. To my surprise, the bill was about half of what I had expected. Exceptional service from a fantastic company and staff! I would highly recommend them! -
