    Fast, Friendly, and Professional. We had an issue come up in our home and contacted Bob. Karen reached out within the hour and was able to have a tech come out and give us an estimate. The tech, Jason, was friendly, thorough, and professional. He explained what the issue was, assured us he could fix it, and pricing was fair. He even showed us the damaged pipe he removed and where it was damaged as well as showed us pictures of the completed work he did while up in the attic. Will definitely use and recommend Bob The Plumber from now on.

    About 1.5 weeks ago I had an extremely positive experience having Andy come to my home for a plumbing inspection. He was very thorough and patiently explained everything he was examining, whether it was working properly or not and how I could check on the various plumbing functions to make theyre working properly in the future.... or if I needed to consult a plumber for further assessment.Both of my toilets had leaks, and he took the time to adjust parts in the tank to correct the leaking issues, while explaining what he was doing. He also took the time to do a camera inspection of my sewer pipes to make sure they were clear and not cracked or leaking.Throughout the inspection, he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, spending nearly 2 hours with me to make sure I was more comfortable with the function of my plumbing system.This amazingly thorough plumbing inspection was shockingly free!! I certainly wasnt expecting no charge.... especially with the time that was taken and the thoroughness of the inspection. I was so surprised and so grateful to Andy for his taking so much time with me and doing such a great inspection.I chose this company because of the many 5 star reviews on multiple sites, and because of the reviews stating that they are very honest and fair with their work and pricing. I was certainly not disappointed with my choice and my service experience. A special thank you to Andy!!

    When our water heater broke at around 10:30am, we called Bob the Plumber and were greeted by Karen who was super professional and pleasant and she said they would have someone out to assess the problem within the next two hours. As promised, we received an email and technician photo saying that Brian would be at our house by 1pm and he showed up at 12:45pm! Brian took one look at the problem and immediately ran back to the shop to pick up a new water heater and had it installed by 3:15pm the same day! Such awesome service and we will be using Bob the Plumber for any future issues and will recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors.     Two weeks ago my water heater broke and leaked water everywhere in my garage. Went on Google and decided to call Bob the Plumber based on all the five star reviews. The customer service rep who helped me was very nice and accommodating. Was able to make a next day appointment. Matthew the tech was very nice, punctual, and knowledgeable. He let me know that my water heater needed to be replaced. He went over the prices, and was able to swap it out the same day. Thank you to Matthew and Bob the Plumber.     James installed a ball valve on my old water line for maintenance purposes.I found James to be a very skilled plumber who works quickly and cleanly.     This was the best experience ever!!! I appreciate them for coming out initially to give a quote as to if my water heater went out or just needed to be repaired to light. Thats when I was educated on knowing that our house has been running on only a 30 gallon tank instead of a 50. Once deciding on moving forward with getting a new water heater..... Everything was explained clearly & answered all of our questions. They (Jason & Danny) were very professional, work area stayed clean nor no afterwork mess & so efficient.     I had a pipe leak and wasnt sure who I should call to fix it, because plummers are expensive and I didnt want to get ripped off.     My fiancé and I purchased our home a just moved in a few days ago. 3 days after moving in we noticed the tubs were draining slow then started to back up. We contacted our home warranty 😤 and it took them 3 days to send a plumber.Today Ric from Bob The Plumber came out. We explained the issue and he got right to work! Ric was able to determine something was suck in the line. After multiple attempts of trying the snake he wasnt successful, but was determined to fix the plumber. Rickey and Jason came to assist and still had some trouble, but after all their hard work the problem was fixed!!These gentlemen were extremely professional and we appreciate their work!!

    On the first job, they installed my kitchen sink and made sure it fit and was sealed properly and hooked up my dishwasher so it drains properly. Then my bathroom tub faucet broke off, and I called them in the morning and they came before noon. On time and professional. I asked if he could replace all the bathroom faucets and he did. I found them in our Villa magazine with a coupon. The lady answered the phone promptly and let me know what appointments available to fit my schedule..so nice and understanding.     Friends... I can not say enough great things about this company. Bob, Andy and the whole team have been soooo helpful these past six months. I have used their services for over 15 years now, but when I needed major renovations done back in November at a newly purchased home in Moreno Valley... They were on it!! There help was great.This past month I found out I had a major, major leak from work the construction company did on that new bathroom. Bob sent Andy out asap and within a few days the problem fixed, helping me with my insurance claim, etc.Then today... I get a call that the whole laundry room is flooded. O. M. G!!     My husband noticed a slab leak in our garage a few days ago, He called Bob the plumber and Bob assured us that someone on his team would be at my house the next day. They communicate so well and gave us constant updates! Which I absolutely love!Gilbert came to my house and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was so informative, friendly, and just all around an awesome worker. Gilbert came that following day to fix our slab leak and he was determined to get it done and at a reasonable price!     Updated 11/11/2020This time Bob’s team saved me $ again. Toilet upstairs was leaking through floor and into ceiling of downstairs bedroom. His plumber identified the problem quickly and put in a new toilet wax gasket and replaced a broken bolt. Leak fixed! Very reasonable price. If you’re looking for plumbers that know what they are doing, don’t play games, and a reasonable price then look no further. Been using Bob for a few years now for at least 10 different plumbing problems/projects.————Repeat customer. Bob and his crew are the best! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I have used their service several times and each time they have been prompt professional and very reasonably priced. This time I needed help with my new washer and dryer. They we’re able to replace the old water faucets for the washer and Also had them install a modern gas valve to replace the old spring gas valve. When Best Buy cancelled the appliance installation due to Covid 19, I called Bob back to install the appliances and his plumber was there the next day. I have used Bobs services at least 6 or 7 times and the plumbers are always the best and very honest.

    Was very easy to schedule an appointment, if they dont answer the phone, they are able to offer services via text. Very professional as they provide a picture of who is coming to service your home. Workers wear masks for our safety. Lorenzo came to my home and was able to fix the plumbing issues I had.     We had a clogged bathroom sink and are so glad we called Bob the Plumber. He responded immediately and we had an appointment within 24 hours. We were told up front there was no service fee and we were in no way obligated to use their services once they arrived and told us the problem and cost for repair. Lorenzo arrived on time (prior to the appointment we were sent a text confirmation that he was on his way and a picture of what he looked like so we knew who to expect) He was professional and clearly communicated what needed to be done and the cost to fix it. Lorenzo not only fixed the problem completely and quickly, he also fixed the faucet that was flowing incorrectly and we didnt even have to ask- he saw the issue and fixed it. (This went above and beyond and our kids were so appreciative because although minor it was an annoyance every time they used the faucet) We absolutely would call Bob the Plumber again and highly recommend him and his employees. The service was great and the pricing was more than fair.

    I knew I had a problem when my water bill went sky high. I called Bob the Plumber and he sent his amazing employee Gilbert out to my house right away. He was able to isolate not one but two leaks! Gilbert was very reassuring and helpful since I was freaking out a bit. He worked hard to do the repair with the least amount of drywall and stucco repair and even refered me to some contractors to help me out. I am very impressed with this company.     First, I would like to thank Jason for all his help. I called Bobs Plumbing last week and Jason came out, heard my concerns that the pilot light would come on, but would not stay lit. So we ordered a new thermocoupler assembly, after getting the part number from Rheem. (Special Order). They ordered the part and came out today. Replace it, and was told to let it sit to get hot water again. Once he lit the water heater, I went and looked thru the small glass window to see the burner turned on, which I thought was the pilot (wrong 🤦‍♂️). After a hour of so, I went to see if the water was warm but it wasnt. Thinking something was wrong, I called them back out. ***NOTICE** Do not watch YouTube videos, as Bobs techs dont need to pull out multimeter to test. Its only comes down to the thermocoupler and or the control valve (the big valve at the bottom that has the igniter on it). I expected them to pull put multimeter and was confused as to why I didnt see them do it, as seen on YouTube videos. So I called Bob the owner to see how they diagnose home owners equipment and to my surprise only specialized manufacturers Plumbers do this. So Jason had to come back out (due to my stupidity) and explained to me that the burner will come on, heat up the water and turn off BUT the pilot light will stay lit. I didnt see mine, and thought there was a issue. But it was a error on my end. Needless to say installation was perfect, job well done. I will now use Bob plumbing for all my needs and want Jason to be my Tech. I highly recommend this company for all of your needs. They are affordable and honest. I picked Bob because of his company bio and I can assure you they wont let you down. A++++

    The adds say Call Bob The Plumber and am I glad I did! During the evening I heard what sounded like running water in the walls and couldnt figure out what was going on as everything was turned off. I gave Bob a call and the first thing next morning he had Matthew at my house and Bob himself even dropped in to help solve the mystery.Matthew was able to pinpoint the problem and it wasnt a fun one. SLAB LEAK!     I called Bob for a possible slab leak. He returned my call promptly. An hour later, he sent Gilbert over. Gilbert was extremely professional. He cared for my elderly parents and was worried about the tile floor being damage. Gilbert gave us two options, one to preserve our floor and bypass the leak. So we took option one to cap off the hot water line that leads to the kitchen island sink. He saves us money and time. Before he left to get the parts needed for the repair, he made sure my elderly parents would have access to the restrooms. He only shut the water partially to the kitchen area. He was very caring. An hour later, he fixed the issue. Happy customer and Happy parents.I would highly recommend calling Bob the plumber.

    I noticed some damage to a wall behind my couch and believed I might have a leak. I called Bobs to get a free estimate and they sent Rick the next day. It turned out to be old water damage from a previous leak I had already fixed but there was mold there causing the damage. Rick was honest and informed me there was no leak for him to fix and hooked me up with a reasonably priced drywall guy to take care of the damages.I finally found a plumber I can trust and wont take advantage of me!     First time using Bob the Plumber. I needed a gas valve replaced onmy dryer. Bob called back right away, but could not come out for a few days as they were busy. Bob called back and said he will try and get me in the next day if there is an opening, which he did and arrived himself first thing in the morning and replaced the valve in no time.I do not give many reviews as there is usually no reason to, but in this case Bob deserves more than a 5 star review, he has a good heart, friendly and very professional, always smiling, and reasonable prices but what stood out to me is he is an honest guy doing real honest work professionally.     Bob gave us a great price and most importantly, great service. Gilbert was our plumber and he did a full repipe of our house and installed a new tankless water heater within 4 days. He did not try to sell me services I didnt need.Our scenario: Were under contract to sell this property and during inspection a possible leak was found with an IR camera. Had the inspector done his job and looked in the area in question we wouldnt have had to call Bob. We arranged for Bob to come give his opinion and he told us that if he found nothing that he would right the report as such, no charge. This was the case, he found nothing wrong and wrote the report.     I made my review on Yelp and decided to have it posted here to support our local small businesses since Bob gave me such a huge help by coming out within the hour of contacting him.With the variety of tools at the hardware stores and the self-learned resources like YouTube, I was so ready to begin my handywomans fun project of sprinkler valve replacement. After spending two days trying to navigate through several blockages like running back to the store to get the right adapters to having the valve blew off from the pipes as the irrigation shut off valve was turned back on, to the continuous leaks despite the closing the shut-off valve, I decided to call Bob up on Memorial Day morning. With fully booked schedule for the day, he managed to squeeze me in for a free inspection appointment after I shared with him my concern with continuous water leakage, which is very precious to our planet. He then texted me his contractors name and photo for safety measures. Lorenzo arrived within the hour and was very patient with my lengthy story and decided that the irrigation shut-off valve was the culprit. The quote included the replacement mentioned as well as the bonus of exchanging out my two sprinkler valves that I have been messing with for the last two days. He took his time on the work as well as to educate me the differences between YouTube type of work vs professional work. I truly respect his knowledge and experience with plumbing and am very happy that the hassle is now behind me, phew.     Thank you so much to Bob the plumber and specifically Gilbert. We had a underslab leak that was causing so much leakage in the garage. I picked Bob the plumber because the solid 5 start reviews on his yelp and Google page. I can see why they are 5 star across the board! They are truly honest, reliable plumbers. They are also very responsive and communicate with you on what time theyll arrive. Gilbert came and pinpointed to leak right away. It was a supply line. He offered an affordable alternative which was to run tubing through existing copper line. The other alternative was more costly as the ceiling would have to be torn up. But the honesty they possess, Gilbert suggested sleeving the existing line(¾ line with ½tubing). It saved us 500 bucks. It was a pain to push the line through but it was accomplished in one day! Now we have full pressure and no more leaks! Great plumbers are a call away and I suggest these plumbers for your residential needs/service! Again thank you Bob and Gilbert! You now have a lifelong customer here! Give them a call!!

    Water heater crapped out and started leaking. Called them around 7p and left msg with cust svc person. They called me back the very next morn before 8a, and arrived at my house 30 min later. Within a couple hrs had a new water heater installed, along with replacing old, rusty pipes. They even replaced my water shut off valve for free (normally $250+). Both guys were very communicative and friendly. Very reasonable price that includes a 6 yr warranty. Have recommended them to others, wouldnt even think to call anyone else in the future.

    Had a drainage leak from my bathroom which overflowed to several areas of my home.The plumber Rick arrived promptly and was professional and efficient. He was quick in assessing where the leak, repaired it and showed me how far the drainage had traveled.He had a restoration specialist contact me for any mold damage that had set in.Rick and his worker presented top quality service and were affordable. Originally had appointment for water heater installation, two days before the appointment I noticed water on my kitchen floor, I called in full panic mode because my home warranty could not send somebody out for another two days? The moment BRIAN arrived he instantly put me at ease . After a dectecting I had a main water line break he made one call and Within the hour a restoration team was in my home starting the drying process. THAT IS SERVICE!!     These guys were amazing! I called Saturday morning with an issue with my kitchen sink. They were pretty booked but put us on standby. They were there to help by 1pm. And done in 45 min.
