He explained in detail what the problem was and had it resolved in about an hour and a half. My invoice was extremely reasonable and I was completely happy with all repairs done. Jeremy did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen faucet for us. It was a tougher task than expected due to the way our RO system was installed but his knowledge overcame the issue, just took a bit longer. He also rebuilt our shower faucet and let us know it would be stiff until it wore in. Lastly he replaced two bathroom faucets that we had put off for quite a while and now the wife is much happier. I would definitely recommend McPherson Brothers Plumbing for all your plumbing needs; they were very responsive, professional , affordable and friendly. I won’t hesitate to call them again.

Mike was sent out through our home warranty company because we were having issues with our water heater turning off. He showed up during the window he gave us, and replaced the necessary parts. We’ve had issues with plumbers sent through the warranty company in the past but Mike was honest and friendly and clean. Chris called to schedule a time to come out and was very friendly and professional. He was very understanding of our hectic schedule and worked with us. He showed up right on time and was very nice and helpful. He explained everything that was wrong and that needed to be done to fix our problem. He had to come back another day due to home warranty but again worked with our schedule. He called the next time he came back to let me know that he was on his way. He was in and out within the hour and completely and thoroughly fixed the work from the previous plumber. Chris was great and I would 100% recommend the McPherson Bros Plumbing to anyone!

They put us in touch with Chris from McPherson Bros Plumbing, he came out first thing in the morning. The out of pocket cost was so reasonable that the wife and I are going to have a date night (practicing social distancing of course)! McPherson Bros saved us from a hot water nightmare! 6/16/2021 UPDATE: Still awesome! Had several dripping fixtures, Mike came out and assessed, Jeremy came out and fixed. The kitchen fixture couldnt be repaired, homebuyers warranty would only replace with builder grade, they saw we had a Delta faucet, Mike went the extra mile and called Delta knowing we would have a lifetime warranty. Delta is now sending us a replacement and Jeremy will be back out to replace the old one. Thanks Mike and Jeremy for going the extra mile! Our plumbers for life! They were recommended by a neighbor, who was so effusive about their service we thought she must be related or something. Now we know why they came so highly recommended. Total professionals all the way. We had a water leak in our house. Michael happened to have a call in the area, and showed up promptly the day we called to assess the problem. He came back the next day with Chris and the leak detection equipment, and they both promptly dealt with the problem. The service fee was so reasonable that my wife was arguing that they should charge more. These guys are the real deal.

He came out to my parents house on short notice even thought he was busy. Met with my Dad, Steve, and went over the situation completely with him. Then had it fixed within 30 mins. After being professional, efficient and maintaining a high level of quality work came, the bill. Now that was the surprise because he informed Steve that the job was easy and only charged a minimal fee. Had to work through the Home Warranty. Water heater failed on Thanksgiving night, flooding the kitchen and causing much damage. This warranted having to place a claim with my Homeowners Insurance. Water did a lot of damage, as the water heater was located in the interior laundry room.. . adjacent to the kitchen. Mike went to work with getting me in touch with a restoration company. They got me a temporary water heater and installed dryers to eliminate the moisture. I cant speak highly enough of the way they handled my trauma. We paid them to relocate the unit to the garage, so I wont have that problem again.

McPherson Bros plumbing was GREAT! I had a home warranty claim and Mike thoroughly explained what might not be covered by the warranty. There were no unexpected costs, since he told us this up front. He was always on time and friendly. Through no fault of his, the repairs to the water heater area took much longer than expected but he stayed in touch and completed the installation the day after the repairs were finished. You cant even tell he was here - except for the pretty new water heater!! No mess left behind at all. Great job and I would highly recommend them!!

Even though I had a minor repair, Mike was all over it and treated it with great importance. He had Jeremy out to do the work in two days. Jeremy did a great job!
