My home warranty plan wouldn’t cover replacing the main water shut off valve. It was morning and I typed “plumber”in google and allowed location. A few names popped up and I saw the 5 stars by Impact Plumbing, so I called and Nick answered. I was able to FaceTime with Nick and showed him what I needed. I also remembered two other items. Nick kept me informed as to when he would arrive. He and Jimmy showed up and took care of those items plus a few more. I feel very confident in their workmanship and skills.I also made arrangements for additional repairs which they did two days later.Impact Plumbing helped me tremendously. Thank you.

Impact Plumbing Inc. has done an amazing job of assisting me with my leak. Nick and his assistant came out to an emergency call due to a leak in the wall. The leak had been going on for days and causing damage. Nick was kind enough to guide me through shutting off my water to reduce the damage. They came out quickly checked it out and turned out fixing itself. He did NOT charge me for his visit.. truly a blessing.. thank you so much for your time.. everyone check them out you won’t be disappointed!!

I had a bad leak on the flex cable for my water heater and Nick was able to come out and get it resolved without delays or issues. His quality of work is excellent. Were doing a home remodel and needed several lines moved. We needed the water line for the refrigerator relocated as well as the hot and cold and the drain line moved for the wash machine in the laundry room. Most importantly we needed the main gas line and a drain line that were between the 1st and 2nd story rerouted, which was no small task. Nick came out and gave us a more than competitive quote. We not only chose Nick for pricing, but also his knowledge and communication skills. Nick and Rico did an amazing job and we are very happy with the quality of work they performed. We had the pull permits with the city for this project, and passed the inspection with flying colors. We are so happy we had Impact Plumbing do our work. We would never have anyone else do work in our house other than them. We highly recommend Nick and Rico.

I met Nick for the first time today. We found Impact Plumbing through home advisor. Free read many of his reviews and that of many others and decided to give him a try. His prices were reasonable and when we talked to him on the phone I felt like I have known him forever. Explain what we wanted he gave us options and the result was an excellent repair. I do believe at this point he will be my go-to guy for any plumbing issues I come across. I would highly recommend him.

We couldnt be happier ! Nick is a master Plumber and a General Contractor.So not only did he replace our water heater, he repaired the water damage, reconstructing the stand it sits on, repaired the drywall, removing all the mold/mildew and painted to restore everything to better than new.Nick is super easy to talk with and is just a real nice guy. Taking great pride in his work, Nick is honest and fair, and will work with you to keep the cost to a minimum. We might have paid a whole lot more had we not called Impact Plumbing Inc. We got lucky to find them.

I found Impact Plumbing via Angies List when I needed someone to help with a water heater issue. I was told by Nick that he was able to go out to my property within 24 hours and assess if the water heater was worth repairing. Since I was unable to visit this property at the time of the issue, Nick sent me pictures from the property and was very helpful in the process. This company is very honest with pricing and offered to do a more affordable repair but, I decided to go with a replacement due to the age of the water heater. In March my husband tried to DIY a leaky faucet and ended up making it worse. I called Impact Plumbing and Nick was able to come over the next day.. With the covid19 situation I asked him if he and Rico had been sick or had a fever lately.He was so grateful that I asked and said no. He said they would wear gloves while in my house because my 85 year old mother lives with us. They practiced social distancing and sanitized every area they worked in. I ended up getting every fixture in my house replaced as well as replacing a toilet. He was very reasonably priced and did great work. I would highly recommend this company. Hands down the best plumbing service Ive come across. If you are hesitant to find a plumber, these guys are the ONES! Nick & Jimmy really set the bar in Quality work as well as customer service. I had a leak with my water heater which I couldnt pin point the source. They found it, fixed it and thoroughly checked all other pipes to make sure the job was completely taken care of. They then replaced my water heater very professionally while also giving me little bits of water heater knowledge along the way. Im usually not thrilled about having strangers at my home but these two gentlemen were very professional and an absolute pleasure to have around. I know without a doubt I will be calling Nick & Jimmy for any future plumbing issues. For the quality and customer service, I was shocked they gave me the best price quote in moreno valley.

Amazing work, Nick and his assistant Jimmy came to do a leak detection and explained everything in a very professional way of what type of leakage it was and then they repaired the pipe, in only a few hours! I called Nick because my water faucet in the front of my house was leaking. He came and fixed that and also added a cut off valve so that I could turn water off from there. Since he did such an impressive job there I had him come in and fix the pipe to my dishwasher. I had always noticed that my dishwasher would always stick out from my cabinets. After I got new cabinets the dishwasher stuck out even more. The reason was because the pipe was outside of the wall. Nick fixed the pipe by putting it inside the wall. My dishwasher is now lined with my cabinets. Nicks prices are great. Recently the weight on my kitchen faucet fell off. I didnt know why my sprinkler (dont know if thats the correct terminology) was hanging and called Nick to repair. He came and saw that the weight was under the sink and put it back with no charge. He is a really nice guy and always in a good mood. He really knows his job.

I was surprised to find my kitchen sink backed up from a clog and couldnt figure out what or where the issue was coming from. I called Nick and he was able to fit me in the same morning to help solve my problem. He we very communicative and easy to work with. The issue was a clog in the main water line. He and his associate were very clean and professional. Nick was thorough in explaining the why and how to prevent my issue from happening again. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Overall, it was a great experience after dealing with a horrible plumber in the past. Needless to say, I will be using Impact Plumbing for all future needs and recommending to my family and friends.
