As I am going through the process of having flooring installed in my home, I had the occasion to have Lucy help us. I was thoroughly impressed by her knowledge of the various types of flooring and her ability to deal effectively to get the job done in a timely manner.Lucy is an asset to the Moreno Valley Home Depot and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering flooring as she is a true professional.While costumer service can be a bit challenging, as sometimes there are rare associates available, I am very pleased with the store.

I give it 5 stars because it is a store where you find 95% of what you are looking for!! But there are someEmployees who are really terrible, they went to choose a paint and I needed them to mix paint for me and they didnt pay attention to me, I was more than10 minutes, she looked at me standing there and didnt tell me what she was offering me until I told her.I asked for help and he told me here it is ordered but with a terrible attitude, I think they should teach customer service better...
