We are very pleased with the service we received from The Dependable Plumber. And we highly recommend them! We called them when a 4.8 star plumbing company did not do the work that was needed. Robby came to the rescue. He cut open the wall and tireless search for the actual problem. Then he correctly diagnosed the drain leakage problem, did a facetime call with our claims adjuster and helped her to fully understand what the real problem was. When Robby left our home the drain that connected the washer on the second floor was fixed. With his help we were able to move to the next step in the insurance process, which has stalled before he arrived. He did an amazing job!

Being my house a new construction, there is a lot of dirt on the pipes, that might be all cleaned with time. I am relieved that there is no need to re-do the pipes. Hopefully the dirt will clear up. He identified the problems and showed me the problems. He he didn’t just say this is what’s wrong and this is how much it’s going to be. ( that’s star #3 ) Everything was done in a timely manner my appointment was a 08:00 AM they were complete with everything by 03:00 PM mind you this wasn’t a small job ( that’s start #4 ). Communication was EXCELLENT from the operator to the workers.( that’s star #5) if it was possible to give this company more than 5 stars I would my experience was beyond excellent.

I had a pipe leaking under my concrete in my kitchen so called out a plumber to have it fixed. The first company I called out wanted to replace all the pipes in my house and told me there’s no other option to resolve the issue. I was hesitant to follow through with the work because of the cost was so high. We had dependable rooter come out and they gave me multiple options to fix the leak instead of just one option to Repipe my house for upwards of $15000! They replaced the line going to the kitchen in one day for a fraction of the price the other company had quoted me. Thank you the dependable plumber! I had a water pressure problem that was affecting my 2 bathrooms. 3 separate companies came and couldnt figure out why I was having this issue. This company was recommended to me by a friend. They came and found that I actually had an active leak in a copper pipe that was causing the pressure drop. Their pri ing was reasonable as well.
