    We put a listing request out on Angies list and Superior Plumbing and Drains was able to connect with us less than 5 minutes later. They scheduled us for an appointment the next day that accommodated our schedules. Michael was our specialist and he did an amazing job. He came in and assessed our issue and found that it was just a simple fix. He noticed low water pressure and assessed that as well. He was quick and helped us resolve our issue in less than 30 minutes. We truly do appreciate their support!

    Michaels professionalism and knowledge were the results needed with my momā€™s plumbing issue. It is an older home and my child hood home.He provided solutions and options and displayed a level of customer service and a job well done. The plumbing needed an upgrade with the valves and hose to connect a new two in one washer and dryer. After doing an excellent repair with the plumbing he also installed the machine. In the society we all live in today it was refreshing to experience a young man with an mature soul and the level of concern and extreme humility and kindness he displayed with my mother and me(her daughter) during this project. From speaking to Haley who was also very kind and understanding during setting up an appointment time with Michael. When I received the text I contacted my mother and told her Michael like the Arch angels name will be there soon before I arrive. I mentioned that to Michael about his name and he said he was named after the angel. Letā€™s just say kindness & professionalism is never outdated & Michael provided both. Definitely a prayer answered for the upgrades and work taking place in my motherā€™s home. Thank You Superior we will be using you if needed for future projects.

    I was without water and desperate to get my well repaired asap.After calling several companies I was told they couldnt get to usuntil tomorrow because it was after hours for them even thoughthey advertised emergency service was available.Then I found Superior online. I called and Shirley assisted meon the phone. She got in touch with Scott, and he came outwithin forty-five minutes. He patched the well and got it workingagain. He found that we needed some maintenance and gaveus an estimate to get the work done that would get the well backin good working order. The estimate was very reasonable and wewere pleased with that. Weve had well service from two othercompanies in the past and the prices were outrageous and wedid not call either of those companies this time.I give Shirley and Scott 5*****s for helping us get our water backwithin two hours.     When I needed a plumber due to a water issue at my home, Superior was the only company who not only responded with the quickest appointment time but called to let me know that due to a cancellation they were able to come even sooner. I especially appreciated the text message I received prior to the technician arriving, showing me his picture as well as his name. Walker, the technician, was professional, highly knowledgeable, and compassionate about my situation. I would highly recommend their service.

    The best plumbing company! Found my outside water leak, repaired it quickly and the price was the lowest of all the quotes I was given. Made sure the yard was the same as before and driveway cleaned. AAA+++. Fixed the toilets at no charge. Very happy customer!

    They were able to respond quickly when our water heater quit working. One of their plumbers came to the house, inspected heater, recommended replacement and explained clearly why he was recommending replacement. He then gave options of different prices and types of heaters. Once we made our choice they completed the work the next day. Throughout the process there was clear communication about all parts of the job. I would recommend this company without a question.

    A plumbing emergency is one of my most dreaded homeowner issues! This was by far the best service experiences Iā€™ve had in many, many years. Scheduling was easy! The office was responsive and very quickly assisted with my emergency situation. My issue was a tricky one, and Armin and Tim stayed with it until it was fully resolved. They were clear about the cost of after hours service, and although resolution probably took double the time expected, they charged me exactly what was quoted at the beginning of the job. This five star rating is for competence, knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, courtesy, caring and cost! I highly recommend Superior Plumbing and Drains.

    So impressed , I called this company yesterday after receiving an above usual water bill. Very polite , knowledgeable both Hayley and Cameron. They got me scheduled for the next day at 10am ! . Communication was great about techs arrival time. Travis showed up so polite and thorough. Since I was unsure where my problem was he did a walk through checking all my plumbing. He did not over charge me and he did not try to sell me stuff that didnā€™t need to be replaced. He was able to get my issues taken care of same day.     Let me tell you about Superior Plumbing. They are fantastic! They put in all new plumbing for my trailer. Inside and under ground. They communicated with me on every detail. Why it was delayed, what issues they came across ( trailer was made in 1988) and then another issue came up because of another company that installed insulation under my trailer. Because they put a hole In my new plumbing and it had to be repaired. The guy that repaired it turned my water off under the trailer and after trying 3 times to get them to come to turn it back on, I then reached out to Superior Plumbing as I knew they knew where the water cutoff was at. They sent someone out 20 minutes after I reached out to them. Hands down Ive never been treated so well by a company before. They are the best and I highly recommend them.

    Jordan did a great job. We were so pleased he was the one to come out and help us with our plumbing issue. He was very informative and clean. The place was left cleaner than when he arrived.

    We had a flood at 2am as the sewer drain pipe in the yard was clogged up. We called 9 all hours plumbing companies that apparently arenā€™t really 24 hrs. Finally down on the list was Superior Plumbing and Drains which was able to get someone out. Armin got here at 3am got the clog loose and could hear the sweet sound of the water rushing thru the pipe. He also checked with a camera to make sure there werenā€™t any cracks in the pipe. They were very honest and told us there were no cracks and we were good to go. It also didnā€™t cost as much as I thought it was going to cost. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again if I ever need a plumber again.

    Before they even arrived, they deserve the five star rating. I got confirmation for the technician being on their way via text ,phone call and email. Not only was I thoroughly informed they provided a picture and background on the person I should be expecting . When they arrived, even though they were here to check on the interior of the home when I opened the door for them they respectfully asked if they could enter. I was impressed and grateful for this simple gesture. I have been dealing with several big name plumbing companies prior to reaching out to this one, and I wish I reached out to them first. Zach and Dameon were both very professional, courteous, informative and even personable. Iā€™ve been in customer service my entire life, and you could tell that they always go above and beyond. Also had speedy and very helpful email exchange and phone calls with the companyā€™s customer service reps. So so awesome!!!!

    Although I havent had plumbing work provided by Superior, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the help and advice that John Brandt provided me while I was at Home Depot. I had just purchased a new ladder and stabilizer, and had no idea how I was going to get these items in my SUV without ruining the car. John, overheard me voicing my concern to the cashier in the Contractors section, and volunteered to help me. He loaded the items for me, tied them down safely, and refused to accept any money whatsoever for this incredibly kind gesture. People like John Brandt make this world a better place, and are sorely needed in our society right now. Superior is extremely blessed to have such a tremendous employee, and he deserves a raise!! Lindsay was able to get here in advance of the appointment, assessed my needs and offered to complete the job right away.     Called and got an appointment right away to look at my hot water heater. Technician was on timeā€¦friendly and diagnosed the issue immediately. I was able to get an appointment to replace the unit at 9AM the next morning. Iā€™ll update the rating if my experience if anything changes but this far Iā€™m happy.

    Update 9/29/1970: We had what we thought was a plumbing emergency, because one of the shower faucets in the house wouldnā€™t turn off. We called Superior Plumbing and Scott was here within 15 minutes! He quickly assessed the problem and is coming back in the morning to replace a broken part. Excellent service!Customer service was great about keeping in touch with me, and letting me know when I could expect someone to arrive. The technician was early, but this was communicated in advance. He did a great job, and left everything very clean!

    Very fast response! Water line break in the yard had me calling for a quote at 10 AM. Their techs arrived before 2 PM, coming from 40 minutes away, and the line was repaired within 30 minutes. I had already dug it out so the job was very quick and we had water back by 2:30 PM. Will be calling them again the next time.

    Stan, Brendan, and Zach recently replaced a leaking conventional water heater in my crawl space with a tankless heater.Stan was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions when weighing my options for replacement. The tankless heaters are more expensive, but definitely the way to go if youre replacing one. It should be more efficient, last longer, and I personally liked the fact that I wont have a 45 gallon tank of water in my crawl space waiting to burst again in 10-15 years.It was a big job and I really appreciate them working me into the schedule on short notice. Great experience from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

We hired him to repair several dripping faucets in our home after he provided us with a thorough inspection and free estimate. He did extensive research on a part for one of our obscure and discontinued brands of faucet in order to be sure to order the correct part. He also informed us that one of the parts was very delicate and could break during the removal, but his knowledge of the situation and his care in the removal prevented the part from breaking, saving us a much more extensive repair. In addition to repairing all of the faucets on our request, he also repaired a broken pipe in our crawlspace we had just discovered the morning of our appointment. Stan is the most knowledgeable plumber Iā€™ve worked with. I will certainly use Stan and Superior Plumbing again. I also really appreciated Stan and Brenden put on shoe covers before entering my home!

    This was my first time using Superior Plumbing and Drains and they were phenomenal. After spending the holiday with no water, the lady I spoke with to make the appointment was very kind and was able to work me in the next day. Christopher went above and beyond from explaining what was wrong and needed to be addressed to working late just so everything would be complete. He did an amazing job and Superior Plumbing and Drains is lucky, in this day and age, to have such a great employee. I found their prices to be reasonable and the quality of work exceptional. They definitely have my business going forward!

    Superior has worked as a vendor for our company for awhile now. We never have to worry about the work not being done right! They always do a great job. Shirley is in the office and she has great customer services and always helps where she can! I would highly recommend superior plumbing and drains to anyone in need of plumbing services.

    Tylor showed up right on time. Found the issue quickly, and fixed the problem easily despite the minor leak being in a hard to reach place. He was also friendly and obviously very competent. I sincerely hope I never have to use them again. But if I do have a need for them, theyā€™ll be my first call.

    James was the best from start to finish. He walked me through the estimate, kept the work going smoothly and I trusted him in my home. James has an awesome personality. Ray also joined him for the job finished and I am beyond pleased with both! My new shower units are great! And they even pulled my trash from the street, mopped my floors to clean up any debris they dragged in, and were just all around professional. I have never been so pleased with a plumber. Definitely recommend
