I can’t say enough how well ProMax Water Heaters & Plumbing operate. Todd was great with the communication of the entire process. He is very responsive and made the process easy. Evan and Owen came by and were professionals from the beginning. They were efficient and thorough. I like how the process of me taking a picture and send it to them rather than have someone schedule a date to come by with an estimate. Their prices were fair for the work that they have to do. I know I have a go to company to work on all my plumbing needs in the future . Definitely recommend giving a call for all your plumbing needs.

ProMax installed our new tankless water heater last month. I liked Evan’s work on that project so much I hired him to move all the water lines and plumbing so we could relocate our washer and dryer to a different part of the basement. Another outstanding job! If you’re looking for a high quality install for a reasonable price, ProMax is the way to go.

The best by a wide margin. Ive been on a condo board more than a decade in a challenging location built over Lake Washington in 1969. For over 10 years we received bids and rejections from a half dozen plumbers large and small that hesitated to remove cast-iron drain lines embedded in our concrete slab. Some plumbers cherry-picked the easy parts and skipped sections that needed replacement. Others failed to meet building code but charged us anyway as the system continued to degrade. ProMax was the first company to carefully analyze and bid the entire job, and they completed 100% on time and on spec with zero hassles or mistakes.We have switched all our Kirkland condo plumbing business to ProMax, and Ill be doing the same at a Seattle condo association.

Evan and Owen showed up on time, were super polite and professional and worked hard all day long on a fairly complex installation of a brand new tankless water heater in a different part of my basement from where the old tank heater was located. The quality of their work was flawless and everything looks so neat and tidy. I had even forgotten one request I had made to brace the gas meter on the outside of the house during the pre-work walk through with Evan. Well, Evan and Owen didn’t forget and they took care of that issue as well. Last but not least they cleaned up everything to a “T” before they left well into the evening. I strongly recommend ProMax Heaters and Plumbing. I am 100% happy with their work and would hire them again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a quality install at a fair price and done by pros, look no further.

Amazing Service! Both Todd and Evan were courteous, kind and professional. When I woke up this morning and found water gushing out of my water tank, I didn’t know what to do. My hot water tank went out and was leaking water everywhere. Shut off the water supply and Contacted Evan. I thought I would be a few days without hot water because this happened during the ice storm and knowing he’s probably busy fixing frozen pipes, plus Im way out in Sultan. He was there the next day!!!! Got it installed. Very professional, friendly, and did a fabulous job. I will not only use him again, but will recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done. We bought a house with an old sewage ejector pump that we wanted replaced. Via email and some pictures Evan was able to determine what was the best option in dealing with it and gave us an estimate. He was very easy to communicate with via email and text. The day of the install/replacement I had noticed a wet area under our tankless heater. While Evan was there he took care of that for us as well. Evan is easy to talk to, great at explaining things and kept the work area clean. We will definitely be using him again for other plumbing needs.

We had ProMax service our Navien tankless water heater. While it was challenging to get a hold of them to schedule a date -- phone/text tag! -- we were very pleased once Evan made it to our house to do the work.What a difference having a company that specializes in tankless water heaters makes!1. Although our Navien NPE240A has a built-in recirculation pump, it hadnt been turned on by Butterfield, the HVAC company that did the installation. Evan pointed that out and asked if we wanted it turned on. Yes, was our no-brainer answer! For the last 10 years, we wondered why it took so long to get hot water!? Once recirc was enabled, we got almost instantaneous hot water upstairs in seconds when previously it would take up to 5 mins2. Evan also pointed out that Butterfield failed to install an expansion tank. Turns out, a closed plumbing system without a hot water expansion tank risks damage: water pressure can build and build, getting high enough to damage valves, plumbing fixtures, supply pipes, and even the water heater itself, causing water heater leakage, etc. We had Evan install the expansion tank.3. Finally, we never informed us that tankless water heaters need regular maintenance (cleaning the air & water filters, and dirt trap; flushing & scaling the heat exchanger & water heater). Once we learned about the maintenance requirements this year, I emailed and called Butterfield multiple times to try and schedule maintenance but never got a reply. Fortunately, I found ProMaxx and Evan :-)I heartily recommend ProMax and Evan. Go with the team that specializes in tankless!

Electric water heater replaced…Very high quality work. They made the new water heater fit a tight space very tidily. They added proper drainage that didn’t exist before. They even made all the piping look tidy. Their price was mid-range, lower than some other bids from nearby competitors.I’d call them again if I had to, but it’s not likely I’ll need to for a long while.
