These folks are great! They need the phone, texts, emails and are fast to set appointments! The girls on the phone are awesome and very accommodating. Once the appointment was made (ac unit died) they came right out with a knowledgeable tech who walked me through my options and used zero pressure left us to decide. Once we did they were fast to set up an appointment and dealt with financing. Within a few days they were here with two great guys and did the install. When they left it was great, they were clean, quiet and fast! What can I say, awesome service!

Greg and Chris were amazing Techs! My furnace was not working and I was able to get same day support with the help of the service desk person I spoke on the phone with. She was incredibly friendly and made sure they could support me, asking good questions. I received a window time period and received a text with a picture so that I could know who would come out to support. Greg and Chris arrived on time and were friendly throughout service. They answered questions with ease and explained it well enough for a first time homeowner. Greg provided information about my furnace and helpful tips to maintain it. Nebrasky is one of a kind in the area for service. Multiple people to answer calls and schedule appointments, knowledgeable technicians, and in our case miracle workers. They corrected a plumbing issue that has plagued our house for 70 years and multiple homeowners. They answer all my questions and provide expectations up front.I went though several plumbers and HVAC companies in the area until calling Nebrasky. Now Ill only call Nebrasky.Update: we purchased an air conditioner through them and its made life heavenly. We contracted Nebrasky for a boiler replacement. We collected 4 estimates and each company came to our home to give us an estimate. Only Nebrasky sent a technician that was able to service our old boiler to get it to make hot water again while we were collecting and comparing the bids. Nebraskys pricing was in-line with the other bids we received. They provided professional bids and responded to our questions in timely manner. The installation was seamless and very professional. Available by phone after hours, helpful, and prompt.I called after hours with an emergency furnace issue. Nebrasky is one of the only companies that does after hours service for *new* customers. Multiple other businesses took our info but then we learned they only do emergency service calls if youre an existing customer...not helpful when the house is 45 degrees! Before visiting and thereby triggering the fee for an emergency house call they walked through all of the possible issues that might explain our issue. After determining theyd need to visit they worked hard to fit us into their schedule. Much appreciated!

They called on the day of my appointment and told me that they were running early and if I wanted them to come at that time. I called back Robin and told her I was about 10 minutes from home she told me not to worry Dominic would go for coffee and return. When Dominic returned he got to work fixed my bathroom within the hour. Nebrasky has a very good staff I appreciate how clean and neat they are. They even like my dogs who return the favor. He called me back quickly to set up an appointment for an estimate, and then ordered the part needed, and called me back as soon as it was in to schedule the installment. He was here at our home to (a) do annual maintenance on generator, and (b) look at living room radiators for possible upgrade to high output radiators since living room faces lake and we have hard time maintaining even heat in winter when it gets very cold outside. Dominick discussed with husband and me possible need for new battery for generator. Provided us with invoice for service performed on generator. Did not leave any trash behind when he left.

During the coldest day of the winter, at least during that week, the heat in the new place we moved into stopped working. Woke up to 30 degrees with a baby screaming in the next room. We needed someone quick to keep the kids from shivering out of their skin, and we needed someone reliable, I cant stress enough the screaming 11 month old at 3am...not fun!Nebrasky squeezed us in, understanding the predicament, and the gentleman who showed up was polite and informative. He checked the boiler, did some tests and cleaned a part. When he said all he had to do was clean a part I thought for sure he was crazy - but he was honest and the bill reflected the work he did.He stayed to make sure the temp actually increased and event checked our vents. UPDATE: The receptionist spoke to the manager about my situation and they extended a partial refund. They did the right thing.I had a very bad experience with Nebrasky. The tech wasnt very knowledgeable at all (didnt even know how to hook up a C wire to power), and she charged me a full hour of use of the ice breaker machine when in reality it only ran for about 15 minutes AT THE MOST since literally every 2 minutes it would trip a breaker.Not only that, the ice breaker machine itself looked like a hunk of garbage - 75% of it was rusted and it even overheated at one point. To charge $370/hr to use a machine like that is unheard of since its definitely not even worth 2+ hours of their charge to use it.Needless to say, the machine didnt work at all, and my pipes remained frozen. I was charged a full hour for thawing and a service call charge and NOTHING was repaired.Not very happy.

When Dom came to the house, he was very courteous and professional. Dom was able to identify the passing problem, after putting on a few miles going from the basement to the first and second level of our house. Apparently some of the plumbing that was done prior to our moving in, was a Rube Goldberg job, which caused some of the delay in getting to the problem, which is the upstairs shower fixture.We are looking forward to see if you will be able to order the parts for this fixture, to repair it and if not, then we will have you replace the fixture.Both my wife and I are pleased with the outcome of todays visit and we are looking forward to have you correct the problem.I would highly recommend Nebrasky to anyone asking if we know of a reliable plumber. Having had my heat go out in the middle of the night, it was a challenge to find a service that was available at 3am. I had left a message with the answering service and within minutes the techinition called to advise he was on his way. After our first experience working with Greg, we felt comfortable leaving the door open to our home and having him let himself in. Truly, thats saying a lot these days. Nebrasky may not be the least expensive choice out there, but when you work with this company, you can trust that the issue is going to be honestly assessed and resolved correctly and quickly. HONEST HONEST HONEST is all I can say after using them a few days ago since the heating motor in my house stopped running. I called them early in the morning to fix the problem and the technician arrived within an hour. Once the issue was diagnosed I was quoted a price.
