On the night of June 2nd the alarm on my septic system dosing pump was sounding. Thats NOT a sound you want to hear any time; much less late at night! The pump had stopped working and the alarm meant that the tank was getting full. I called a plumber after hours and their answering service said theyd call in the morning. Morning came, no call.I found KC Septic Service by Googling septic service Monroe GA, the reviews were good, so I called. Kenneth answered and I explained my situation. He and his crew were having breakfast together, but he was kind enough to make me a priority at that moment. During the call, he guided me through the steps to reset the pump. A ground fault switch that I hadnt noticed before was tripped on the system. As a result of Kenneths good advice, the dosing pump started working again. Problem solved and Kenneth went back to having breakfast.I was very impressed by this kind of thoughtfulness and service. And, all of it was accomplished over the phone! Wow!When I need septic service or regular maintenance, I know who I will call. As of this writing KC Septic Service had 7 Google reviews; each of them were 5 stars. Now I know why.Im happy to add one more 5 Star review. Kudos!

Called them a week earlier to set up an appointment. He showed up as agreed, communicated a little bit before if it was still a good time and very professional.We wanted to have our septic pumped, since we have been in the place for 4 years and had not pumped it yet. After pumping, which was badly needed, he also pumped the overflow liquid tank as we suspected solids to have gotten in there as well.He cleaned up after himself, closed the holes and didnt mind me watching the job to understand better what septic system we had, since we bought the house a few years ago and had no good documentation on the system.Now I hope not to see him again for another few years until regular maintenance.

Ken was a life saver for us. Ken came out on the same day we called, dug up the area needed to inspect the septic system and saw huge roots. A large oak tree had grown and clogged up the septic lines with its roots. He helped us find an excellent tree service to take down the tree. The next day he was back in the morning and cleaned and repaired our system. Ken knows what he is doing and is very honest about what needs fixed and what does not. His helper Justin was also very professional and polite. Thanks Ken!! We appreciate your service.

I called. Kenneth answered. I needed help fast. He was at my home in less than an hour. An hour after that, he was finished. The invoice was very fair and reasonable. I received complete training on my septic system as an important side benefit. I recommend him highly. If you need anything related to a septic system, give him a call.
