    Pierce, Gerald and their team did a fantastic job from start to finish. The communication was excellent and the end product is superior quality. They gave daily updates and were transparent the entire time. I even had a chance to meet them onsite ahead of drilling and on the 1st day they started drilling. Highly recommend.

    Great experience with JKA well drilling and pumps. I had a bad pressure switch on my pump and didnt feel comfortable switching out myself. Kevin showed up right on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable even provided me with some sample bottles and literature to have my water tested after I expressed an interest in having that done. Bill was pretty steep for such a cheap part and small repair, but overall happy to have the pump working as it should again.

    I will start out by saying I’ve never reviewed anyone before but I chose to review these guys because they 100% stand out in their field as a great option for well drilling and maintenance. I recently used JKA Well Drilling and pumps to drill a new well on my property and was pleasantly surprised at how great they were to work with. I have been in construction and maintenance for 20 years now and know a good contractor and good tradesman when I come across them. I started out my well drilling journey with Pierce, he was extremely helpful and great to work with. When it was time to drill. Gerald and his helper (I forget his name unfortunately) showed up and got right down to business. It was quickly apparent that Gerald knows what he is doing. We hit the water table and after looking at the drill tailings and types of rock coming up. He advised that we push down 20 more feet and hot dang he was right. I know it’s always a gamble on what you’re going to get when you drill but Gerald’s expertise payed off and man does that well put out some water. After drilling was done Ryan came out to install my pump and run thru all the testing once again, he was knowledgeable, quick and able to answer any questions and got the job done. Top to bottom this is my number one choice for drilling in Washington. I have unfortunately had to deal with quite a few well drilling companies for well maintenence on another property and have always been left with the feeling that I’m getting swindled or being sold a bill of goods. Not JKA, I can’t stress it enough. THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL and I would recommend them to anyone!

    Ryan from JKA Well Drilling did a wonderful job replacing a pump in our 1000 gallon tank for our house. We had a crack in the old pump line which caused loss of water pressure. Ryan disconnected the old pump and installed a new line and pump to supply the house with water restoring water pressure. Great job. - Ian Coley

    We’re working with Kevin White and John Roer at JKA on rehabbing our old well and pump installed in 1980. Lucky that those old parts got us this far after 43 years! I feel equally fortunate to be working with both gentlemen. They are knowledgable about the end-2-end process and tech details around the well, pumps and electrical wiring, and answered my many questions with easy to understand explanations. Kevin is thoughtful about the impact of the drilling process on my property, and is a really nice person to boot. John performed the installation in just one day and was so helpful and considerate. Beverly in the JKA office is also super helpful and kind. Their customer service and communication are stellar. Glad to be working with them.

    As a first-time well owner, understanding how everything works, how I can perform some of the annual maintenance myself, and things to watch for over the course of the year are all important to me.Our builder had JKA drill our well and install a whole-house filtration and ozone system, so I thought best to have them out to perform the initial maintenance on the system. Kevins personable approach, willingness to answer all my questions, and give me clear guidance on how to properly maintain my system, was all very much appreciated. Im much more comfortable with the overall system now, but in the event of any issues, I wont hesitate to call JKA. First class service.

    JKA took great care of us. Our main water line from our well to our house cracked underground. That meant no water, and the day before our baby was due to be born, no less! Not only was Kevin out there in just a few hours, but he worked his tail off to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. It was a big job, bigger than either of us thought going in, but he worked hard to get it done same day, and kept me informed each step of the way. This easily could have been a much bigger headache for our family, but thanks to Kevin’s hard work and expertise, we were back online before dinner. We are grateful, Kevin and the JKA team!

What I am most impressed is the recent follow up inspection. The serviceman was very helpful and has our full confidence in his assessment.Panning to ask JKA to repair or if necessary replace, our in house gas water heater. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    I came to JKA for a well repair on a home I had just purchased. The previous owners had done basically no maintenance on the well and the water went out just TWO DAYS after we moved in, right in the middle of a heat wave. JKA moved schedules around and were able to get us up and running much faster than we expected as well as worked with me on getting the parts quickly. Now we have the best water pressure Ive ever had with water quality we love. I cant recommend them enough!!

    We had JKA drill and installed a well recently and I was very impressed with the care Pierce and Kevin showed with my property. They did an amazing job and were very professional.     JKA drilled a new well for our community system in east King County. We had a 35 year old water source serving 8 homes that over the years slowed to a point of not being able to keep up any longer.With a community system it was complicated, but JKA was great in pointing us in the right direction to get necessary permits and engineering in place. They were clear on requirements, paperwork and lead us through the project. Their online estimation, approval and payment process is easy enough to work with too.Knowing we were running out of water they prioritized our project. Once we had State and County permission to drill, they were there within days. The team worked through a challenging drill operation (deep drill, lots of rock and tight drilling quarters) and got it done for us quickly.We are happy to finally be over our water shortages...our new system seems reliable and efficient. JKA was also responsive in fixing a few other mechanical and plumbing issues before this big job - it was not the first time we called them and we would definitely call them again should the need arise. Their team members are courteous, informative and seem well experienced at what they do.For other well repairs...previously I had called upon a few other companies in the area (which will not be named in this review) that I will never call again. I would say JKA is definitely on the list for someone to call when theres a problem or when you want the job done right, they stand behind their work too.

    Had a significant issue with silt/sand in our well water as well as a pump that kept loosing power. JKA was quick to arrange an assessment and did a great job remediating the problem. The silt/sand has gone away, our water flow is better than ever thanks to a well refurbish/pump replacement that removed over 50 feet of sand in the bottom of our well. Service was friendly and they suffered my endless questions well. Thanks!

    So, my custom house build in Woodinville was almost done. Its Tuesday and the inspection is Wednesday. There was a power outage over the weekend, so I needed to reset the well manually, which I had done many times before. I try it and get nothing. Seems like there is no power at all. Fortunately, the master electrician is on-site so I have him check everything and confirm there is power, so the only possibility is a broken pressure switch or a broken pump. This is potentially very bad, especially if its the pump. I call JKA, explain the situation, and they say they will have someone call shortly. Minutes later, Kevin White gives me a call, has me check the size of the pump to make sure hes got any parts that might be needed and says he will be there in 45 minutes. He arrives and quickly determines that it the pressure switch is the problem (much to my relief). He changes out the switch with a new automatic pressure switch (so I wont have to reset it manually now) and replaces a broken pressure gauge as well. Its all done in under an hour for only a bit over the cost of the emergency call itself. The day is saved and the project doesnt get delayed at all. Great job by Kevin and JKA, and really impressive response speed when I desperately needed it.

    When we built our house several years ago, JKA Well Drilling & Pumps drilled our well and installed all the equipment necessary in our pump house to provide us with a good consistent water source. I found their prices fair. They always came on time, and the quality of their work was always to a high standard.     Update. When we purchased our place in 2012 there was a community well goin in at the same time. Pierce gave us advise to re-new our old on site well because our house would not hit the close date if we waited for the community well. He was right.     My 17 foot well is 70 years old and the 6 inch screen was breaking down, letting sand into the water. Another company put in a 4 inch screen, but the pump was sucking air at 5 gallons per minute so they put in a smaller flow restrictor for 3 gallons per minute.Previously, we were getting 12 gallons per minute, so at 3 gallons per minute when we ran anything outside, the water pressure in the house went down. :(The company we have worked with for 38 years was not helpful, but Pierce with JKA thought a 3 inch diameter variable speed pump would work. Rich and Kyle installed the this morning and we now have 8 gallons per minute, which is all I can get with the current restrictors. Rich and Kyle were prompt, friendly and professional.
