We have had integrity plumbing out on three separate occasions now, and each time they are incredibly helpful and have been able to solve plumbing problems that were previously unsolved by other plumbers. Joe the owner, is great and willing to take the time to help explain the problem in depth and the needed solution! Every team member who’s been out to our home has been extremely knowledgeable and also very efficient. It’s evident they genuinely care about their clients and pricing is extremely fair. We’ve been recommending to all our friends!

Integrity was amazing with an emergency pipe repair we needed in our new home. Screws had been drilled into the pipe and only discovered when old shelving was removed. Integrity Plumbing was recommended to us by our painting contractor and they were at our home and had the repairs complete within just a few hours. The guys answered my questions about the issue and explained their repair to me. We are new to the Monroe area and we have definitely found a plumbing company we can use in the future.

Matt did a fantastic job. First they were honest and up front in the pricing and gave us options which is very appreciated when you know you could be looking at a major repair. Second they respond quickly and sent Matt out within an hour of calling. ( The plumbers that initially installed our new toilets could not get back out to help us for 4 potentially 5 days they were vague and would not give us a specific time. 3. Matt explained everything in detail what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. 4. He was incredibly clean, when he left I didn’t have to clean anything. 5. He was quick efficient and incredibly pleasant. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a plumber. I will definitely be calling back to have them come out and check out the 2 other toilets we had installed in our new home by the plumbers that didn’t do it right the first time. Called Integrity early afternoon on a Friday with a backed up sewer line. Spoke with Ashley on the phone, very polite and receptive to my issue. Wasnt sure she could get someone same day, but was later told Jack and (sorry dont remember the other name) could be out about 5:00. They showed up, diagnosed and corrected the issue very quickly. Had roots growing into the line. Provided recommendations on correcting the cracks in the line and would send me a quote.I will be using them again and would highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

Integrity Plumbing is the best. Joe Small showed up and took control of my plumbing issues. I had a backed up drain and a leaking tub valve. He was very professional, quick to unclog the drain and identified the problem with the tub. He was also able to identify a problem with my air conditioner and refer me to the right place for repair. Integrity pricing is fair. Living on social security, every penny counts so repair costs are important. I am more than pleased with Joe at Integrity and will continue to do business with them in the future. If you have plumbing issues, call Integrity!!

Today, 11/15/2024, Matt and Jason did a great job for me! They were prompt in arrival - and I thank Integrity Office staff for scheduling my repairs so promptly. Both of them answered my questions, even questions I did not realize I had. Matt provided me important information about my outdated toilet tank fixtures, as well as my outdated kitchen turn-off valves. They were efficient, communicative, and tidy - I am very impressed with their and Integritys service. Great experience! I called and spoke with Ashley on Friday morning. She was able to get me scheduled for Saturday morning. I explained to her that I had booked an appointment with another plumbing service but was not sure if they would show up. Ashley informed me she would go ahead and get me scheduled and I could call to cancel if I needed to. Needless to say, the other plumbing company did not show up. Im glad they didnt because I had a great experience with Integrity Plumbing and Repair, LLC. Matt arrived on time and he was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. He installed my three new faucets and reconnected my sinks from my new countertop install. Matt even took the time to locate and show me my main water valve in my home. I never knew I had one! Later the same day, I had an issue with my hot water not heating. I called Integrity Plumbing and Repair. Joe, the owner answered the call. He sent Matt back out right away. It was after hours on a Saturday. I felt bad having to have Matt come back out on his day off but he assured me he didnt mind. Matt was able to get my pilot light back on my gas hot water heater. He even showed me how to do it if it goes out again. He didnt even charge me for his second visit. This is excellent customer service that is hard to find these days. Thank you so much Integrity Plumbing and Repair for showing up for me and doing an amazing job at an affordable price. 10/10 I highly recommend!

Contacted him on Sunday of New Years Eve and even though he was with his family he offered to come out and fix or replace my water heater. I told him I could wait and to enjoy the evening. He got back to me first thing in the morning and fit me in his schedule on short notice. He was able to replace my water heater the same day, no fuss or fight. Words cannot express how thankful I am for this company. I was having a sewer problem backing up in my house on Sunday. It was the worst thing in the world I have ever smelled. I called a few people, and no one would answer. I was given Joe number by my brother-in-law and when I tell you this man answered his phone on a Sunday with in 3 rings and was willing to drop what he was doing to come help my family. Jow was able to help me find the problem and let me know who to call without even coming out to my house. He even reached out to me the day after to check on us. That is Customer Services & that this is a company I can stand behind. Joe, you are the best. I will send anyone I know to you. Thank you for everything you did. Of course the hot water heater goes out at the worst time. A friend referred us to Integrity Plumbing and we set up a time for them to come out. They, Ken and Miguel, arrived on time, quickly accessed the problem and fortunately for me, quickly replaced what was needed. I placed an order for a new dishwasher with Home Depot and paid the service fee to have it installed and remove the old one. They came to drop off the dishwasher but claimed there was some pipe under the sink that they didn’t have a tool to remove. I found Joe’s information from a friend of mine… He was absolutely amazing. I recommend Joe @IntegrityPlumbing with the highest enthusiasm possible. FIVE STARS+Recently Joe came out on a Saturday to replace a broken Pressure Release Valve (PRV). He answered my phone all and was at my house 2 hours later. More than fair pricing and fast work.
