Swift Water Heater installed my hot water heater 3 years ago. The supply line was leaking and they came out and fixed it with no issues. I liked that they did not try to find loopholes in the warranty to get out of the repair. They stand behind their work. Zack, the technician was excellent, knowledgeable and courteous.

The product, a replaced water heater, was the best/efficient on the market and coincidentally was the newest version of what we had that lasted 27 years.

I called Swift thus past June to get a quote on replacing my water heater. I received fast responses and a solid quote. I was not ready at that time to have the work done and thanked them for their time.Fast forward to November and I called to get the heater replaced. I got an appointment for the next business day for 8:00 am. Zach showed up 3 minutes early ready to get to work. From the get go he was professional and friendly. His workmanship was superb and he was very particular about the job he was doing. He did not take any shortcuts and answered any questions I threw at him. Great job Zach!!If you are in need of a new water heater, don’t hesitate. Just call Swift. They are spectacular!!

They are professional and when you need a plumber for an emergency they have always been there the next day! Sometimes honest plumbers are hard to find in the wild. But once you have one you can trust, that is fair, and you like! Jackpot! If you use them once then you will have a great plumber service for life.

Exceptional service and professionalism. From my first phone contact reporting my home water heater was leaking and the installation’s completion, they were outstanding. They responded to my call and had someone on site within forty-five minutes. Zack Hurst did the removal of the old unit and installed the new one. First-rate all the way for the unit and the skill of installation. He was finished by lunch and had me inspect the work. I would do business with them in a heartbeat; could not be happier.

A year ago I contacted Swift Water heater because our water heater was not working. I spoke to Jay and he asked me if it was leaking and I told him no. He said it was probably the thermo couple and told me how to fix it. That saved me thousands of dollars at the time so when our water heater was leaking the other day I realized it was time for a new one. The decision to go with Swift was a no brainer. His crew came out this morning and installed a new Navien tankless water heater and I couldnt be happier with the service and the quality of work.

I have had EXCELLENT service with Swift Water Heater. About 2-3 months ago, I had them install a tankless water heater, water soften, and a water conditioner as well. It was totally changed the way my water feels in the shower as well as the glass walls in my shower and in my sinks. But their service is what speaks for itself and what has been super helpful and profession. Jay has been easy to work with since the beginning and Connor had been the guy that has helped me since the install. Connor takes the time to explain this and that to me so that I know how everything works and he has been super helpful!Overall, I have had a really great experience working with these guys! I highly recommend.

The person I talked to was friendly and responsive and said Josh would call before he came which happened seamlessly. We called Swift Water Heater as our water heater stopped working. It was based initially on the reviews which were all top notch. We received a call back right away along with an estimate that evening for a tankless water heater replacement. An offer of a temporary tank was made but not needed as it was installed 24 hours later and working perfectly. Justin and Susan were prompt with all the needed information. Josh arrived on time, went through the installation of the new heater, removed the old tank and cleaned up. A perfect and pleasant transaction! I recommend Swift for plumbing work. You get call back, a firm estimate for the work and the work is promptly and properly completed. . That can’t be beat.

Wanted to replace the 20 year old water heater in the house we just purchased. It was still working but didnt want to push our luck. Swift Water Heater was able to schedule quickly at my convenience. Josh and Matt (?) showed up timely for the replacement and were informative and professional. Job was done on time and they left the entire work area very clean. Part of the install was a new expansion tank which was mounted separately and secured to a wall stud instead of sitting on top of the tank. This was a very good quality install of very good equipment. Highly recommend!

MUST read if looking to replace water heater tank or get tankless water heater. I called several (5+) plumbers that specialize in tankless water heater systems. I got quite the range of pricing from several in our area. One advertises as a “master plumber”, but does NOT come out to do the estimate or even do the work (who cares about “master” unless you do the work), and another who said they are “most” cost effective, they gave one bid then changed the price based on other bids (huh??), then another company just provided a verbal estimate that was almost twice what SWIFT Water Heaters had bid. If price is an issue, SWIFT Water Heaters was very competitive in pricing and was similar to the last two companies not mentioned above. As to workmanship, the work looks great. The person who provided the bid, Jay show up on the job to make sure things were being done the way he had described. Although, Connor and the other workers seemed to have it all under control. It is always a big plus when the actual CA State Contractors licensee (person who gave the bid) comes out to the project. In regards to FOLLOW-UP, I had an issue after installation (and payment) with needing an additional part to help get hot water to a location faster and SWIFT Water Heaters was responsive in coming back out to check the work they had done and put in an additional crossover valve. I would HIGHLY recommend SWIFT Water Heaters over many of the other companies in the areas of San Clemente, Capistrano Beach, Doheny Beach, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, and Dana Point.

After exhaustive extensive research of both water heaters and companies there is no doubt that Swift was the company for replacing my 2004 heater before it was too late. We received texts letting us know who was coming with their picture and when they were on their way. Our 12 year old tank water heater began making noises and we were considering a tankless replacement. I contacted Swift and got a response within minutes asking me to submit some pics of our current unit and surrounding area. After sending pictures, we received a quote shortly after. I accepted the quote and we were scheduled for an install the following Monday. Within an hour, I heard loud banging coming from the water heater and saw a flame come from the burner area at the bottom. I called Swift back asking if they could move up our install but unfortunately they were not able to.Much to my surprise, they then offered to come out on Friday and remove our old unit and loan us another tank heater so that we would have hot water over the weekend (we were hosting a holiday party that Saturday for 14 people).I was truly blown away! Conner arrived on time Friday AM, installed the temporary tank unit to get us through the weekend. Monday morning he showed up right on time and did a great job installing our new Navien tankless unit. His attention to detail is exceptional even using a level to make sure all pipes were straight before making the connections. We could not be happier and would definitely recommend Swift Water Heater for your plumbing needs.

These guys replaced my leaking water heater for me years ago. When it started leaking, they came out quickly with a spare temporary water heater until I they could replace it with the tankless model that I wanted to replace it with. Install went without a hitch! I can say that in the years since, my new water heater has been working flawlessly (great quality)!AND THEN! Next level! Fast forward a few years - they called me last week to let me know that there was a manufacturers defect associated with one of the valves on my water heater. I scheduled an appointment for a valve replacement, which was on time and went quick and easy. I had been having no issues, but they learned that a brass valve could corrode from the mildly acidic drip from my heater. The tech (Zach) showed me the valve in question and where the corrosion was starting. This is customer service! To keep track of their customers years after an install, and replace a part before anything bad happens! WOW! Great job guys, and thank you!

These guys are the best of the best. I have used Jay and his crew for five remodels in the last two years with varying scopes of work. The smallest job they did was replacing angle stops, relocating some water and drain lines, and new shower valves/trims. Swift Water Heater is great! I told the owner how my water heater was leaking on the bottom because it was old, the platform had mold on it and underneath, and that we needed to remove the mold but had to move the water heater first but we didnt want to deal with freezing cold water in the winter when we were all sick; he knew exactly what to do. He then told me how they can set up a temporary water heater by repiping so we can have hot water during the mold removal. I was ecstatic! He sent out Alex to do that and then Jose to put it back when mold was removed. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves, put a water pan for us under the tank with a drain pipe and explained everything to me. They were awesome! I highly recommend them!

SWIFT had installed our water heater in 2018. (I got a recommendation for SWIFT from our neighbor who also had a water heater installed by them and was very happy with the service.) They also installed a water softener and expansion tank for us a few weeks later. Everything went well and there were no problems for four years until last month. Our water softener stopped counting the gallons going through it. This affected the regeneration process. I called SWIFT and spoke to SUSAN who was very friendly and professional. She put a Tech/CONNOR on the call and I explained what the problem was. CONNOR felt it might be a clog or a part might need to be replaced. CONNOR said the office would call me in a few days and schedule an appt to come out. Three working days later, SUSAN called and said CONNOR could come out in a few hours. Sure enough, CONNOR showed up well within his one hour window. CONNOR was very fast, efficient and polite. He took apart the assembly and found the fan was not spinning. After repeatedly blowing into the part, the tiny fan began to spin freely and made a humming sound. CONNOR put the unit back together and tested it. It was working just like new again! I mentioned to CONNOR that I was not a fan of the heavy 40 pound bags of salt the system needs and he offered to pour in the two bags I had in the garage for me. That spared my bad back! I asked CONNOR something about the expansion tank and he adjusted the PSI for me. When I asked about the pressure regulator, CONNOR had some tips on that for me too. CONNOR took the time to explain what he was doing and how the system works. I am more than twice CONNORs age, and he treated me with respect and patience, which I greatly appreciated. Kudos to him, SUSAN and SWIFT!

I was very impressed with all aspects of Swift Water Heater installing the water softener and filter systems in my house.Their system kept me up to date with what techs were coming, when theyd arrive and the pricing was half of what we were already quoted at (but there was no way in hell that I was going to spend those amounts anyway).They definitely pushed to upsell some items, like to replace my 3 year old water heater (that didnt need replacing), upgrading to a water pressure hammer on the water heater, a water system monitoring kit for the house and a water regulator for the incoming water pressure into the house.I decided to opt in for the water regulator and soft water, water spigot for washing my cars, but passed on all of the others. TBH, I was a bit annoyed that they were telling my fiance that our rusty water heater looked old and asked when it was last replaced. It was clearly not that old at all and the fact that they were mentioning anything about replacing it really made me start to question their business practices. Overall though, I was extremely pleased with the service product and to have the system installed.

After talking to a couple of recommended local plumbers in Huntington Beach regarding replacement of a 75 gallon water heater I started to get frustrated. Both plumber seemed reluctant in removing the 75 gallon water heater due to the size and weight. I had discussed both tankless and tank type to get their opinions and difference in pricing. Both plumbers could not committe to any schedule which worried me since my water heater had just starting to leak.I decide to do some additional research on yelp, and ran across Swift Waterheaters that has very positive reviews. I like that their core business is water heaters! I called and talked to Susan and asked for a quote for replacement of my existing waterheater. I was given a price immediately for the tank type water heater during my call with an option of going to a tankless water heater which was elgible for a SoCal Gas $1,000 rebate. With the benefits of tankless and the rebate, I decided to go with the tankless solution. Soon after my call, I was emailed a written quote with all the fine details of the product and installation cost from Justin. Once I gave my approval, I was able to schedule installation for 3 days later. I was notified by text that Zack would be doing the installation. I received another text from Zack the day of the installation that he was in route.Zack arrived on time and began the process of taking out the old water heater and preparing for the new tankless water heater. Zack worked non-stop to get the project done in a timely manner with a very clean professional installation. He also answered all my question and gave me further explaination of the tankless water heater system and installation.
