Been using Aladdin for over 5 years via AHS home warranty. Literally they are the reason we still keep the policy.Techs are always pros and do good work.Yesterday Aladdin himself came out on New Years Eve to look at our wonky water heater. He took a part back to his shop and came back and installed a new one at 10:30 PM. He didn’t want us to be without hot water going into the new year.Above and beyond!

Aladdins Plumbing replaced my hot water heater, & Tony did a great job. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. More importantly, he arrived promptly. The office manager while abrupt gave good advice. I was happy with my service.

A tech from Alladin’s Plumbing was sent out by my home warranty company. I’ve had some awful experiences with contractors from other home warranty companies but by far, this company was the best I’ve seen in years. They responded quickly but of course it was already late on a Friday and were already booked up. I asked to be put on call if an appointment fell through as I had no hot water. I received a call that same afternoon telling me they could fit me in after all. The tech quickly determined the issue and ordered the part needed. I would use their services again. I don’t say that very often.

Aladdin was extremely responsive. We had an emergency leak pop up and they had Aladdin here in 15 minutes. The job was done within 30 minutes of us finding the leak. They are very communicative on the phone and also had a dispatch tool that I could used to track his location. I highly recommend this company. The dispatch cost for me was $165. Parts were an additional cost.

Dylan from Aladdin was fantastic! He was super timely, professional, and quickly addressed a few different issues we were having (2 toilets, a garbage disposal and a non-vented sink). He was very efficient and helpful, and answered our questions/concerns in detail. Im very happy with Dylans service, and with Aladdins communication overall... from booking the appointment over the phone through texting me re: Dylans expected arrival. We had a slab leak in the walls and they were amazing. They helped guide us through the issue and helped save us money. They even saw a broken hose bibb outside and fixed it for free! Great crew! Thanks Aladdin!

Chris from Aladdin plumbing was fantastic!!! He not only did an excellent job with the issue we needed addressed, but he addressed another issue entirely that we didn’t even realize he could fix. He did an extra trip to Home Depot and stayed till 9 pm on a Friday night! We are so grateful!!!
