Fernando was on time and completed all the work asked in the time allotted. He worked meticulously and carefully throughout my home and took extra care around my walls and floors. Couldn’t ask for a nicer guy. He inspected my fixtures for free and gave me nice recommendations. After he completed his work, he wasn’t satisfied and came back the next day to do touch ups which I felt went above and beyond my expectations. It’s hard to find a reliable plumber these days, Fernando is my go-to!

Really happy with my first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Scheduling was fast and easy, they were able to fix my gas line issue quickly and re-seat our toilet all within a little more than an hour, and reasonably priced. Joseph was professional and knowledgeable, and even taught me a lot along the way. Will definitely keep them on my short list of local plumbers for next time!

Fernando was on time and very polite.He explained everything that was going on with my plumbing issues; he sent a camera through the pipes and had me watch it with him so i understood what we are looking at.He cleaned up the mess from my flood and the work that he did!😎Initially, tithe company representative called me a few minutes after i sent an inquiry to Yelp.Further, they came to my home for a free consultation ( unlike most others). They gave me an estimate and the chance to get the work done immediately.I highly recommend this company!

Fernando of Benjamin Plumbing was able to discover a hot water leak inside the garage wall, replaced hot & cold lines, replaced a very old main shut off valve with much better valve, 20+ year old water heater & put everything back to a very clean area. Great job just before Christmas!

Great job. Came over within 15 minutes to change leaky bathroom faucet shutoff valve late Friday afternoon so I wouldnt need my water shutoff till Monday. Not the cheapest, but great service and very professional and knowledgeable and experienced.

Joseph F. Of Benjamin Franklin did an outstanding job installing the support to our water heater to bring it to code standards. He paid close attention and did a meticulous job.In addition, he verified that all of the house water pressure was at the correct level, as a house inspector had erroneously documented a problem which Joseph was able to show was incorrect.Joseph and Benjamin Franklin are very professional and great to deal with. We are very happy with the work provided by Benjamin and Franklin Plumbing, replacing our water heater. It was easy to make an appointment and Fernando arrived promptly, keeping us informed about his ETA. Fernando, Chris and Daniel were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Throughout the work they explained all options available and answered all questions patiently. They addressed our concerns and made sure we were happy with the results. A very pleasant experience and we will definitely be using their services in the future.

My hot water heater crapped the bed on New Years morning so I called Benjamin Franklin and Fernando and team came out ASAP the next day and converted our house to a tankless hot water system so that we were only without hot water for 24hrs. They gave me quotes and explained my different options and worked into the evening to complete the job that day. The next day I had an issue with the system and they came right back out when I called them and again worked hard to find the problem and fix it. They have been quick to respond, easy to work with and to talk to, and eager to please us and to make sure that were happy with their service. I would highly recommend giving them a call when you need service.
