I had a great experience with Sanford! I replaced old oil boiler to new Gas heating system and Plumbing. Sanford team did amazing job and all new system and looks great! Also my electric guy damaged a pipe accidentally but Sanford crew offered fixing the pipe… amazing!!! Overall company had great customer service system. I started this process with Chris King and he was super professional and kind!!! Also crew who install all the gas heating system are amazing and new heating system looks great. Also plumbers are excellent as well. They did everything right and put extra effort!!! I would def suggest Sanford for heating system and plumbing and I will work again with this company!

We had a new Bosch system installed over the summer months, the air conditioner worked perfectly however we needed to learn about the heat portion of the system and how it worked. We tried on our own reading the paperwork and watching videos but still seemed to be having issues with getting the house warm. We called for service and Dan D was the technician sent out to help us. He knew immediately what we were trying to convey and had an answer and solution in just a few minutes. He took the time to explain how the system works and answered every question we threw at him. We asked if he would double check everything from the wiring to the set up of the thermostat just to be sure we understood and that we had no other concerns. He was happy to do so and we are completely confident and satisfied that our new system works as it should. Thank you Dan for being so great and so helpful!

Cameron explained everything to me about my propane furnace, I even repeated some questions and he pointed out every piece of how my A/C and heater pipes work and even explained my water heater to me which was in the corner of the room and not actually part of this service call. There is ZERO pressure to purchase anything and you get shown the difference between part cost and membership cost. The quoted price is what you pay, no surprise payments ever. Price breakdown costs of parts gets emailed to you so you understand exactly how much each piece costs. After he left I know so much more about how my home heating/cooling system works and it was so simple from making the appointment over the phone until few hours later when he arrived. No issues came up at all and the whole process of troubleshooting my furnace made me so happy that I’m not using no other company for these repairs.

I called around this weekend when I had an issue with my water heater. My normal HVAC team no longer supports weekend calls. The Sanford team picked up the phone and Iris was very helpful on the phone and was able to schedule someone to see me first thing Monday. The Technician Derek was very prompt and professional and quickly saw the issue and worked with me to get the best solution to my problem and even went above and beyond to work with the Manufacturer to ensure my warranty was covered and was able to get a replacement unit on order for next day install. I am very impressed with the professional courtesy so far of the Sanford team and look forward to working with them going forward.

Brett went above and beyond to try and fix my issue. After it was determined that it was beyond his companies scope of work Brett was able to assist me in securing a same day appt with the correct service. After the problem was fixed I needed the furnace turned back on and inspected to insure my family had heat for a cold night. Brett went out of his way to stop by and make sure everything was working correctly. I will use Sanford solely because of his excellent customer service. The k key negative is the answering service Sanford uses is very frustrating but their in person service is incredible! Highly recommend as long as you don’t leave a message!

Brett from Sanford came today to help us figure out why air wasn’t coming out of one of our vents. He was super friendly and very professional. He got right to work and did a thorough inspection of our duct work before locating a malfunctioning damper. He talked us through our options and quickly gave us a quote. We’ve had some challenges with our HVAC system and service providers in the past, but Brett made today’s service call a great experience. The time is coming soon for us to consider replacing our HVAC system entirely, and we’ll definitely be calling Sanford to discuss our options.

Cole did a great job. Very efficient and quick. The rest of this comment is no reflection on him its just a observation. It would be a lot better for scheduling if you had a dedicated team to do these system checks and could give a better window of time because 4 or 5 hours waiting for someone pretty much was all day as he was there like at 4:00 so it was an all day event and people work and its really not a good use of everyones timeif were waiting around all day for the tech to come for an scheduled appointment.

I’ve used Sanford since moving to NH in 2007.This experience was as positive as the others with one exception. Upon asking for a morning appointment and learning there wasn’t an open slot, I specifically requested an appointment after 3:30 and was told someone would be there by 4:00. Due to miscommunication, the technician, Brett, called just before 3:00 to say he was only 10 minutes away…UGH!Needless to say he got to my home and waited until I arrived. He was very polite and professional. The service appointment for the heat/hot water was completed in under an hour and off he went to chill with his family’s newest addition!I’ll continue my relationship with Sanford going forward!

Dan was very prompt, arrived on time and analyzed my system problem quickly. He identified the problem that a tech from another company had missed and came up with a suggested repair. The prior company indicated that they could not locate a replacement part, but Dan did so in just a few minutes. He also suggested replacing other older parts that can cause system failures and he will replace them at the same time. So far I am pleased with Dan and Sanford Temperature Control.

Matt was beyond helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable during this install. Everything was well explained and to expectation when he was here. We appreciate how thorough he was with everything. The only complaints that we have are from the 1 day he was not here during the install, where the house was left extremely messy, the upstairs rug was stained, the closet area was covered in dirt, and the basement floor was left covered in debris. Whomever was in charge that day did not take the time to clean up or put things back the way they were. Outside of these issues, the install went according to their explanation.

While there are complications to the repair of my older system, Gavin did a great job providing an overview of what my potential options are. He also went the extra mile to insure I wouldn’t be charged for an additional service call, since his van wasn’t equipped with what was needed for my older system. Well done, Gavin!

I was glad that he showed me a non-programable option because I did not want the hassle of different settings. We went to bed last night (Saturday) and realized our central AC was not working. My husband did a search early Sunday morning for 24 hour emergency HVAC service and Sanford was one of several that came up. He placed the call and within three hours the technician, Zack, was here. My Trane central air conditioner stopped functioning on Friday (July 12th). I tripped the appropriate circuit breakers and nothing happened. Saturday morning the indoor tempeature and humidity were at 84 degrees and 66%, so I called Sanford TC. I explained that I was an asthmatic on oxygen and needed relief ASAP. I made the call at 0800 and Brendan, their technician, showed up before noon. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned fuse. He did not have a spare in his vehicle so he travelled to a nearby HOME DEPOT and picked up a replacement and spare. After replacing the fuze, he checked the system and everything seemed to be working properly. When I told him the AC system was 11 years old he suggested that I talk to someone in the Sanford organization about the cost of a new system for contingencies. Given my age and health issues, I considered the suggestion appropriate and setup an appointment through Sanford. Overall, I consider my experience with Brendan and the Sanford organization as completely positive. I was very impressed with Sanfords ability to come to my aid so quickly, given the toll this heatwave must be taking on air conditioning systems in this area!! In addition, I was impressed with Brendans profesional stature. He quickly and systematically diagnosed the problem as a burned fuse whereas he could have said that I needed a whole new unit.It should be noted that the reason I chose Sanford for this job is that I originally bought my AC system through Trombly Plumbing. When I tried to make an appointment with Trombly I was told that Sanford was an affiliated organization and more likely to meet my immediate needs.

Cameron was very friendly and thorough. Besides doing the yearly inspection and cleaning, I told him about a problem I was having. He explained what could be causing it and made some adjustments. He let me know that if it started up again, I would need some parts replaced and the cost or I could opt to have it replaced today. Being on a fixed income, I chose to wait. He wasnt pushy about anything. He got the work done quickly. Ive been using Trombly for years and will continue to do the same with Sanford.

New forever customer. Our technician called within a minute after the text came through that he’d be there and was spot on. He found time to fit us in his schedule even after being told they didn’t have an opening till the following day! We were aware of all costs throughout our emergency service and he explained each step and showed us the issues as he discovered them. We learned some things about our furnace and now have confidence it is running better and safer. Overall great experience in a difficult time. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. I will definitely call again and hope we get the same technician!
