I hired Upfront Plumbing to repair a bow in our main sewer line. While they were here I asked about installing a water softener and a tankless water heater. He identified a couple of issues that could cause issues in the future but did not try to hard sell me for the work since my furnace is old. Mike Parry was our plumber and he did an amazing job! Helped us with an emergency leak in our water heater and then ended up helping us with a couple of other jobs. He provided super honest feedback about what was necessary/helpful to update in terms of plumbing, and what wasn’t. He treated my husband and I as if we were his own friends or family and we truly appreciated that. Prices were fair and he was always punctual or would even get things done earlier than expected which was nice. Would recommend Upfront plumbing to anyone!

They came out quickly to fix a problem we were having with our toilet. We scheduled time fast but Trent was able to come out earlier even than we expected. He fixed the issue quickly and identified another issue (that I had noticed symptoms of but didn’t recognize them as an issue) that would have caused expensive damage over time. He was able to quickly to make that repair too. We really appreciate how quick, thorough, and easy the whole repair was. Great service.

Their window of arrival was 8am-10am and they were here about 8:10am...so very prompt! They diagnosed quickly and were able to replace my furnace just a few hours later! They were attentive, quick, communitive, and great to work with! The only downside is they charge $130 for an assessment on the weekends, so I waited until Monday (my furnace broke Friday night) for them to come out so I didnt have to pay the fee. Luckily we had space heaters, a fireplace, and blankets to keep us comfortable.

Weve used Upfront a few times for different things but most recently, our furnace went out right as it was starting to get really cold. We tried to go through our warranty company but ultimately ended up just hiring Upfront because we trusted their work more and they were so transparent about the process and options we had. If you need a PLUMBER! Please give them a call and they will come. My husband and I have had a leak in our home that was going to my neighbors garage for a while and we were hesitant to call a plumber thinking of how much it was going to cost us.We finally took a chance went on thumbtack searched and looked for a few plumbers and came across Upfront read their amazing reviews and said, yup! We’re going with them.They came 2 days later (when we would be available) they called to confirm, even texted when Rhett the plumber was on his way, he even called us when he was close by to make sure we knew he was on his way! Amazing communication!Anywho he came in showed him where it was coming from and went to work! They do free estimates we just didn’t realize he was going to dive in, let us know what the issue was gave us a quote, the quote was emailed it was very affordable as well!After we accepted he went right to work found where the leak was. He gave us the quote and said he would comeback on Friday since we accepted.Once he left we received a call from billing and they took our half payment and when he would finish the job they would take the rest.He came on Friday fixed our leak within 30 minutes and right after we were able to use our tub again!!!!AMAZING WORK! I’ve owned a couple of small rental properties for 20 years and have had plenty of repair experiences ranging from good to terrible. After having a repair recently done on a backed up kitchen drain that only stayed clear for a week I browsed ratings on local plumbing companies. Fortunately I came across Upfront Plumbing. I actually ended up having two drains that needed clearing as the two apts share the same drain system and both sinks eventually became clogged. I watched and asked questions. Justin was very thorough in the work he did and clearly answered all of my questions. In the end, the two cleared drains cost less than one drain poorly cleared a couple of weeks prior. I went from feeling anxious early in the day to ecstatic in the afternoon when the repair was done. Finding a company that I trust is such a relief. I feel I have no more worries about terrible repairs when it comes to plumbing and hvac as well. I was referred to Upfront by another plumber who couldnt help with my project, which was to pipe my existing house (and finished basement) for a water softener (that was not pre-plumbed).I had 2-3 other companies come out and give bids for the work, which as youd expect would be a bit of a project and involve lots of drywall cutting (even though I had pre-drywall videos showing the exact layout of the water lines). Trent C. did the bid and the work and was creative in his approach, which ended up saving him a bunch of time on the project (and me a ton of time reinstalling, spackling, and painting the drywall). Where other companies anticipated cutting 6-10 holes in my ceiling, Trent cut 4 (and was thoughtful about how he cut them to ensure it was a less painful patch job).Trent did the project in less than 3 hours, showed up early/on time (Upfront did a great job letting me know updated ETAs), was respectful, helpful, kind, and cleaned up after himself. While I provided my own softener, he took the time to get it set up and running and even hauled away the boxes.Trent may be the best contractor Ive ever worked with. Thank you Trent!!

Updating for AC: All work was done quickly and well. We got a dual fuel heat pump system installed. They did claim I could get a certain amount for a rebate but it turns out the system that they installed didn’t meet certain qualifications so I didn’t get the full rebate. However, they resolved the issue with me, so great customer service on their part! The workers did leave a pallet and cardboard on my grass and didn’t completely clean up. But overall still a great experience with the company.We have used Upfront for a repipe, garbage disposal and p trap installation, and a water softener installation. Despite that, Mike called me to talk me through what to do to minimize the leaking, then came out Thursday morning between jobs to troubleshoot. He moved his Friday around, so he was able to come here first thing in the morning to put in a tankless heater that he gave us a great price on. After finishing up, he offered to test our water to make sure our softener was working well and found it was mis-configured, and that our front and back hoses were soft water, and our bathroom sink was hard water. He has talked to the technician who came to my home and the tech apologized for not offering solutions beyond replacing my system. Ryan said, that is not how I run my company. He then offered to pay for the service I had another company do and drove a check to my house.In this day and age it is rare to find honest, integrous people who will admit wrongdoing and apologize. He didnt have to offer to cover my bill, I didnt expect it, and yet he did. The only thing he asked is that I give them another chance in the future, should the opportunity arise. 2022 Randy removed the tank water heater and replaced with Noritz tankless water heater.Communication was easy simplifying the process. The system works even better than expected. Thank you to Ryan, Randy and team.My only issue is with the Noritz connector app does not work.2023 Randy flushed the system. Very kindly explained how to fix my hot tub.2024 Randy flushed the Noritz water heater. It was great to see him. I will happily call him with any plumbing issue.

Weird to be excited about plumbing, but I am. Mike was fantastic!! Our kitchen water has been shut off for 5 days because of a valve leak and to make matters worse the dishwasher that was also leaking. Mike installed valves that now allow us to shut off water to just to the dishwasher or ice maker. Now we can use our kitchen faucet without worrying about the water leaking from the dishwasher washer (its being replaced) we almost have a functioning kitchen again thanks to Mike. Monica from the office was wonderful to work with as well. We will absolutely use Upfront plumbing again.
