We would absolutely recommend 5-star Kitchen and Bath for your next bathroom or kitchen project. Brandon was professional and flexible with our needs to help us get to a price-point we wanted. Zach was efficient with his measurements and with getting us on the schedule quickly. And the crew that did the work was beyond amazing. Danny Banuelos and Jose Villa were the main workers on this project, and were timely and SO NICE throughout the week. At the end of each working day I was always so impressed with how well they cleaned up, I really appreciated that. Enrique Banuelos and Lazaro Banuelos were also working with Danny and Jose during the week, and those two did a great job as well and we were grateful to have them! We really appreciated the finishing touch work after the glass shower was installed, and love our updated bathroom so much!

5star Kitchen and bath did a wonderful job in upgrading my kitchen. They did several upgrades that I did not even realize I could afford. The whole team was on top of things and I want to mention everyone from David and Donnie the salesman and foreman to the workers, Ethan, Francisco, Hugo, Matias, Braden, Curtis, And the secretaries from the office who always called me in advance To let me know what was going on that week. I think Kylie was the main receptionist. I am on a very tight budget so I appreciated their working with me and plan to use them again in the future. Thanks, guys. I love my new kitchen.

I love my new kitchen! Thank you 5 Star Kitchen and Bath!! Ethan was the project leader and was amazing to work with. He treated this project as if it were his own and I really appreciated that. Francisco, Enrique, and Lazaro were also hard workers that came with happy and polite attitudes. They all did everything possible to make my vision come to reality! Gatlin was the electrician on the job and went above and beyond to straighten out some messy wiring that was done previously. I can’t thank them enough for a job well done!

5 STAR did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. I was very nervous that a job that was supposed to last for 4 weeks would drag on and on well past the scheduled time. They completed the job right on the time it was scheduled to be completed. Curtis and Brayden did an outstanding job. It was obvious that they truly cared about the quality of their work. Both of them went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a very positive experience with 5 Star and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to do a kitchen or bathroom remodel.

The team at 5 Star was wonderful to work with for our kitchen remodel. Kiley and Kim were our first points of contact and they kept the project moving and Kiley kept us updated on progress with great communication. The team worked incredibly quickly and kept the project area very clean as they worked. Our full kitchen renovation took only 6 weeks and we absolutely love it. Brady and Hugo were with us most frequently and their attention to detail was really appreciated! Donnie followed up with us towards the end of the project to make sure everything was completed according to our plan. We had plenty of folks here working because we did it all... new floors, a new sliding glass door, new countertops, electrical, etc and they were all awesome: Danny, Francisco, Jose, Matias, Gatlin, Austin, Lazaro, Enrique, Jesus and Alberto - thank you guys!!

We had 5 Star K&B put in a new kitchen, including cabinets, flooring, electrical and lights, dry wall and initial demolition of the old kitchen. Our experience with this company was excellent from the initial bid process to the final cleanup. They were professional and honest, the subs showed up when scheduled and completed their work on schedule, and their work was of excellent quality. 5 Star K&B was a little more expensive than other contractors we investigated, but it was worth every extra penny for the quality of work and the good working relationship. I want to call out a few individuals for how pleasant it was to work with them:Ethan - He and Matias did all the demolition and uninstall work, installed the floors. trim and finish work, and completed all the plumbing and appliance installation. He was kind, attentive and great to work with. We spent the most time with Ethan and Mathias and came to know them well. They are good people.Matias - I have all the same comments for Matias as I had for Ethan.Tim - He did the bid work. He spent literally 16 hours with us over several different days helping us figure out what would be best for our kitchen. He was kind, patient and helpful when we changed our mind and made some big changes. The change order process was fairly painless. But what I liked best about working with Tim is he was extremely knowledgeable and could explain every part of the process, the code requirements, etc.Donnie - He was the project manager. His scheduling and process information was spot on. What a good guy he is.Kiley - She was the project assistant. She communicated regularly about what the upcoming schedule would be at every point along the way. She was very responsive at finding answers to my questions. She was excellent to work with.I just want to say thank you to 5 Star for their great work. It was a pleasure. We love our new kitchen and dining area. It is so nice. I will post some pictures after I finish some painting, etc...

We recently had this company replace all our flooring and baseboards as well as do a complete kitchen renovation. Their work was impeccable and their team was amazing. Tim Wagaman was out sales consultant. Donny Hoopiiaina and Carson were out project managers. Ethan Hoffman was here every day working hard, always being pleasant and troubleshooting. I need to shout out everyone that worked on this huge project: Enrique, Breydan, Brandy, and Hugo. This company was wonderful to work with and we anticipate using them again in the future.

We’re definitely a 5 star review… they worked so hard and did an amazing job and were so respectful of my 80 year old mother and her time.. they told us it would take two days and that’s exactly what it took!! They were very clean and made sure that they left the bathrooms like new when they left!! I would definitely use them again and I would request there work as well!

Jose and Hugo showed up on time each day and were very courteous and productive each of the four days they were here. Their attention to small details really impressed me and they went above and beyond to upscale even the floor of my crude closet space I was working on as well as a small area of sub flooring that had some deterioration on it. I did not expect that. They were very organized and clean during demolition and construction.We are so pleased with the outcome and are excited to put our new bathroom/shower to use.Thank you

We had 5 Star Kitchen and Bath do a major remodel of our kitchen, half bath, fireplace, and main en-suite bathroom. This was a big job. They took out a wall, rerouted water and gas lines, tons of electrical work. They installed a lovely big shower in our en-suite. New bathroom floor. In the kitchen, new island. New counter tops all around. New cabinets. They did the floors so it all looks original. These guys did an utterly fantastic job. We are so pleased with our new large kitchen. Special thanks to everyone who contributed. There were so many, I hope I don’t forget anyone. We are very pleased with our bathroom renovation. It is great to have a large shower in stead of our small shower. We are extremely happy with the men who did the renovation project. I was very satisfied with my experience with 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. They remodeled my bathroom and did a great job. The workers (Curtis, Breydan, Ethan and Matias) were professional and courteous answering all my questions and providing clarification in areas where I had any confusion. My experience with my designer (Tim) was very good he guided me through the entire process and corrected any areas of concern. My project manager (Zak) was also very positive. The office personnel (Kinzie and Kylie) were also very helpful providing me periodic updates on my project and answering any questions I had. Thank you for a job well done!

First off I have to thank David, Zach and Kinzy for your designs and help in our bathroom remodel. Secondly, I wish there were 10 stars here because Jesus, Alberto B, Lazaro B, Enrique B, and Francisco have been absolutely fantastic and deserve 10 stars and not five. Their work was meticulous and they were very conscientious as to how things looked and fit throughout the remodel. They constantly asked us if we had any questions about their work, as well as went to great extents to make sure that everything was clean and tidy at the end of each day. They always arrived on time and left our house better than when they came. They treated our home as if it were theirs. If in the future I need more remodeling work I will call on Five Star and their crew as they have earned my trust and confidence in their quality of craftsmanship and dedication to detail. Had some hiccups with the estimate and missing items that were never resolved, HOWEVER, Brayden, Weston, Austin, Ben, Jesus, and Rodrigo killed the installation! These guys made this project a success! Cant speak highly enough about theses guys!! All told, it was a great project. My only complaint? Clean up the initial paperwork and cover expectations.

Shawn and Seth breathed new life into our hallway bathroom and master bathroom in 6 days. They were very professional and courteous installers and worked very hard to deliver a quality product and minimize the aches and pains of demo and installation. They were very respectful of our daily schedule. It has changed the feel of our entire home. Ben and Austin, the electrician team, installed a fan in the master bathroom with the same attention and diligence that Shawn and Seth showed. Zack and Danny, the project managers, showed up and were also very respectful and attentive. Heather kept us up to date with the progress of our project. Overall, we are very pleased with the service provided by all of the excellent staff at 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. They all represent their company well.

The company is easy to work with. They did the work on time. They answer the phone & call you with updates. That is very important during a remodel & I appreciated it! Minor problems with remodel were handled as quickly as they were able. The installers were all hard working and very nice. Willie (AKA Hercules) installed the ceiling height cabinets all by himself & added trim where the cabinets needed it. Donny, Seth, Carson, Jose, Juan & Audrey were my team!Was a bit expensive, but worth it. My kitchen is now beautiful & functional. The granite island and countertops are gorgeous.

5 Star Remodeled my Kitchen and Living Room including flooring. I had an issue with the flooring and they sent Brady, Bredy and Hugo out to repair the flooring. Brady determined there was a bigger issue than originally determined and the 3 of them completely removed and replaced my entire flooring. They did a GREAT job, being cautious of noise (because I work from home) cleaning up after themselves, polite, and completed the job with a smile. Highly recommended!! Thank you

Carson and Lazero are my GUYS! Lazero is truly talented and took a water damaged, badly patched ceiling and made it look brand new.A Michelangelo. Carson is knowledgeable and helped us craft a kitchen that we are really enjoying. He expertly built a custom table around our island that is stunning and receives compliments whenever we have guests. Backsplash, cabinets, flooring all this and more they handled with aplomb. Others have noted here that there is a disconnect between design and implementation. I also felt this. But I worked with Donny and he was level headed and pragmatic in making sure that everything was implemented the way we had intended. Remodeling a huge kitchen/frontroom in an older house is never an easy task, but I will work with 5 star again, im pleased with my results. (it also helps if you feed them lunch! )

Very sad experience. Every time I walk into my bathroom I’m reminding of a 20+ thousand dollar mistake. It’s been a couple years since I had 5 star remodel my bathrooms. They wanted to save money/time and chose not to put in the proper sized shelves I requested, leaving a 2 1/2 inch gap on each end exposing the bracing studs on all the shelves. I can barely fit one set of towels on them (they were supposed to fit 2)The caulking was done so poorly that my window sill has been collecting water for who knows how long and now the product has bulged on one side. I did notice the crappy caulk job in my other bathroom first but now I have to look closer to make sure there is no water damage there as well. I’m beyond devastated. I tried repeatedly to get them to fix the shelves and they let me know they will have a manager to get ahold of me and nothing, so my hope in fixing the water damage is very slim. I would strongly suggest to go elsewhere.Edit:One of the managers came over and said they are willing to replace the caulking AND , FIX MY SHELVES!! He said they will check the water damage, replace the board and if it’s farther back in the wall, he’ll replace that too. I was so surprised!They showed up mid July as they said and got everything done in one day. Was not expecting that kind of response.The only reason I haven’t changed to 5 stars is because they have to come back again to fix caulking around my window. But I’m very pleased with the results aside from that.

He walked us through several design ideas and made sure we understood all of the product options available before we started. He has great product knowledge and is very easy to talk to and work with. My wife and I are completely satisfied and know who to call for future projects.

Great company. The folks at Five Star installed a walk-in shower for us after our old shower basin started leakingThey removed all of the old shower and gave us a beautiful new one. The folks there: Matt, Blake and Zack did an excellent job.They ensured that we would enjoy our new shower through their craftsmanship and communications. Management came to our house to inspect and address our concerns during the construction.I highly recommend these folks.

All I can say is WOW!! They did an awesome job. It took us two years to find someone to reface our fireplace. It was exhausting. But we stumbled on 5star kitchen and bath. They had someone come out right away to give us and estimate and the follow up and communication with was amazing. The date of our install was on time and the guys showed up on the dot. Our fireplace came out soooo beautiful and we are sooooo very happy and thankful to them for doing such a great job!! We would definitely use them again for future projects. This is our second time working with 5 star to remodel a shower. The installers, Brady, Bredy and Hugo always showed up on time, were respectful of our home, and gave us the shower we wanted. Im especially happy with the attention to the tile layout and lines. It makes such a difference in the finished product and both times 5 star has done this really well. I was a little lukewarm about the administrative experience this time around but overall Im very happy with the outcome.

I used 5 Star for a bathtub replacement and it was a great experience overall. Matt, the design consultant, spent about 90 min looking at the space, answering my questions, and showing me options. When the day arrived Jesus and Hugo showed up on time and worked hard all day. They had to come back the following day for some touch up items, but that was no big deal.They were extremely professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I couldnt be happier with the results. Id highly recommend this company. Ive included before/after photos as well.

I am incredibly impressed with 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. We had a leak in our shower, and were unable to simply repair the leak without ripping out a whole bunch of stuff. We decided to go ahead and update the bathroom and went with 5 Star. Kim was excellent in helping us design a bathroom that kept our current footprint. I am going to tell you it was quite expensive, (Im still struggling with the cost of it, but its part of life now I suppose) but you definitely get what you pay for. Ethan, Brady, Ron, Ben, and Austin did an excellent job. Communication in a job like this is key for a concerned homeowner, and these gentlemen always let me know what was happening and answered any questions I had. To be able to have one contact person and our new bathroom almost compete (waiting on custom shower glass!) in under two weeks has been amazing. I looked into doing the bathroom myself, but there was no way I had the contacts - or time - to go with a bunch of general contractors, plumbers, electrical, tile people, etc. Having one group complete the entire bathroom was so wonderful. I was comfortable having them in my home, and they cleaned up every day before they left. They even took care of my dog when she got a little clingy due to a thunderstorm. I would definitely recommend 5 Star to anyone.

We had them come out to do a big kitchen remodel over a year ago. That went great and has continued to be good, so we had them come out again to do a bathroom. Jose, Hugo, Lazaro, Danny, and Levi were the ones that did our work. They did a great job and everything was done well and on time. I also appreciated the attention to detail and knowledge that Tim brought when we were getting the initial estimate and plan.

Brady did an excellent job on our tile. Wed love to have him do the rest of the tile all over the house! It looks a lot better than the original bathroom and is a much more functional space. We can tell Brady took great pride in his work.Had a bit of trouble with the shower pan being manufactured with the wrong dimensions, which delayed the project. We had some confusion with the back office as well. Originally, we were sent a contract for another customer. We were also contacted by the glass folks before work had started.Overall, we are very pleased with the work. They delivered what we asked.

Our kitchen is now about 99.9% complete and we are extremely happy with the end result. Our project manager Donnie did a fabulous job and communicated with us every step of the way! I was working from home for the first 4 weeks of demo and construction and I was able to meet many of the workers. Lazaro B., Lester P., and Jose Villa, especially were very informative, answered all of my questions with no complaints, and always had a smile on their faces! I really appreciate 5-Star for everything theyve done for me and my family. We will love this new kitchen for many years to come.

Finally a tub we can fully submerge in!We ordered a new tub which came with new acrylic walls, faucet and curtain rod.Weve slowly browsed for a few years but finally was able to work with 5 Star K&B through Home Shows and their showrooms.They spent a lot of time with us discussing pros and cons of various options.And materials ordered came in earlier than expected.When it came time to install, the Lead Coleton and his helper Jesus were very meticulous and friendly.They treated our home with respect.Wrapping and covering the floors and surroundings.They were quick to dismantle our previous tub and walls.Explaining what the situation was with nuances in how the faucets and drains werent properly sealed previously; but they patched it up quick!We ordered the biggest tub possible and they made simple work walking it up a whole flight of stairs, maneuvering the tight hallway, and squeezing and sliding it into place with ease... all while keeping our walls intact with no scratching or denting.We had a horizontal metal towel hanging bar on the wall between tub and sink; but new tub width decreased the space for the bar...They took the time to saw the bar shorter and remount AND repainted!They cleaned up everything! I was relieved that no extra cleaning was necessary from us after they were gone :)

5 Star Kitchen and Bath has just completed a full remodel of 1 master bath and 2 full baths in my home. My review is primarily based on the end result, and I have to say my new bathrooms are FANTASTIC! It was a huge job, as all bathrooms were completely demolished and then rebuilt from the floor up to the ceilings in solid tile.I was lucky to have two main installers assigned to my home for the duration of the job: Froilan and Devon. Their work is truly amazing. They consulted us continuously during the job to make sure every element came out just perfectly. They were always on time and dependable. They were so clean, courteous and respectful - we enjoyed having them at our house for several weeks. We trust them and their work is high quality.Our Project Manager for the job was Zach. He was also great to work with. Anytime I had questions about what was included or not included in the price, he was very fair and empathetic.I definitely recommend you hire 5 Star Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling projects. I was so nervous to do this, but now Im extremely satisfied and cant believe these beautiful bathrooms are actually in my own home!

I meant to write this review months ago, but I didnt find where I put their business card until recently! David Adamson came to give a quote on our bathroom that had water damage. I told him our plans and asked if he thought the estimate our insurance gave us was accurate. He assessed the situation and immediately recommend we *not* use his services because he could see that our insurance company was lowballing the estimate. Before doing any remodeling, he said, what we needed was a public insurance adjuster to help us battle with insurance, because a bathroom couldnt be rebuilt for the amount insurance was saying. He knew this because before he was a contractor, he worked as an insurance adjuster.I cant express how grateful we were that he shared his knowledge with us. Even knowing that we wouldnt be hiring him because of his recommendation to send us in a different direction, he stayed til he made sure we knew how to go about either finding a public adjuster or reporting our insurance company to the state commission. He saved us a lot of money and didnt make any himself. This is a man you can trust to be honest with you as you are planning your remodeling project.

UPDATE: The work is complete and I am beyond pleased! I love my new bathtub and surround. The work was done efficiently, and everything looks great. I really appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned up after the fact, too. My bathroom looks awesome now.There was a problem with the bathtub installation during the initial install. Once the issue was identified they brought it to my attention immediately and explained the plan of action--I really appreciated their initiative. It meant waiting a few days for a new tub to get ordered, but it arrived on time and the remaining installation went smoothly (I didnt pay for any of that--they took responsibility right away).Im very happy with these guys. I know Im not staying in this house forever and if my next home doesnt have something amazing I fully intend to use this company again.---So far I have only had the original setup and discussion and not had any work done, so I wouldnt feel comfortable leaving a full 5 stars. Tim came by and was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He gave me some great advice and found ways to save me a ton of money while still giving me a bathroom remodel I would love. I feel that 5 Star would be a good choice and would stand by their products. We are having a builder-grade fiberglass tub removed and replaced with a shower.Kim with 5 Star K&B was the 3rd vendor who visited us. He called prior to arrival and was very personable. I explained what we were looking for and after taking some measurements, we reviewed our options.We settled on a laser-etched (simulating a tiled appearance) acrylic product for its clean lines and low-maintenance properties. We also selected a solid surface base and frameless sliding doors. There were several color and design options to choose from.Kim was flexible and worked a nice deal for us to pay a deposit with the remainder paid at project completion.The customer service was low pressure and friendly.I plan to follow up on this review when the project is complete. Were about 10 weeks out and he says the it will take 1-2 days to complete once started.

After installation is complete Ill update the review and possibly add the last star is I am satisfied with the installation. If I could add some constructive criticism it would be nice to have a quote that is fully itemized so you know how the final price tag is determined. Their price is a little high but so is their assumed quality of work. I hope to be fully satisfied. Update pending installation.UPDATE: Its now been a few months since the counter tops and sink have been installed and we love them. We did have a small plumbing issue but 5 Star responded quickly and professionally to get the issue resolved quickly. We are happy with the product, installation and service. I called the company and they made an appointment to have someone come out to give me an estimate by the following week. David went above and beyond by offering not only an estimate, but also some advice on how to handle some of our issues with getting the work paid for by our insurance. We were looking for estimates for a basement bathroom/laundry remodel from 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. Our estimator was Ryan, and he was punctual, professional and friendly. He was listened well to what we wanted, and was very polite. It required 2 visits, the first one to take measurements and find out what we wanted, and a follow up visit after consuting with his team to plan out what would be needed, and to choose finishes, for example countertop colors, handles etc. Overall, it was an excellent experience for us. We did not end up going with his company primarily because their estimate exceeded our budget. They do appear to use good quality materials, and have an excellent warranty, being willing to repair or replace products if there is a problem. Nice work Ryan, you are a credit to your company!

My wife and I typically dont post company reviews but in this case we had to. In June we had 3 companies come to our home to bid a shower remodel in our master shower. We decided to go with 5 Star out of the group. When the install date came, we ran into a bit of a snag with the product being installed. It wasnt what we conveyed to the sales rep. There was miscommunication of what we wanted to what the sales rep perceived we wanted. We werent shown any pictures, examples, sketches (our fault, lesson learned there to always ask) and we took the sales reps word for it that he understood what we wanted and would meet our needs. After a bit of run around, we finally got a hold of someone who could help us. Donny got a hold of us and we explained our situation. He was very good to listen to our frustrations and wanted to make it right.In a world where customer service is quickly becoming a thing of the past, it was refreshing to have a company and a person willing to listen to what we had to say and then do everything to make it right. Throughout this entire process (save for the sales rep ) we have been treated with the best customer service, and I mean THE BEST. It is not hyperbole when I say it, these guys really were attentive to our needs for a relatively small job. We have had a few mishaps this year at our home which has brought in several contractors. Weve had bad experiences with all of them and we were apprehensive about this situation as well.5 Star far exceeded what we were expecting. We ended up even talking to the owner Walter at one point who had the utmost respect and professionalism. This company really bent over backwards to make things right for us. We couldnt be happier with the product they delivered and how we were treated. Kim came out and was very helpful and personable. So far he has kept all appointments and showed up on time. He helped us work up a beautiful plan to remodel our kitchen. There is a bit of a wait before we can get started, due to other projects booked. But we hope that speaks for quality and experience. So far we are really excited and hope to bump rating up after the job is complete.************project completed update*************Our kitchen was done in three weeks. Jason and Ryan came out first week and got the cabinets in, ran our gas line, adjust water line for sink. Ben was great and got our light fixtures moved. We had a week with no work happening while waiting for the countertop which was expected and we were aware of ahead of time. Then Carson and Ryan came back to finish everything up, backsplash and appliances. Ben had to come back later to install the light fixtures.They did a great job and I’m very happy with my new kitchen. However there were a couple of miscommunications and mishaps. The water lines for my sink were reversed which lead to a leak while installing appliances(which Carson cleaned up graciously and clearly marked correct piping), the outlet for my stove was covered up, but we have another very close that we can use, a vent was covered up by cabinets and when we asked for it to be uncovered the best they could do was put a vent in the kick plate so air moves freely under the cabinets and sort of out the vent. My walls are textured and they did not quite make it match where they had mudded. But that could be because my house is like 40 years old so they may not make the same anymore.We only met the project manager, Donnie, twice but he was nice. Jason, Ryan, Carson, Ben, and Kim were all very nice and respectful. They communicated with us well when they would be here to work. They were always punctual and courteous. I wanted to give 5 stars but it wasn’t quite perfect, but overall a positive experience.

These 2 need some recognition. This is my first remodel job, so I didnt know what to expect, but they really took care of my home, putting dropcloths down on the floor throughout the house during demolition & vacuuming & really cleaning up their mess every day even though theyd just be coming back the next day. I think my water was off for a total of like 20-30 minutes the whole time! 5 Star really makes it a breeze & not any kind of intrusion whatsoever. Such quality craftsmanship in the products as well. Usually its hit and miss with that place and this time was no different with some of the recommendations, but I hit the jackpot with Five Star.I had spent a lot of time beforehand researching what we needed but about ten minutes in with Dave Abramson and I knew I had missed a lot of stuff. The prices are fair, about what I expected to pay. His explanations are clear and thorough, and above all its just been great just to find someone who always answers a call and shows up when they say they will. Ill leave another review after things are finished up, but so far I feel in safe hands.

I had a great experience with 5 Star Kitchen & Bath. Chandler and Tavaren were the main two associates who did the majority of the work on my remodel with an assist from Zac. They completed the demolition of the old bathroom in one day then installed a new walk-in shower, new vanity, vanity top and sinks, a new floor and all fixtures in about three and a half days. The quality of work was top-notch and the finished bathroom very beautiful and a pleasure to use. She came to our home and was meticulous about recording dimensions and carefully notating all the details needed to meet our wishes for remodeling two bathrooms. We met with Anahi at her office twice to look at samples and review plans. She was very understanding when we wanted to make changes and always very professional in her demeanor. Her suggestions for matching colors and styles demonstrated insight and good judgement for compatible combinations. She also diligently explored various alternatives to reduce the estimated costs in an attempt to better fit our budget. One outstanding advantage in dealing with 5 Star Kitchen and Bath is “one-stop shopping.” Being able to see and compare samples of flooring, wall coverings, counter tops, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, etc. all at one place in her showroom is a real time savings for the customer and avoids the problem of trying to match styles and colors from various vendors.

My wife and I were planning to remodel / refresh our master bathroom. Our home is in Bountiful, Utah. Our house was built in 1965, and the master bathroom had not been remodeled since then. We remodeled our kitchen 8 years ago and had planned to remodel our master bath a few years after that but had not got around to it until now. We contacted a few contractors, including 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. The 5 Star representative, Kim Call came to our house and made a very professional and thorough review of our existing bathroom, giving some very good suggestions for remodeling our bathroom. The price he quoted was good, and his professional knowledge was high. Therefore, we selected 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. This was in November of this year. 5 Star is very busy, and therefore, the construction schedule was to start the work by end of January / early February of next year, with the goal of completing the work by no later than the middle of February. We felt that schedule was good for us, so we signed a contract with Kim.Since signing the contract, my wife and I decided to move to St. George where the weather is nicer. We started casually looking for homes in St. George in order to gauge what housing costs would be. We expected to not start looking for a new home in earnest until next summer. But we found a new house under construction in a great location. We really loved the place and made an offer, which was accepted. The new house is scheduled to be completed by early February. So, we need to put our house in Bountiful up for sale before the bathroom remodel will be completed.This decision was made after the no-penalty cancellation time as stipulated by the bathroom remodel contract with 5 Star. The cancellation fee as stipulated in the contract would be 50% of the agreed to price. I contacted Kim and asked if something less than 50% could be arranged, realizing that if materials had already been ordered I would need to pay for those. Kim was very understanding of our situation and asked his management if a smaller cancelation fee could be authorized.5 Star agreed that since we were a few months out from the construction date that the cancelation fee would be reduced to cover just the cost of already procured materials. This was very much appreciated. This shows the honest business practices of 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. My wife and I very much appreciate the honesty and integrity of Kim and his management at 5 Star Kitchen and Bath.

Chandler and Trapper were excellent and hard-working. They didnt want to even stop for breaks or for lunch. Chandler was extremely knowledgeable and precise and completed each days work with clean up and preparations for the coming day. The building that was required was extensive and thorough. Trapper was a very good assistant and worked hard. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest rating, they were a 6. Please let them finish the shower by putting in the glass when it comes.

They were always prompt to answer my calls and they gave me an estimate the same day that they visited (in fact, they gave me an exact, customizable quote while they were still at my home!).

Today I had Kim out to help me design my new kitchen, to say it was a great experience is an understatement, Kim saw my vision right off the bat , he really knows his industry. The vision in my head was so clear by the time we were done . He didn’t rush me he took his time .
