Best price and service. After 3 quotes, 1st American was the best price, least pushy, and they also didn’t try to upsell me (like other companies) on a water heater with additions that would have been useless to me. Just straightforward facts. Blake and Baelor did excellent work and our new tankless water heater works and looks wonderful. They even fixed my HVAC issues at the same time. I also like that they don’t try to sell me on a monthly program that I don’t need.

They made several trips up to Alta when our condos were experiencing a backup. They diagnosed the issue, then recommended upgrades to the plumbing to keep the problems from happening again. We never felt forced or pressured to make the upgrades, but they were thoroughly explained and implemented.Matt was also extremely helpful with breaking down charges and services, to make billing individual owners vs HOA as easy as it can be. Just had my water heater rust out and start leaking. Called in to 1st American and they got me on the schedule ASAP. Jared was right on time and extremely professional. We discussed options and decided now was the time to switch to tankless rather than put in another tank one. Another tech came out and assisted and in about 4 hours they had me switched over and back to normal. A fine job, hauled off the old one, cleaned up the debris and it works like a dream. So far only a second or two lag and they we have all the hot water we can use. Wasnt cheap but it looks like my gas bill should take a huge drop. Wonderful experience with 1st American again.

Amazing!!! I had an emergency, water spraying everywhere out of our water heater. I called my plumber, Valley Plumbing, to come out and help. My plumber advertised they were 24 hours a day, but when I called at 6:02pm the person told me they closed at 6pm and they only took appointments 24 hours a day and would not send anyone until the next day! False advertising! At this point water was running down the walls. I called two more plumbers who advertised 24 hours and got the same answer, they would come out the next day. But then I was lucky to call 1st American Plumbing and heating and they are actually a 24 hour service! Thank goodness! The individual on the phone took my information quickly and also help me with some actions I could take until the plumber arrived. He arrived about 30 minutes later and got to work. He fixed the leak/pipe and left around 10pm. He was very professional and took time to explain everything that needed to be done to address the problem. He also explained why we had the leak in the first place. I will call 1st American Plumbing and heating, in the future, for all my plumbing and heating needs.

Our technician was Tyrell, I want to let you know what a great job he did while replacing our water heater. I was able to get a same day appointment ,they kept me informed and let me know when he would arrive. Tyrell had a really tough install at my home, our furnace and water softener both created a very tight fitting location to remove and replace the water heater but he completed it perfectly and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend Tyrell and 1st American Plumbing

We had an AC unit go out during some of the hottest days of the summer. Every other repair shop said they were 3 to 5 business days out unless I wanted to pay extra for an emergency. I called and the service techs came out the same day and had an entire new unit installed within 2 days. The techs were professional, and most important they did what they said they were going to do!

He was able to quickly identify and explain the issue and had it fixed in about an hour. The price was fair, and the work area was left immaculate. Discovered a backed-up sink that I couldnt clear myself on a Wednesday evening. Called 1st American that night and Nick arrived the very next morning. Within an hour the clog was cleared and I was back to a fully functional kitchen again. Nick was extremely professional and very respectful of my time since I work from home and had to speak with him between (and during) meetings. He even sent a text to me when he was done and waited for me to come sign off on the work and make the payment.This is the third time Ive worked with 1st American and all the techs that have come out to my home (John, Jared and now Nick) have been qualified and licensed plumbers, not salesman that know how to plumb. I feel the pricing is fair and competitive and have yet to be made to feel like Ive been sold. I’ve been using these guys for years, and have always been very satisfied with the results. My water heater wasn’t working properly. They were able to come out first thing in the morning.
