The front office and the service professionals were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. What really impressed me l, though, was their ability to meet my many needs - they installed a new water heater, updated old valves and outdoor spickets, and even installed a bathroom fan and vented 2 bathroom fans from the attic to outside my home. All for hundreds less than their largest competitor.

I needed a new furnace and wanted central air installed. I had a different company give me a quote first, wasnt happy with the salesman or the price. Wilds came in and give me a quote that was $4,700 cheaper with the same equipment. I scheduled it an they were here a few days later. Several guys showed up an had it done very fast. Boss man even came out just to check on things an make sure I was happy. Would highly recommend!!

Leaking garbage disposal - Beth called me back right to schedule an appointment for repair and the guys arrived right on time, we’re polite and professional quickly installed a new garbage disposal! Our furnace quit working and we had no heat. The company that normally works on our furnace told us 1 to 2 days before they could come look at it. Vic came out very timely and got our heat up and running within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Wilds and will continue to use their services. I had two services with Wild’s recently. One was replacing sump pump 10 days ago and one was furnace maintenance & fireplace maintenance service today. Replacing sump pump was pretty quick job and they were great. They also installed quite check valve we bought and it’s a life changer!!! Today, tech name Owen was here to do the furnace maintenance and two fireplace check. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Now, we are ready for winter and we will definitely contact Wild’s again if we have any issues with plumbing or HVAC. Thank you!!!

When I called in the morning, they sent someone out by noon. Had to replace water heater and they came back the very next business day and Installed it. I had a problem with a bath tub faucet ans had to shut off the water to the entire house! Wilds was able to come out FAST and get everything repaired and I was able to turn the water back on! Their 24 hr service is great when used on a weekend, holiday or not, someone comes & fixes the problem. No complaints with the cost either. I highly recommed the crew from Wilds!

Wilds is the Best!! Caregiving Network in Midland, MI, had a very serious furnace issue in our pantry. No heat! In this weather!! Owen, one of their great service technicians, came out and diagnosed our problem as a bad heat exchanger. With obtaining parts very questionable because of all the supply chain issues, we were left with the possibility of having to replace the furnace. Wilds went above and beyond, searched high and low for the parts, fabricated what needed to be replaced and had us up and running the next day. Almost the entire costs is covered under parts and labor warranty on a 2006 furnace! Jessica, you rock and Owen, you are awesome!! Wilds will be our go-to place for any service we need in the future!!

Their storage units are huge for the price. I have been with wilds for many years and when covid hit us financially and I wasnt able to pay, they gave us some time to gather up money to pay them. I dont think you will find this kind of quality or kindness from any other place! Absolutely love them and will reccomend them to anyone. Much love for Kim for helping me out when I most needed it!

Special thanks to Jessica (office customer service rep) and Owen (furnace tech) who quickly responded to my 8AM phone call this Friday (1/17/2020). I awoke to a 60 degree house the morning my wife and I were to leave that afternoon for our daughters house near Chicago to participate in our first grandchilds gender reveal. Jessica went the extra mile to have one of their technicians rearrange his schedule so that we would not miss our afternoon departure. Luckily the fix was an exhaust motor (rather than a new furnace)! Again, many thx for your customer focus and service.
