They were called out for a backed up sewer line. The man that came in as quick and courteous and cleared the line. He also informed me of a 30 day guarantee. I had to call them back out a couple days later for the same issue. The same technician came and “cleared” the line although he didn’t pull anything out of the drain. Well, now a couple days later I have the same issue. I called the city out to check the main line and they cleared it from two different locations yet my line was still clogged. I just called back, waited two hours without hearing anything, and called again. It is a Saturday and as told the tech was on another call but would be calling. He just called and said I would have to pay for this service. I mentioned the 30 Day Guarantee and was told the second trip negated that. Umm, I don’t think that is a 30 Day Guarantee. So, I have to pay again for a service they supposedly have completed twice in the past week. I obviously have no choice but they need to change their guarantee to reflect what it truly is.I just updated to a five star. Mark came out and had us unclogged within 30 minutes. He also discovered that out clean out was installed incorrectly. He did not charge for the call because he said this should have been discovered and taken care of on the first or second call. Very professional and I would recommend them. Great service recovery.

I needed someone to unclog my lines, things were coming out of my showers and my toilets wouldn’t flush. I almost chose another company but decided to use these guys based off their reviews.Ashley answered the phone and was super friendly and professional. She answered all my questions without guaranteeing anything while giving me piece of mind. She explained she’s putting me on the schedule and told me what to expect.Mark calls me and gives me an accurate time frame on when they’ll arrive. When Mark and another gentleman arrived they were friendly and professional also. They walked and took a look and got to work. It didn’t take long, probably less than 30 minutes. Mark explained what they did to fix it, what to expect, and what to do if another problem arises. He was also upfront about the next step and potential costs. The price for today wasn’t nearly as expensive as I thought, and for their kind of service, there is no reason to go elsewhere.I have used another company before and typically would use them again, but I decided to choose this place and I have no regrets. I also saw this company on Undercover Boss so I was really curious to see if they’re that friendly. It is true... some people do just care about their job. Thank you guys!P.S.This happened so suddenly that I didn’t have cash on hand. Do try to put the option to tip the workers when they run our cards, because I would’ve done so.

This company by far is the best company I’ve ever used for plumbing!! They are honest and have integrity! We just bought the house and to make a long story short the supervisor Matt is a stand up man who does what he says and keeps his word!! It’s hard to find a company that is actually out to help you and not just there to take your money! I highly recommend this company! All three of the men who worked on our problem have been with the company more than 5yrs so that right there tells you how it’s run!! I was highly impressed to say the least at the professionalism that the entire company shows from the woman who answers the phone to the office manager to the service manager!!

We had a slab leak and they were out within a day. I scheduled online. Total cost was less than estimated. The tech (Philip I think) was very professional and friendly and explained everything. He made an effort to make friends with my barky dogs who kept pestering him. We have an old water heater that needs replacing and he told me my options and the cost but didn’t pressure me. When we do replace it, I will definitely call them. Very good experience. Also got my water softener running. Thank you!

Chris was very nice and professional. Ive yet to have a bad experience with our local Roto Rooter.. Will always make these guys my first call. 12:00 at night and he was in a good mood and was eager to help.. He had to drive 25 + miles to get to me and didnt add to the bill because of it..

Took time for them to get to us, I know everyone is so busy. Isaiah did a great job of cutting tree roots from our sewer line. Would have rated Roto-Rooter a five but I didnt receive a receipt, something we older generation really likes. Thanks again!

Drain for washing machine was backed up and dumping water on floor. Called around 11am on a Wednesday. Roto-Rooter arrived around 2:30pm same day and snaked the drain in less than an hour.$110 might not be the rock-bottom price for rooting one drain, but its sure a lot cheaper than dealing with a flood. Technician did not volunteer a quote ahead of time, but I didnt ask for one either.Tech ran water into the drain to verify that it was working properly, but forgot to replace the washing machine line afterward. It took two seconds for me to set in place, but would have been a big mess if I hadnt happened to look.

I havent had a bad experience yet. They are always nice when you call, and professional when they come to your home. They have been at my house a lot lately for a different issue each time. No, they dont give a window of time, but they will always let you know they are on their way. You cant go wrong with them. I will call them before our home warranty company now.
