WATERS EDGE PLUMBING: WILLIAM#1My home warranty sent a young man named William from Waters Edge Plumbing to repair my water heater. I must say William is one of the nicest service people I have ever had in my home. He was super polite, very professional and kind. He got right to workexplaining things to me as he went along. He quickly repaired my water heater and put everything back in order. I am very impressed with this young man and would have him in my home again anytime. Our home warranty selected this plumbing provider for us and they originally scheduled them the next day, but they called my husband and told him they were able to get there same day. They arrived to our house 2.5 hours later than what was scheduled but were able to fix the overflowing water we had in our laundry room.

Waters Edge sent Adrian over to install PEX plumbing in my attic because the copper plumbing in my slab kept leaking.They came when they said they would, they finished when they said they would, they did and excellent job like they said they would and they charged what they said they would so I am pleased with them.

So glad our home warranty got these guys out to our house. We had a pipe leak; they came out that day and put a temporary fix on it so we could at least use water. They then came out the very next day to completely fix it, explaining everything as they went. They worked as clean as possible and didnt leave a mess. And they even had to cut our flooring and bust up some concrete! Couldnt be more pleased with the work and professionalism of this company.

I had City of Midland come to my place informing me about a water leaking at a rate of 2.5 gallons a minute. They shut off the water and had me call a plumber. I went through my home warranty to request a plumbing service, so they attached me to Waters Edge Plumbing. The plumbers showed up and did a quick check to the source of the leak and it was under the foundation (hooray). They came a few days later because a lot of people in Midland were having water leaks so I was aware of the situation. Once they returned, the plumbers were very informative and gave us an update on every phase. It was all fixed and now we have running water again! The plumbers were polite and were super careful with my home. I will definitely ask for them again if anything happens to our plumbing because hey, my house was built in 1956. Haha. Met this company thru the home warranty insurance.Anytime i have plumbing issues i tell my insurance that i want this company. I had a horrible experience with another company. Our kitchen and bathroom sinks where clogged and that oyher company tried 15 minutes and said not possible have to break thru the wall and cut pipe open etc. Very unprofessional rude and money greedy. My husband kicked them out of our house so the insurance send us watersedge as requested and theu fixed it within 20 minutes.Now i had another touch clogging they came out and he was there and tried hard. He thought he had left and it wasnt resolved so i called them back and he returned within 30 minutes and worked some more on it and fixed it. No extra cost, very nice and professional plumber
