    I will definitely call Midtown Plumbing for our plumbing needs. Two days before thanksgiving our hot water heater went out. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and basically told me what to expect. The following day our hot water heater was replaced.The technicians that came were professional and got straight to work!Great services!

    Midtown Plumbing was excellent. They both wiped their feet, walked in and introduced themselves. Juan and Elian quickly found the issue with my garbage disposal and promptly ran to the shop to get me a new one. Elian was learning how to do everything, so it was great to see Juan explain the process in detail to him. That goes to show that they care about training their employees to be successful.

    Midtown always treats me right! They were extremely fast and efficient at the emergency job! Jason was an extremely hard working leader. His helper Zoe did a fine job and Issac followed behind and filled the holes back up after the work was completed. And last but not least the owner Carloā€™s knows the business inside and out. Donā€™t know what I would have done without them! Highly recommend if you need a plumber go with Midtown. They go above and beyond! Back story ā€¦ someone took out my gas meter šŸ˜³ with their car on Monday night. It is Thursday evening and all work has been completed šŸ˜Š

    Update: a couple years later, called Midtown out again, and though they werent able to complete the project, it wasnt their fault, its because the tank I bought for the toilet unfortunately didnt fit, but nevertheless again beyond impressed with their punctuality, politeness, work ethic, and trustworthiness. Will always use Midtown I wish every service company could be as reliable and helpful as they are.Overall-reliable, punctual, professional. Very pleasant experience when I was expecting what Ive gotten in the past from services...no call no shows, half-finished work, etc. I will use Midtown from now on and always recommend.     I happened to have an urgent issue with my sprinkler system. Called Midtown and they came out at 9:30 pm and fixed my issue. I was worried about going two days without water but thanks to Midtown I didnt have to!!!

    We have had many People come out and charge us quotes for various different reasons on why we were having our issue, Edgar Gonzalez with the help of Brandon Aguirre were able to fix our problem after hours in just 2 hrs even running out to get a part for us. We are so grateful and highly recommend if you want someone who can actually fix your problems pretty affordably too.

    This is a late review. It happened right before 2023 Christmas. I had one water line busted. Tried to contact the plumber I always trust but they refused to come. When called Midtown, they immediately said yes without any hesitation. Finally, Joe (if I remember wrong, I apologize) had it fixed. He was super nice and professional. Highly recommended.

    Update: second time weā€™ve used this company (new house), and they were just as fantastic this time as the last time! Professional, courteous, quick, took care of the problems we had with our faucet and garbage disposal, and the price was much lower than anticipated! Will definitely use Midtown Plumbing Co again when we having plumbing issues!Easy to make the appointment, received text updates confirming the appointment and plumber name for who was arriving, received a text when he was on his way to our house, he arrived early, they worked hard and were knowledgeable, they charged appropriately, we received an email receipt, they cleaned up when done, and I recommend them!

    Came home in the nick of time to find my water heater had just started leaking. Called Midtown Plumbing and had Isaac show up at my house within 30 minutes to diagnose my issue and drain my tank. Unfortunately, Ive got to replace my water heater, but Im thrilled with the response and professionalism of Isaac and his helper (I dont remember his name). They were very courteous, professional, and provided excellent service with a smile.

    Great services, yall have saved me several times when I needed plumbing. I am going to give you 5 stars for your services. Your guys though need to learn better driving practices while representing your company. A white dually pickup that needs to go see a mechanic blowing black smoke into the environment seems to always be in a hurry and maybe should allocate more time for our local traffic. I personally have witnessed this particular vehicle or vehicles changing lanes driving erratically on several occasions, and just now happened to me on Big Spring in front of Sonic at the road construction. There is no plumbing situation that would require this type of driving. I respect the urgency but the disrespectful driving and unsafe driving is not needed in our community. Advising better driving practices to the team would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,Ben Rodriguez

    Carlos and Luis were here. First, the appointment was between 1-3. Carlos call me around 120 and informed me that they were running a little behind schedule. Very professional and do not have that much anymore. They arrived and thought it would be a simple job. Turned out bring a hard job. It is through insurance, so kept having to call the insurance. None of their methods they used were effective and have decided to go another route. But need confirmation from insurance first. We was not thier last customer, even though it was already pretty late. But not once did they rush or did they try to talk their way out. They were very courteous and professional the entire time.Thank you gentlemen for your hard work from 2 young gentlemen. I would highly recommend you to anyone who asked me for a reference for a plumber.

Last month, Juan replaced a water supply, shutoff valve and all the innards in our hall bath toilet. The morning he was to arrive, our kitchen disposal went out.     Carlos Aguirre and his staff were professional courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. When Carlos first came to my home to look at my plumbing issue, he explained what he saw wrong and what Midtown would do to correct the issue. He was honest about the options I had in getting the issue repaired and I scheduled the appointment for the repair. On the 2nd visit, Ilian Aguirre came to complete the repair. Both Ilian and his assistant did what they could since the repair was going to be a bit more involved. Today, Eddy and Isaac came and were here from 10:00-5:30. They continuously gave me status updates. They repaired my plumbing issue. After they completed the repair, they cleaned up and it looked as though they had never been here.     Great experience, Im glad I called the pros instead of my DIY taking a tackle at it. I thought I had a slab leak well how about that turns out I dont know it all jaja Edgar came in cut out a piece from the wall and found a valve leaking gave me the option to change it out I opted to let the pro do this job and I came back and did my job at work no more leak now to clean up several days worth of water.     I was very impressed...when initial call was made on water heater the 1st appt was for Monday afternoon, Carlos said if he had a cancellation on Friday then would let me know. I called 1st thing Friday and he worked me in. Unfortunately, the home warranty said they would not cover....so I called home warranty and at least got partial payment.     Middle of the night high-pressure water leak under kitchen sink. I was able to get the water turned off and cleanup done. Called several plumbing companies the next morning and could only leave message with several. Others tried to schedule for the following week. Midtown Plumbing came out that morning and replaced the cracked water pipe in 10 minutes. Ruben was professional and very friendly. We will definitely use them again and I highly recommend Midtown Plumbing!

    Gas line replacement they finished the full replacement after 3 days it started rough and was frustrating but they came through and did good work. They are also liked by the city and Atmos so that helps.

    I absolutely LOVE these guys for my home and the business I manage. Everytime I call the lady I talk to is so sweet and attentive. All the plumbers that have come out have been very professional and answer in detail all of the questions I have. I use to use Roto-Rooter or Bosworth, but never again. Mid-Town is the way to go. There have even been times the owner himself has come out on a call. Great Great group here.

    I cant thank this company enough! BJ, Carlos, the lovely lady over at dispatch (I feel bad I cant remember her name) and BJs partner (Also sorry I cant remember his name). All played a huge part in getting my water main repaired and running again. Despite how busy they were, they snuck me in the same day and and worked hard into the late night to get my water running.
