We had a tricky leak in our basement, and several different professional opinions from different companies on what the cause was (and none of them ended up being right). Devon from City Sewer took the time to listen to us, troubleshoot, AND repair what ended up being a pretty complicated issue. The whole team was super friendly, and I was informed every step of the way on what was causing the issue and what was being done to fix it. Id recommend them to anyone. They saved our basement and I am grateful.

We had a main line sewer backup in our home. Called at around 1 PM to get a quote and see how soon they could come out. They told us they would get us in same day due to the nature of the problem being an emergency. Devin and Nick showed up at around 6:30 PM and spent lots of time and effort on the issue. They were super friendly and helpful guys that were very determined to get us squared away before they would leave. Excellent work! Highly recommend!

RJ was excellent. He was very professional, and able to fix our issues quickly. Also, being immunocompromised and pregnant, I was very pleased to see him wear a mask and gloves while here. I am very happy with the service and will definitely call them again if I have future issues!

Excellent, A ++. Service tech is very nice and knowledgeable. Got the lines clear.The best part is they honor their guarantees. For example, I had them out to my house on Feb 5th. They fix the issue and all was well. They have a 30 day guarantee for their services. I had another issue on March 11th (not their fault), Though, they did not have too, they honored the 30 day guarantee even though it was 33 days later. Thats how customer service should be. On top of that they have very competitive, if not the best, prices around. We have multiple properties around the area and will never call a different service.
