We had a busted pipe in the front yard. We called several places that didn’t answer and didn’t want to call Bosworth because we’ve had problems with them in the past. We called Randy’s and the young woman who answered the phone was fantastic. We called at 8 AM. There was two young men at our door by 9 AM and they were done by 10 AM. The work was fantastic. All employees involved were great and the bill was $290 on a Sunday morning. I couldn’t be happier and will call no one else in the future.

Jake & Dustin are incredibly polite & knew exactly what they were doing. They fixed our slab leak in about 5 hours & even gave us time to pull up our new flooring so it wouldn’t get destroyed without charging us extra time. I definitely recommend using them!

I called day before for minor leak. People on phone were nice and said would be here in morning. Around 8 was called telling me they were on the way and then crazy enough they showed up. An hour later the leak and hose were fixed and man was out door. Man couldn’t have been nicer.

Called on a Saturday morning. Said they were on the way but since the leak originated in the attic I asked for 30 minutes to clear out some space for the plumber to work. He showed up as soon as I finished. Worked quickly and finished up on time. Worth every penny! Very nice gentlemen! I will call them again.

I got home at 4:30 to discover water pouring out from under my garage door and it turned out our water heater had a broken pipe. I called Randys Rooter, but she said they were short-handed and didnt know if theyll be able to get to it today, but I told her it was an emergency and I needed help today...The owner was there within 15 minutes, repaired the leak, and he only charged $120! I highly recommend Randys Rooter for any plumbing Midland TX.

Ok. Had a clogged line and did everything I could to fix it myself but failed. Called several places but went with these guys as they were most reasonably priced and could respond quickest. 20 minutes later all was well. Isaac was professional and courteous. Cant recommend these guys enough.
