I have used A+ Plumbing two times. Once at my house in Freeland and now at my new house in Midland. Both times Zach came out to fix some minor plumbing issues. Zach remember me from 2.5 years ago from coming to my previous house in Freeland. I thought that was pretty cool. Absolute genuine and approachable guy. Answered all my questions and was able to complete a simple fix for me on my toilet. It is tough spending the money on such simple fixes but I would rather have it done right. Zach at A+ does a great job.

My two experiences with the A Plus crew have been great! On-time, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is important to single women homeowners to be comfortable with contractors in her home, and these gentlemen were trustworthy and pleasant. The office manager is extremely responsive and expert at getting complete information from both sides of a job. Obviously, I recommend this company very highly!

Had called another company we had used for years and after more than 24 hours we had no response. Called A+ and they were there within an hour or two and fixed the problem. Would definitely recommend them and we will use them again.

Zach and Jackson did a great job replacing the plumbing and tying in the garbage disposal unit under a new double bowl sink of different size than the old sink.

I had a very good experience with the company. They were all very nice/friendly. Answered my questions. The person in the office, she was very nice and patience with all my questions. I had a simple issue to take care of but was concerned about what caused it. They came out, same day which I was very thankful for, fixed my issue and checked it out and explained to me what happen. It was all good. I cant say it enough on how nice they were on the phone and in person. And the fact they came out the same day as I called. I will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I called this company about a tub drain problem we have had for the past 15 years (when we built the house). Within 48 hours we had a tech at our house. I just expected a look-see to decide what the problem was and when/if it could be repaired. Within an hour of arrival the problem was repaired/resolved. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of the current pandemic, he also wore his mask (as did I!), and we “elbow bumped” because we couldn’t shake hands. I was very grateful for all he did. I even bought his lunch even though he tried to refuse it.I highly recommend this company. From the person that answered the phone (Chandra) to the repair person (Zach), I was treated the way I treat people. Very great company to deal with. I’ll call them back in a heartbeat.Ray F, Hemlock
