I utilized Murray Plumbing through my home warranty company (HWA) after our water heater broke and partially flooded our basement. HWA tried to schedule our diagnostic for a week out and provided me with Murray Plumbings number. I reached out and got in touch with Tina who scheduled our diagnostic for the same day within about an hour and a half of my call. The plumbers who came out were incredibly kind and informative. Murray Plumbing was incredibly prompt with responding to the warranty company to help expedite the process for us. If you have a home warranty, you understand how slow moving they can be. Tina got in touch with me to inform me of an additional step that we needed to bring our home up to code. She was great at informing me of what needed done and why and was very forthcoming with the costs associated with this additional need. We still have to wait for our water heater to be ordered before the installation process but I feel incredibly confident in the work this company does and how they move with integrity. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank your for making this very stressful process easier on our household.

Murray plumbing did an outstanding job on our sewer line repair! They were careful and precise with their digging in some touchy areas and the 3 man crew worked hard and together to get things done! We had a similar problem years ago and the work was done by another company. At the time we thought they did a good job but now we can see the difference in how the job should have been done! We are very pleased with Murray plumbing, one of the easiest 5 star reviews Ive ever given! They earned my respect for future business!

I cant recommend them enough! They came out on very short notice to help me out. They were going to just fix two of my shut of valves and come back a few days later to get the rest fixed. Murray Plumbing is a solid company and Chris Murray is an experienced plumber who is up to date on different plumbing techniques. He got me hooked up with a brand new sewer pipe and water line. Thanks to Lyn and Tina in the office, really helped with scheduling. Thank you. The best assets are their on-site employees.. thanks to Bruce, Dwayne, Ed, Ben, Daniel and Trevon, they all worked together as a team. They all worked tirelessly to get the job done for an entire week. Thanks you guys. The only unfortunate thing was the extensive damage to my sidewalks which probably wouldnt have happened if plywood was used to cover them.

I was incredibly happy with the service I received. They kept in contact, they were quick to get things moving and they communicated everything very well. Add the fact that they were amazing when it came to the financial part of this job and you have one very happy customer.We had someone come out to unclog our line and they found that a gas line had gone through the sewer line causing all the problems. Murrays crew came out the same day I called to run the camera and get an idea of what needed done. This was a Thursday. By Monday morning, they were back with all the equipment to get my line replaced properly. I was terrified I was going to be held responsible (at least at first) for payment but they worked with our gas company and made sure nothing came out of my pocket since it wasnt my fault. They didnt seem to make any unnecessary mess and they cleaned everything up afterwards and put my driveway back how it was (asphalt) instead of just throwing some dirt and stones in and telling me the rest was my problem! Lol.10/10 would absolutely recommend and I will be contacting them for any future services.

My boyfriend called to see what itd cost to have Murray Plumbing come out to fix a reoccurring blockage (it happens every year) in our basement to the main sewer line. Not only did they give a general quote, they came out immediately same-day! The technicians were super respectful of our home and ignored my barking puppy. Initially they tried to use equipment that would make it cheaper for us but unfortunately the job called for heavy-duty equipment. Darn roots infiltrated the pipes. I think they felt bad because they stayed a few extra minutes to help my boyfriend clean up the mess. Thank you Murrays Plumbing!!!

They charged only the amount quoted even though it took more than one attempt to resolve the issue.This was my second experience with Murray Plumbing and I would highly recommend their service. Last summer they responded when I called my home warranty company about a broken water pipe under the sink.

Got up Saturday early afternoon, water all over the basement floor. Sewer was backing up. Fast and reliable service. They were here within 30 minutes of contacting them on a SATURDAY!!!! They completed the job in under an 1-1/2 hours. It included ripping down a wall to get to the cut off valve. Explained everything in detail, and made sure the water was flowing before sealing everything back up. Very impressed and definately would use again!!! Thanks so much!

Had a issue at our daughters home with the sewerage pit ejector pump. Called talked with a live person who did a 3 way to Chris. Explained the situation and he informed me he was headed past our location and would stop before going to his service call so he could get an idea of the issue. Came back and determined that it was not the pump but a blockage in the main line. Ryan came and did a TV look at the line and at 80 feet the line was crushed, in an area that Lower Swatara had a contractor installing a street light. Friday they asked my son in law not to use water since they broke a line, in fixing they crushed our sewer line in back filling the hole.I would count on Murrays Plumbing when I need a plumber from now on.
