Greg did an awesome job for us. He went above and beyond replacing our roof and used the better materials than the standard RV materials from the dealer. We will definitely be using him in the future again.Aside from the repairs he worked with us as this was an insurance claim job and even though the insurance company was a pain to work with, Greg saw the entire thing through.

In all honesty, things started out a bit Rocky when I first got in touch with Greg. He did not do the initial diagnostic on my air conditioner in my RV and as a result, there were a lot of delays. He did his best to bring things back up to speed and found out the actual problems, he was very real with his assessment and I see the value in what I first thought was an unfair price. All in all he did a lot more work than he charged me for because of all the miscommunication that wasn’t even his fault in the beginning. He got my AC back up and running with clear expectations of what to expect in the future. I will definitely hire him again , hopefully though I won’t have to.

Quick, knowledgeable and caring that’s how I would describe RV Rapid Repair.On the second day of our month long stay in the keys our A/C stopped working. So I checked google maps for a mobile RV Repair.When I called RV Rapid repair, I spoke with the owner Greg. I told him about my dilemma. He hung up the phone and was there in 15 minutes. He and his helper were very knowledgeable on the A/C. They quickly diagnosed my problems, ordered parts, and gave a quick fix till parts came in a few days. I reached out to Greg at RV Rapid Repairs about our GFI outlet issue, which had been intermittently failing and finally refused to reset. Greg promptly visited our RV park site the next morning, Using specialized tools identified low voltage, and skillfully traced the problem to loosely attached wires. He secured the wires and installed a new GFI outlet. Now, the outlet and the other three affected ones are functioning well. Gregs professionalism and electrical expertise make me recommend him without hesitation.

His work is exceptional and got my RV back in business in less than a week (electrical problem w/ jacks, awning issue, a/c issue). The other place I was at had my RV for a month and couldn’t find the problem.He came by for a diagnostic and found the issue in short time and communicated to me the parts that I needed and essentially made my RV brand new. Greg and company have come to my rescue more than once, at home now on the road. My a/C when turned on would quit and kill the generator. I needed to replace my shore power plug so didnt know if that worked, when repaired the same thing happened. So I called Greg and he worked us through a series of tests and found it to be the transfer switch. I arrived in Miami after a non-stop drive from Conroe TX, arriving at 2 am. I hooked up the motorhome and went to sleep. The next morning, the back bedroom was flooded and water was pouring out of the rear of the motorhome on the ground due to a faulty installation of a brand new washer/dryer by Camping World in Texas. Greg quickly diagnosed the multiple problems with the installation and made repairs so that we could continue our vacation. We were lucky to have him come on short notice during the peek snowbird time in Southern Florida at a fair price.

I called RV Rapid Repairs on a Sunday evening when our a/c quit working. After some on the phone diagnosing (followed up with some google searching) we figured out the compressor was on its way out. I asked if he could change the compressor but unfortunately you really cant on these small camper a/cs (again followed up with Google searches)We gave him the green light, he showed up the next day around 6:30 pm with the new a/c in the truck. He had a long day already so I told him on the phone prior to him coming that if he wanted to reschedule for the next day I would understand. He told me no, that he wanted to get us taken care of as quickly as he could, if you live in South Florida you know how hot it gets here. He had the new a/c in & running in less than an hour. He even went above & beyond by doing a lil extra work, ie: re run a new ground wire, retape some of the ducts that were coming loose, etc.I would highly recommend making this call.

My father traveled from Florida to Illinois in his RV to attend a family reunion. He planned to stay for the whole week in 100° temps. The first night was to be spent using generator power, which would not run with the air conditioner on. The next day we tried plugging into electric, which did not work at all. Our trouble shooting only provided more questions. My father contacted Greg and we spent most of the day trouble shooting on the phone with him, sending pictures of different components upon request and even unintentionally misleading him on vital information. Didnt matter. He stuck with us and refused to give up. Once he had all the correct information (again...it was our fault he was mislead) he located the issue and talked us through bypassing a power converter. It now works like a charm and keeping my father comfortable for the rest of the trip. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about his trade. He saved the whole week for us and we cant thank him enough. Alot of the time he spent was after hours...truly above and beyond. He is the best in the business. STOP SEARCHING, this is the only RV repair vonoany you need to Call!!!I contacted them a few months back for an a/c issue on my previous camper. Gregory was very punctual and arrived right at the time we agreed upon. I was surprised since it was after hours and he still came to service the camper. He helped fix the issue and advised that this would not be a permanent fix and that I should replace the entire unit (which he quoted me for on the spot). Unfortunately for me, I did not heed his warning and couple of days later my a/c went out again. I called Gregory and even though it had been days since his initial visit, he offered to come by and jump start the a/c again - free if charge. I would ultimately go on to buy a new camper. Fast forward to today, I called Gregory to ask him to come out and check it out. Instead, he advised me on what to do and that virtually fix my problem. He did this out if the kindness of his heart to save me the diagnostic fee. I wanted to come and write this review to let anyone who needs RV repairs done know THIS IS YOUR GUY. He knows, his stuff, is fair priced, and is willing to work with you to fix your camper. Those of us that live in campers, RV’s etc know that these things have issues all the time; Gregory understands this and it shows in his style of work. 10/10 service - 100% will recommend to all my neighbors.
