Laura made my experience with Rodriguez Brother Auto Services the best Ive ever had with an auto repair shop. After my SUV completely broke down, I called and spoke with Laura at the shop. Not only was the phone answered (a rarity in Miami), I really appreciated that she gave me some idea of how much the repair would cost if it was a specific issue. After having my vehicle towed to Rodriguez Brother Auto Services, Laura kept me informed and updated every step of the way. She was pleasant, informative, and very courteous. This auto shop is trustworthy, and also has great prices. (Another rarity in Miami.) My SUV was fixed within one business day. Highly recommend, and thanks again to Laura.

Ive been to quite a few mechanic shops in Miami and my experience at Rodriguez Brothers was by far the best. Laura did an amazing job communicating every step of the way and was also extremely polite and accommodating considering the unique problems we encountered along the way with my vehicle. My car completely broke down around 5pm so I called Rodriguez brothers and they stayed afret closing time until my car was towed there so that they could work on it the next day. They had everything fixed by 4 oclock the next day and my car is now in mint shape. Laura who I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, kind, and patient and waited as well the next day until after 6 oclock at the shop for me to arrive to pick up my car. She gave me many updates throughout the time that my car was there and let me know exactly what was wrong with it snd what work theyd be doing on it. Prices are exceptional as well. Highly highly recommended.

I always come here and have been coming for a bit. As a young female, lots of auto places I have been to try to scam me or oversell me and this place has never once done that. They always offer fair prices and are honest about what my car needs and when. Laura is always so kind, polite, and again is very honest about what my car needs and explains and shows me exactly the issue so that I can understand as someone with limited car knowledge lol. This is the only place I trust to work on my car!

Im so happy I found this place close by Wynwood. Mr. Rodriguez is one of those old fashioned great and honest mechanics. Gave me reasonable price to fix Jeep Wrangler door lock actuator. Also want to mention Stephanie in office, nice, pleasant, kept me informed in timely manner, and very helpful. When I felt OEM part too expensive immediately helped getting aftermarket part at more reasonable price. All in all a well run operation. I usually do a lot of auto work myself. But tired of it. Will come here instead.

As a DIY mechanic, I had trouble removing the top bolt from an old strut assembly (in order for me to use the old spring with a new strut) with the tools I have on hand. I took the strut assembly to Mr Rodriguez and he helped me loosening the top nut with his impact gun for FREE. He also advised me a safety concern, that the job can be dangerous for DIYers. Mr Rodriguez is very nice, and I would have no hesitation go to his shop for any automobile needs in the future.

After searching for years for a reliable and honest auto service, finally I found the best most knowledgeable and honest auto mechanics available here in south Florida. About 8 months ago I had an smart car that needed a gas pump replacement and I could not located any one that will do the job. I searched thru the internet and I found that the Mercedes Benz has a services where you described the problem you are haven and they provided you with an estimate low and high for the type of repair and where to get it done. I took my car to the first reference given to me by mercedes, when they called for an estimated, the amount was more than double of the higher amount quoted by mercedes. The second in the list was Rodriguez Brother Auto Service, this time I called and explain my needs, they quoted me the low price of the Mercedes recommendation. They didnt ask for deposit and in one day they replaced the pump and it was excellent.From that time on I have taken all my car to be serviced and repair all the time including my family and can not be more happy. I totally Trust this people and will recomend them very highly.

This was not my first time with Rodriguez Brothers Auto Services. This is actually my third time using their services. It was a no brainer when it came to choosing them. My BMW had several issues, which were diagnosed and then taken care of. What I have always liked about Rodriguez is they let you know up front what I was dealing with. I could have never afforded the cost at if I went to the dealership for service. I would recommend there services to any of my friends.

I bought a used car couple of months ago. When the brakes started to make grinding noises and the RPMs fluctuated when idle, I brought my car to Rodriguez Brother auto Services.Laura in the office is not only extremely knowledgeable on all things auto but also super friendly and helpful.4 hours after bringing my car in I got a detailed report about ALL the important parts condition, not only the ones I reported. A day later my car was fixed and I could take it back home.Laura also helped me with deciding which services could wait until a later point and even looked up cheaper options for parts needed.Super happy with Rodriguez Brothers Auto services!!! Will come back for everything car related. 10/10!!
