    Excellent experience. I called with my contractor and had a great deal of technical questions which were answered by the first person we spoke to. Its wonderful that they have knowledgeable people answering the phone. My order came quickly, but there was a mixup in the order and they caught it before I even got the package. They are sending me my new package with a return slip for the package I got in error instead of making me jump through hoops to return the product then wait for the correct order. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. I thought courtesy and service was dead, but this company has resurrected the art with their exceptionally knowledgeable and thoughtful staff.

    I just got off the phone with GlowbackLED and wanted to convey my experience. This is the first time I have EVER written a review. I always have figured reviews were a waste of time and fake.I have just started searching for the parts and pieces I need for LED lighting of my very large deck. I am not a pro and needed help. I found GlowbackLED on the internet and called them on the phone. I spoke with Laura and immediately was apprehensive about speaking with a woman who answered the phone (thought she was a receptionist) and had a strong accent. I WAS COMPLETLY WRONG!. Laura listened to my barrage of questions and had answers and great advice that would best support my project. She patiently waited as I repeated questions and was incredibly helpful. She explained in great detail what I would need and what worked best in my situation.Because of Laura and the awesome customer service I am ordering all of my lighting needs from Glowback. I am embarassed to have prematurely judged Laura and will never do that again. I really appreciate the help and will update this review after I receive my order and get everything installed.
