FPH has been servicing my Generac for two years now and it has been very smooth and professional. Always on time for appointments and they are quick and efficient. John Williams did my last service and again, it was on time, professional and quick. Highly recommend them.

FPH installed my generator back in 2008. The installation went smooth and the customer service was excellent. They performed service on my generator yearly and my old Generac is still running like day 1. I moved last year and installed a new generator. My installation is now complete and while this one took a little longer to complete (6 months), it was the same service and quality I expected from my generator company. I read their recent reviews and I can honestly say this was a temporary issue. I am able to contact the service department on any day of the week and Christy or Josie will always respond promptly. I trust this company and highly recommend it!

Great job on the recent generator and propane tank installation at our home in Coconut Grove. Guillermo and his crew were thorough and professional during the permitting and installation process. Maria did an amazing job coordinating every aspect of the installation. Florida Power House is a family run company that takes every component of their work seriously and they are truly not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. We lost power today for about 7 hours and the generator kicked in within seconds and kept us energized until FPL restored power to the neighborhood. I look forward to years of continued, excellent service from Florida Power House.

Florida Power House is a 5 star company. The entire process was hands down as easy as it gets. From the first person who sold me the generator Jorge, to the final installation, Maria Paz, and everyone in between, customer service was by far the best Ive ever had. I am as ready as I will ever be for a hurricane, and here in Miami unfortunately its not a matter of if, but when, but I am soooo happy I made the decision of installing a standby generator, and even happier that it was done by Florida Power House. You guys ROCK! 6 Stars
