The experience from start to finish was amazing! The appointment was easy and quick to book with a technician coming out the same day. Once the technician was coming I received a text message with a photo of the technician which I found to be extremely professional. This was followed by a call with an accurate eta. I have had to call the company twice to handle some unexpected issues with my a/c unit. I’ve had Jose Calderon fixed the first issue. They show up in the window they told me over the phone. When they worked on the a/c they were efficient and left the area clean. Then there was an issue with the outside unit and again they sent a tech named Alex Paula who advised me of the problem and fixed what he could to leave everything working for the moment. The company was able to check my part was under warranty and took care of the issue. They have been very easy to work with and have my a/c unit running properly.

I recently purchased a new Trane AC from Direct Air having worked with them over 10 yrs with routine maintenance. All of the technicians were good but some are better than others and that person is Yanio. I had an issue with the new thermostat that was not functioning. After spending a lot of money on a new Trane I was upset! Yanio is a pro and very knowledgeable. He saw the problem and went to the Trane store and installed a new one and very patiently showed me how to use the smart home remote feature. Thank you Yanio. You are the best!

He then went outside to the compressor by using his instruments was able to determine Freon was not needed and also flushed my pvc drainage pipes. I called Direct Air to order my yearly supply of filters as I do every year. They took the message for someone to call me back and that did not happen. A few days later i had a service call to have the air checked and the technician ordered the filters for me. Two weeks later I received them, they were the wrong size. Called numerous times leaving messages and no one would return my call. Had to drive to the office to get someone’s attention. Erwin helped me and ordered new filters for me. Again not the correct size again left messages and did not get a call back. This morning I called and was able to speak to Jose Gonzalez he told me he would send another set of filters. Jose C delivered the filters although they stated to be the same size they are 1/2 inch bigger making a whistling noise when installed Jose C realized the problem and took my older filter back to the office to figure out this problem.Jose C was very professional and apologetic for the situation and promised a resolution. I am giving Jose C the 5 stars not the others.

Joe the technician arrived promptly to diagnose a AC blower issue we had with our Lennox AC system. He identified the issue, checked on the warranty status with the manufacturer since they are a Lennox Premier dealer, and got a replacement blower under warranty and replaced on the same day.During the visit, Joe also identified the root cause of the issue, which is a blown vent that’s leaking air and causing the blower to overwork and fail. He spend the time to properly seal the leaked vent before installing the new blower.Also we told him the compressor outside sometimes struggles to restart, he tested and replaced the failing capacitor for the compressor, and that problem was also promptly solved. Talking about efficiency and professionalism!I would highly recommend and trust Direct Air Conditioning and Joe for all your ac problems!
