Arc Electric is my go-to any time we need some electrical work done, be it planned or urgent. They are also the company I will recommend when someone needs to trust someone blindly because they are clueless about electrical (we’ve all been there). you can be confident the work will be done well, to code, and reasonably fast. Here are more specific reasons I will use them:1. Very professional: No shenanigans. They understand customers often come to them in their time of need. I ask, they answer. No hounding, long waits, haggling, or hidden fees.2. Clean work: my wife is at ease when we hire Arc. They bring their tarps, bags, and tools. They pick up after themselves. They let you know if they will step out and they ask for permission before entering any rooms, even if it´s a family room or kitchen.3. Fast & methodical4. No hairdresser effect: they dońt criticize previous work. They simply let you know in practical terms what needs to be done for everything to work properly, and to code.5. No unnecessary questions, additional work, or insecurity in the work they do.6. I simply like them! Id give ARC 100+ stars ⭐️ if I could. When I first searched for an electrician I looked at the reviews but was skeptical due to previous bad experiences with contractors. Alex came home with his team (family and another worker) and gave us the trust that allowed us to work with him. When you see a happy worker, that means he has a good boss, was what I thought. He sent his staff member to start the job, but always came by to supervise the quality and client satisfaction. They are incredibly polite, responsive, and organized and always leave everything clean and ready. They explain everything so the client understands what has been done. Whenever additional resources and materials were needed, he would ask first if it was okay with us and give us options. He never asked for more than the fair, which made me believe he was an honest businessman. Overall, Alex is our trusted electrician for life and, more than that, part of our family! I first used them about 3 years ago, we were in a rough position as the previous contractor had disappeared on us and there was a lot of work left to do. “Wow what an incredible experience”Hello, I had the pleasure of doing business with ARC Electric this week. I had tried to get multiple electrical contractors out to my business to run some electrical to my storefront sign but with they would just not show up or or say that it was too much work. Well I called ARC explained the job and they had someone out to my location the next day with two different options on how to do the job.
