In a word excellent. After reviewing bids and doing our due diligence, we landed on Mariano & Co to do our renovation. The reno consisted of converting an old tub shower combo with single vanity to a zero threshold shower with double sink and converting a powder room into a full bath by adding a walk-in glass door shower. As with any reno, you can expect a disruption to your daily routine. But the dedicated Mariano & Co team made the process as smooth as possible. Mariano & Co took my concepts and created two stunning bathrooms. Lauren, the designer took my ideas and offered numerous selections to customize the look and stay in budget. Lucien, the project manager was in constant communication with us. The entire construction team was amazing, always on time, courteous, meticulous, professional and detail oriented. We highly recommend Mariano & Co. We cant wait for them to reno our master bath.

Wow - I couldnt be happier with my bathroom remodel from Marianos & Co! They did an amazing job converting my old guest bathroom tub into a gorgeous new shower. Plus, they installed new vanities in our master bedroom that look fantastic.Mike, who coordinated everything, was just awesome to work with. He kept us in the loop and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The whole crew - Rob, Richard, John, and Anthony - were incredible. These guys really know their stuff and it shows in their work.The whole process was actually way less stressful than I expected. The team showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and were super respectful of our home. They clearly take pride in their work and it makes such a difference.The end result is exactly what we wanted - actually, even better! We recently completed the last phase of a remodel project with Mariano & Co. We are very pleased with the outcome. They added on a bar and wine fridge section to our kitchen which they incorporated seamlessly. We also added new baseboards with existing Saltillo tile floors which proved to be quite challenging. Lucien, Rob and his team helped us come up with a great solution to address these challenges and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. Lucien was very responsive and it was nice to get daily progress updates.

We just completed a full home remodel with Mariano and Co. And we could not be more thrilled with our “new“ house. From the very beginning of design to the final punch list, the attention to detail is exceptional. Communication with Lucien and Michelle was always prompt and getting daily updates of what and who to expect the following day are very helpful when living in the house during a full renovation. The employees on the jobsite were always professional and never tired of the many questions we asked. It is rare that a contractor is so committed to excellence that they address issues that we as the homeowners didn’t even notice. 5 stars are not enough and Mariano and Co. Is definitely our contractor for life.

Words can hardly express how grateful we are to have done business with Mariano & Co. If you’ve had a bad remodel or renovation experience or are just overwhelmed at the thought of your next big project, consider working with Mariano. We completed a 3/4 home remodel and could not be happier with the results. You’ll be in good hands as pretty much everyone on the team works for Mariano. The only subcontracted work was for floors (tile and carpet) and a late addition swap out of a sliding glass door. Everyone else you work with is a Mariano employee, and they are fully invested in making sure your project is done right and that you are 100% satisfied with the results. The project is scheduled from start to finish, and every evening you will be notified who is coming the next day, when they’ll be there, and what they will be working on. The peace of mind of knowing everything is taken care of for you cannot be overstated. We had very few hiccups along the way and the project was completed pretty much on schedule.The design team was fantastic. We worked specifically with Michelle, and she is awesome! When they tell you the design phase will take six weeks, believe it! It’s true. We went through many iterations of the design and worked hand in hand with Michelle to choose all the fixtures, lighting, paint, tile, countertops, you name it. Every aspect of the design is critical and the Mariano team can help you pull it all together for an amazing finished product.Lucien was our project manager, and we cannot say enough good things about him. #1, just an awesome human being. Everything we discussed with Lucien from our first introduction to the Mariano team all the way through the close of the project was 100% honest and accurate. Mariano wants to earn your business for life, not just make a quick buck. We had such a great time working with Lucien. He helped us a great deal with our decision making, explained anything along the way that needed explanation, and made us feel like a partner in the process, not just another customer.I could go on and on, but I think by now you get the picture. Mariano & Co. is the real deal and should be high on your list of contractors to consider for your next home improvement project. Big or small, they can do it all. We are so pleased with our remodel, and would recommend Mariano & Co. to you without reservation. They really are a 5-star team!

NICEST GROUP OF PEOPLE & HIGH-QUALITY WORK! We worked with Mariano over the summer to renovate our 1951 home in downtown Tempe. We knocked out some walls, filled in some doors and windows that were out of place from the previous owner, and did a full kitchen and bath remodel. The project was only 5 weeks, and if we ever had a problem, Marianos team came and fixed it.We could trust them the whole way through, and they were always the most helpful people. In particular, Lauren and Lucien Mariano would always be quick to respond to questions or concerns. Since our project got started sooner than expected, they helped us make 1,000 decisions fast in a relaxed and organized way, and I dont regret any decision we made.The best part about Mariano (besides the quality work) was their online communication portal. We knew every night what the work scheduled for the next day would be. We got photo updates throughout the process (since we temporarily moved out of our home), and we were able to communicate back and forth with the team and see our project quotes and budget.I dont think our project could have gone any better, and its been 3 months now since our project ended, and we are just amazed at how beautiful and functional our home is now. The quality of the people, the materials and resources, and communication are top-notch, and I dont think we would have found anyone we would have trusted more to give us everything we wanted and within our budget. WE WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER PROJECTS & REFER TO FAMILY & FRIENDS!

Where to begin? I just can’t say enough good things about Mariano and Co.! This was our second time using them. The first was a partial remodel (kitchen, flooring and paint). This time, we did everything else, to bring the rest of the house up to the same, high quality, level. This was a massive job, broken up into 3 phases. We also lived in the house during the entire process (5 ½ months). We started, like last time, by meeting with the dynamic duo, Lucien and Lauren! Lucien took the time to listen to all our wishes and Lauren brough it to life with her design work. We had multiple meetings, where we could fine tune the scope of the work and design options. At no point did it feel like we were bothering them, with quick texts or emails. They always responded very quickly. We are so comfortable with Lauren that when she would present us with options, we could just say “which one would you do?” and go with that. In fact, during construction, she noticed one of the colors on the physical tile didn’t match the picture, so she came out to see us immediately, with alternative options she had prepared. During construction, you get an email, nightly with what to expect the following day. There are no surprises. Rob and his team are top notch. Steve, Scott, Richard, Jose, Carlos, Ephraim, Ryan were so professional and courteous. They got to know the kids…and the dogs! The attention to detail is fantastic. There were many times where I thought an area was completed, but they were back fine tuning it even more. Finally, they took the time to address all my punch list items. I never felt rushed for them to mark everything as complete. I also know, if something comes up, down the road, I can just reach out to our “contractor for life”!

Mariano’s polite staff had great communication with us and worked hard on our home project to make it turn out the way that we envisioned. Work completed: Total kitchen remodel, new floors downstairs, new stair rail installation, rewire of kitchen lighting and switches, gas appliance connection installation, removal of waste, new baseboard installed, crown molding install, and new light fixture installation.We started out design in April, ordered materials in June, started construction in September, and completed construction/punch list at the end of November.Excellent overall experience. The entire team was involved and responsive throughout the entire experience. Michelle made out design process incredibly easy. She chauffeured us around to several different sites to pick out all the details and countertops. She made the whole design process feel like we were first class customers. She has great taste and gave us just enough options to ensure that we never hit decision paralysis . Lucien was forthright with everything about the job and I never felt disillusioned about what to expect or how much I was paying. All of the members were trustworthy and helpful, especially Steve and Cody. At one point our children accidentally let the dog out and Steve stopped working to help get the dog back into the house. The also ensured that the worksite was cleaned up daily and before they left for the weekend. Jim gave us daily updates on what work was going to be completed for the day and who would be arriving. He was always accurate about who would be on the job. He also clearly communicated when things were not going according to plan. This was a rare occurrence. When it came to closing out the job we reviewed the contract together and settled any discrepancies. I also pointed out all of the details I wanted addressed. Everyone of them was handled to our satisfaction. I will definitely be using them again in the future to redo my upstairs and add in a pool. Honestly cant say enough great things. A must if you want to support local business!Included are some before and after shots of the work.

We have the kitchen of our dreams and are blessed to have found our contractors for life, the Mariano & Co. team!

Mariano & Co. replaced my ordinary bathtub with a top-quality shower. Planning and prep were fantastic and I was informed every step of the way. The craftsmanship in the project is impeccable. I had an infinite combination of textures/shapes/sizes/colors for the tile and a 1st-rate design consultant to help with choices. Had access to talk with the Mariano team the entire time. Dad tried out the shower today and said best shower Ive ever had in AZ. Hes lived here since 1979 ;)

The scope of our remodel was large: Completely new kitchen (cabinets, island, new splash, appliances, tile floor etc.) We also replaced ALL flooring in the house and brand new master bathroom (again, completely gutted and everything new). Too much to list in this review. I cannot imagine doing this with any other contractor! First, the owners are perfectionists and demand quality from all their subs. I was a tough customer as I scrutinized every little item. Not once did I get push back; in fact they went beyond my craziness to make it even better. The in house designer did a magnificent job transforming our dark brown space to an updated light and comfortable home! We interviewed four contractors, and although Mariano was not cheapest (and not the most expensive either) we got the best feeling from their professionalism and experience. We could not be happier and the results speak for themselves. We are almost done and I will post more pictures as the painting is completed. I had to get this review done because they deserve it and YOU need to know to stop looking and hire them no matter how large or small your project is!

I cant say enough great things about this company. Every single person who came to work in my house was not only fantastic at their jobs, they were fantastic people who obviously love what they do.This is also an incredibly well-run business. Their internal processes and cross-team communication is rock solid. And that means that when something unexpected comes up (and it will, because this is real life), everybody who needs to be part of the solution is immediately engaged, and the problem goes away. Its magic.The final product looks like it could be in a magazine, and I promise you I did not have magazine money to spend on this project. I feel like I won the contractor lottery, and I absolutely cannot wait to have them back for the next project. They are absolutely my contractor for life now!Special thanks must go to Lucien, Rebecca, and Jose. You guys are amazing!

Getting ready to spend a good chunk of your hard earned savings on a dream remodel? Before you lose any more of those precious few hairs that life (and teenagers) have left you - do not hesitate. Go with Mariano and Company.Following several months of research, changing wish lists, showroom visits, contractor quotes, and bickering about money.... punctuated by utter disbelief at my spouse for more time spent on Houzz and &^#% HGTV than any other life events. We were ready. More importantly - *I* was ready ...to jump off of a bridge.I never knew the simple question of what do you think was actually a torture test. 4 simple words, invented by a wife out of CIA Psy-Ops, a new way to perpetually torment and then reject her husband in ways never before imagined. To achieve a mission - pick between 50 shades of greige. Or maybe a chic new shade of off-white for the walls (different from the previous 5 you were OK with) Or dinner ideas. Anything - so she has something new to shoot down. Truly, the most effective marital strife weapon ever created, second only to the birthday vacuum cleaner.Enter Mariano and Company. A company comprised of the best talent in the valley for creating happiness in this process. (not strife) The designers, the tradesmen, the subcontractors, the Project managers, the vendors all worked harmoniously to complete our remodel. Change orders were efficient and well orchestrated. Challenges were met with a focus and attention to detail that impressed me. We went into this in the middle of COVID *and* the Christmas holidays - believe me, there were challenges. Every project will have problems and setbacks - *how* your contractor deals with those setbacks differentiates the good from the great. Mariano falls under the great category.A few photos from the project, with the final professional photos that my amateur skills will never approach are below. I will not hesitate to call on them again. They are, truly, amazing.

Highly recommend! Mariano and Co. is the best contracting group we have worked with in the valley (after 2 bad experiences in the past).We started working with Mariano and Company (Lucien Mariano specifically) the Spring of 2022. Their design team was excellent and helped us choose the best products for our primary bathroom and laundry room remodel. A detailed timeline was set for the planned work and printed for us to monitor the progress of the remodel. Though some supply chain issues delayed the start of our project (no fault of Mariano group), we began work in the winter of 2022. Their team took care to keep our house clean and well-cared for while we ran our busy household alongside their remodeling efforts. The project ran smoothly and the Mariano team kept us well informed of who to expect each day and what work was planned for each week. Given the scope of our project (a rather large primary bathroom, laundry room) and a few other minor issues, our project was wrapped up in the Spring of 2023. As with any larger remodel project, delays and unforeseen problems would arise that neither party was expecting to encounter. To Lucien’s credit, he always demonstrated patience and a strong proclivity toward making sure we were satisfied with the team’s work. When reflecting upon the experience we had with Mariano and Company, we would say their craftsmanship and customer care were second to none. We have worked with 2 other remodeling companies in the past, and Mariano was BY FAR the best team we have ever worked with. We would highly recommend them, and have already spread the word to our family and friends. It has been several weeks, and my wife and I are very pleased with the results and enjoying our new kitchen and appliances. This is our second project with Mariano. This attention provided us with a sense of appreciation for our presence and the recognition of the value of individual and collective contributions to the entire remodel process.Now, we our having Mauriano & Co., LLC take care of our decision to have the backyard landscaped. We are so confident in the future work and design process (with our input) that we did not seek out other businesses when deciding to improve the yards exterior layout. We recently hired Mariano to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. They were great. Chris Vierkoetter walked us through the Mariano process from planning, budgeting, design, construction, and final walk through. Erin came up with a beautiful design, and personally shopped/guided us through all the material selections. The planning and execution was excellent with Mariano helping us through every stage. We received an email every night with the precise plan and plans for the next day which made it easy for us to accommodate the construction staff. We stayed in our home through the entire process and the staff were polite and experts in their field. They were quick to address any minor issues along the way. An outstanding experience. Well worth the investment. Our home looks refreshed and new.

Working with Mariano & CO has been a great experience, they did an incredible job remodeling our outdated kitchen, guest, and master bathrooms. From our very first meeting with Lucien, we experienced excellent customer service, he was also closely involved throughout the entire project. The entire team was great to work with. The daily communication between the field operations manager and the homeowners (us) kept us informed when we should expect someone to be at our house and what they were going to accomplish for the day. Planning and design went exceptionally well, Michelle and Lauren are very talented and helped us make the right choices to accomplish the design we envisioned. The crew that worked at our house are very experienced and detail oriented, Francisco, Steve, Troy, Rob, Efrain, Dave, Tom, Phil... They also cleaned up and vacuumed the worksite daily. They all were very friendly and professional; they took the time to ask our children about their day in school and sometimes even played with our new puppy, the children were sad when they left. The end result is of the highest quality, and we couldn’t be happier. I love cooking in our new kitchen, and the kids love the new showers so much they don’t want to get out.

Jim and his crew are very skilled and perform quality work. They would touch base with us daily on what work occurred and what to expect the next day. But our remodel with Mariano & Co. did just that. . . from the start to finish!We got really serious about remodeling after we had seen the master bath remodel that Mariano & Co. had completed for friends of ours. We loved the look of our friends new bathroom and asked who did the work. That was the first we had heard about the Mariano quality. Then, we talked to several other contractors and got estimates for what we wanted for our bathroom.From the initial meeting with Lucien, we were impressed. He came to our home and listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions. He was very professional and friendly. We immediately felt comfortable and knew we wanted to proceed with Mariano & Co. after interviewing several other contractors.We scheduled our appointment at the Mariano show room. There, we met our designer, Lauren; Vic, the owner, and Lucien. Everything was explained to us regarding the cost, communication through the BuilderTrend app, and what the process would be. It was very easy to ask questions and feel really secure that we were in good hands.No detail was overlooked. From the exact measurements, to the drawings, to the schedule that would be followed; it was all clearly communicated and we knew what to expect and when. When the workers started coming to begin the project, they showed up on time - always - and if there was some reason to change the time or the plans we knew the night before from the email communication.We had heard stories from friends about how dirty and messy remodels could be. That was one of the main things that we really appreciated. Care and consideration for the carpet and furniture in our bedroom and bathroom were always a priority. Of course, there was a mess! But Mariano & Co. tried to keep it as clean as possible with daily upkeep.The quality of workmanship one every level was exceptional! The workers seemed to really take pride in their craftsmanship and it definitely showed in the final completion. The materials that Mariano & Co. use seem so much better than some of the other products that we had seen. I am not an expert on tile or fixtures, but I know what I wanted; and what we got looks like a 5 star product! Nothing looks cheap or plastic. The quality of products used by Mariano & Co. is excellent.As with any big project, theres always going to be a few little concerns. When our floor tile was completed for our shower, it looked great! However, we didnt realize until we actually stood in it and took a shower, that a few of the tiles needed to be sanded down. When we expressed our concern to Mariano & Co. they were very willing to make it right and wasted no time in making that happen. The same with touch-up that needed to be done with paint. We let the Company know about it, and they immediately got it fixed to our satisfaction.I told Lloyd, our project manager, after the project was finished that there we some other areas of our home that I would like to address. I thin thats what occurs when your realize the possibilities that could happen with a quality contractor such as Mariano & Co.! We will definitely contact Marianos again when we are ready to do an additional remodel! Trust? Quality? Attention to Detail? These are the things you can count on with Marianos!

The Extra MileIt is my pleasure to give Mariano & Co., llc my highest recommendation. During the permitting process for a recent project, we discovered that the City of Phoenix had placed a “Red Star” on my property. The City of Phoenix had made several errors 30 years ago during a lot split initiated by the previous owner. None of this was known when I purchased the property 25 years ago and it was not addressed during the numerous permits issued by the City of Phoenix to me in the last 25 years.Pete Limon of Mariano & Co.,llc led the effort to address the problem and was a tremendous advocate for me as I tried to navigate the demands of the city to correct their mistakes. It seemed that as soon as we complied with one request, there was immediately an additional request demanding more of my time, effort and money. Pete spent a significant amount of time and effort at the City Offices with me and on his own to rectify the situation.With persistence and professionalism, Pete was able to get the Red Star removed and subsequently get an appropriate permit issued so the project could be completed.I am very thankful that Pete and the Mariano & Co. team went the extra mile for me. We used Mariano & Co to remodel our laundry room.They were recommended by a neighbor who was very pleased with their work.Mariano & Co has a well developed process from job beginning to job completion.Communication is easy with all their team: interior designer, field ops manager, logistics manager, and Lucien. On the 1st day of construction, the whole team shows up and goes over the plan with the homeowner to make sure everybody is in sync. When the job is done, Lucien comes out to inspect and makes sure everything is done correctly and that you are satisfied.We are very happy with the job that they did for us.

My husband and I currently live in a 3-story townhouse and have been wanting to renovate to optimize the space and make it more functional for us. Vic came to our house for a consultation appt and surprised me by saying that, though there are features I personally dislike about the house (e.g. staircases), it is a matter of taste and since this house will not be our forever home and we plan to sell/rent it out in the future, its best to leave certain features as is. I appreciated Vics real estate perspective/feedback, because that in turn focused our discussion on what remodeling changes would actually add value - not just to the house but to our quality of life for the time that we are living here. Its very clear to me that the Marianos aim to be a persons contractor for life by giving sound advice and working in the best interests of the customer, rather than just making money from construction jobs. Glad I went with Mariano! My renovation project included just about every room in my house. With the main work being done in the kitchen, laundry room, and on the fireplace wall. I also had them redo all flooring and repaint the entire interior! Having lived through a kitchen remodel when I was younger, I’m happy to say these guys put my mind at ease during the entire process.Rebecca and Erin did a wonderful job helping me design the remodel areas. We scheduled multiple appointments to go look at everything from flooring to cabinet hardware. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered or addressed. After only a couple meetings with them I could tell they had a good understanding of what I was looking for. They provided me with nice 3d rendered drawings of what the kitchen, laundry, and fireplace remodel would look like. Which I’m happy to say are very accurate and match the final result! Also as someone who likes to see all the pieces together in person, they were able to get all the samples at their office for us to see. This really helped lock in the design choices and remove any doubts I had.They started the first day of construction of running and really impressed me with their organization. If you have lived through any construction project or remodel, you know that no matter how much you plan there are always small items that come up. Lucien and the construction team again did not disappoint! They were up front about all items found or decisions to be made and took care of them. Every contractor on site was amazing! I don’t work from home so if I happened to catch them before they left, they helped fill me in on what was tackled. That combined with Lucien’s daily emails for the next days schedule helped me see progress was always moving forward. My next project is to redo my bathrooms and you can bet I’ll be getting in touch with Mariano again when the time comes! These guys truly do strive to be your contractor for life!

Mariano helped me build a casita/mother in law suite so that we could stay in our existing residence instead of sell and buy a bigger home with a suite/guesthouse built in. When we approached our neighborhood HOA they stated that adding onto the property at the side of the residence would not be allowed and construction would only be allowed in the rear of the dwelling. We did not have enough room in the rear for additional construction but had a huge side yard so that was not going to work for us.Pros:HOA negotiation. After we entered into a design agreement, Pete at Mariano negotiated with the HOA for us by finding 2-3 other properties that built into their side yards in our same HOA zone and strong armed them into approving our design agreement. Pete showed up to the HOA meeting with renders of what the property would look like, all the details of the other properties and their allowed construction, etc. He really went above and beyond to make sure they couldnt say no to our plans.The design process. Mariano and Lauren on the design team were great. Lauren was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions for colors/fixtures/styles and showed us tons of options so we could pick what we liked the most. She understood that we had a budget and tried to show us the absolute best options that would still fit in that budget and also knew when to tell us to go outside of the budget to make something a bit better if we werent liking what we put together.Professionalism: Both Lauren and Pete had to deal with my mom. This would get them to 6 stars if I could because that woman can be insufferable at times especially now that her health is declining to where we need to keep her at the house with us. Pete was very professional and also helped us diplomatically when my mom would try to make changes to the construction and design plans without telling us... Mariano was always very communicative and didnt mind explaining any of the work that was being done.Quality. Overall the build quality is way better than our original construction in my opinion. Mariano seems to use quality brands and products for their interior cabinet/counter/tile options but also even the construction itself is better build quality than the original house. When comparing the portions of the walls that were torn down/opened up in our existing structure to the way Mariano was building it - builders used clips and just stuccod right over the insulation vs Mariano that made full wooden walls with full OSB protecting the exterior walls. Even to a layman the build quality seems way better.Cons:Construction delays. Mariano was very communicative and professional in explaining why there were delays, what we were waiting on, why things needed to be changed the ways they did. Overall it was still a great experience and we were understanding that it was a complicated project that went a few months overschedule. I would say to be aware that construction projects, especially right now after Covid, are taking a bit longer than projected. I will say that when we gave Mariano a hard deadline and that we had to get a move in date by x time due to travel restraints and my mom having to move in, they made sure to get it done for us and we were able to make the new deadline.Pricing. You get what you pay for and we were extremely happy with the results. But I wouldnt go into a project like this expecting to cut crazy corners or get a super cheap estimate. Im sure we could have pulled our hair out and got it done cheaper somewhere but overall, I would say we were more than ok paying a little more and getting better quality than going with a more basic contractor. Mariano does seem to be leaning more on the expensive side of things but the quality of the construction and products used are definitely noticeable.The cons are not enough to detract from the overall experience and are more just FYIs. We would love to do business with Mariano again and are wanting to extend our master bedroom, bath, and closet in the future and we plan on going with them again.

We recently had Mariano & Co., LLC renovate our Laundry Room. This is our second project with the Mariano Team. Last year, they renovated our Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. We were so impressed by the quality of their work that we engaged them again for our Laundry Room update.The photos below show the Laundry Room just prior to the start of the renovation work. They dont show the complete Before situation for the North Wall was completely stuffed with clutter and the area to the left of the washer and dryer was similarly cluttered because the only true storage in the room was the cabinetry above the washer and dryer.Obviously, we wanted to add a sink in the update. We also wanted to make sure that there was a space to hang wet or dry garments, a place for dirty laundry and as much storage area as possible with provisions for a vacuum cleaner, brooms, mops, etc. The Mariano Team was able to deliver this wish list with innovative solutions that used their standard cabinetry. The use of standard cabinets instead of custom cabinets (which they also can provide) kept the cost of our renovation in checkWhen completed, the Laundry Room met, and in many cases, exceeded our expectations. My wife keeps saying that she loves her new Laundry Room because everything has its place (especially the location of the dirty laundry next to the washer) and the room looks beautiful while being completely functional.The After photos of the Laundry Room illustrate the function and the beauty of our new Laundry Room and show the dirty laundry storage next to the washer and the storage for our vacuum cleaner, mops and broomsEverything that was in the room before the renovation (including all the items that were part of the clutter in the North Wall nook and the area to the left of the washer and dryer) are stored in the cabinets and surprisingly, there are a number of open shelves in the cabinets.Some other items of note are that the work was all completed on schedule. As usual for the Mariano Team, each upcoming days work schedule was detailed along with the names of the individuals coming to the house, in an e-mail sent the night before the work was to be performed. No work on the project was started until the design was agreed upon and the Mariano Team provided an experienced designer to help with the project layout, colors and material selection and coordination with existing materials in the house.All in all, we are pleased with the project and the responsiveness and quality work of the Mariano Team.

Mariano & Co. did a superb job on our recent master bathroom remodeling project. It was not a simple project by any means. There were significant plumbing & electrical changes, including creating a new zero-threshold shower & installing a stand-alone bathtub in a different location than the prior layout. Vanity plumbing was moved, as well as light fixtures & electrical outlets.We worked with their designer Erin for about 2 months to create & refine the new design. She provided excellent guidance to help clarify & realize our vision & style, as well as assisting us on the dozens of selections that we made. We always felt that Erin was tuned into our preferences, and wasnt trying to push any particular style or approach. The 3D renderings that she prepared were extremely helpful to help us visualize & refine the design, resulting in a harmonious design that was perfect for us.During the construction phase, the plumbing & tile work was particularly excellent, with so many details (3 niches, a pony wall, pebble shower floor, etc). They did a great job installing new Fabuwood vanity & cabinets.Throughout the project, Mariano was extremely responsive, communicative & well organized. Every evening, we received an e-mail explaining who would be coming the following day and exactly what they would be working on. In contrast to other contactors we have worked with in the past, they always had the right technicians there on the right day, in the right order, to get the project done in a timely fashion.All of their technicians showed up on time and their workmanship was extremely high quality. They were all friendly & easy to interact with. They did not smoke or play any loud music on our property, and in general were 100% professional. They did not hesitate to ask when there were choices to be made along the way, and they were open to our suggestions. Its clear that they all took pride in their work, and showed great attention to detail. As a result, our final punch list was very short.Weve worked with a few other general contractors in the past, and Mariano is by far the best that we have found. Wed especially like to thank Chris, Erin, Jim, Robert & Moby for all of their help & guidance. We love our new master bathroom, and will enjoy it for many years to come. We just had our master bedroom and bathroom remodeled by Marianos. We were very impressed with the whole team from start to finish. They were courteous, always showed up when they were supposed to, and they did great work. They worked until we were completely satisified with the project. Michelle was skilled with interior design and Lucien sent an email at the end of every work day keeping us informed of who was coming into the house that day. We will definitely use them for more projects.

We recently completed an entire home remodel with Mariano and Co that included redesigning and remodeling our kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms, tiling the entire house, and converting our existing patio into a sun room. From the contract signing, through the design phase, construction, and all the way to final completion, they did a fabulous job with great attention to detail. The quality of their work is worth every penny and far exceeded our expectations. Our friends and family that have seen our newly redesigned house routinely comment on what a good job they did.Beyond doing quality work, Mariano and Co does an excellent job communicating with their clients along the way. The scope of work is extremely detailed and clear to read so that there is no confusion during the project. Additionally, they send nightly emails indicating the schedule for the next day. During the construction phase, every single worker came on time as described in the nightly email. Compared to our experiences with other contractors, that degree of timeliness and consistency is unheard of. All of the workers were friendly and started feeling almost like family by the end of the project.Our project manager Mike was consistently on site to ensure work was completed properly and address any questions or concerns we had. He is extremely responsive to calls and texts. In addition to being a great project manager, he was very easy to work with and all around one of the nicest people I know.Based on our experience with this remodel, I can confidently say they are the best contractor we’ve ever seen. When we move on to another project, we will without a doubt use them again. They’ve earned their “contractor for life” slogan.

Let me start by saying a lot of contractors talk a good game when they come out to quote a job. Everything sounds amazing and they make it sound like you will be treated as if you’re their only job. Fast forward to the middle of the job and you end up feeling like you’re lost in the contractor’s schedule. I think we’ve all come to expect that’s just how it goes. Well not anymore for us! Mariano and Co. not only made everything sound amazing at the first appointment, but they actually follow through and make the whole experience awesome! When they say “contractor for life” (and they say it quite a bit haha), they mean it.Our job consisted of a full kitchen remodel, new tile flooring and a complete interior change of paint color. From the moment we started discussing things with Vic, Lucien and Lauren, we felt as though we were going to be well taken care of. They have clearly been doing this for a long time and know all the ins and outs of what questions to ask and what direction to take the conversation / design ideas in. Most people will have an idea of what they want the finished product to look like. Lucien and Lauren made sure to listen to our ideas, but then add / suggest things that we had never thought of. At times we even felt Lauren was more excited about the selections we made for our kitchen than we were! Not to say we weren’t excited about them, but you can tell she really loves what she does. Lucien does a great job of “point man” on the project. He was great to bounce ideas off of and had made some really great suggestions along the way. His (actually the whole team’s) response time to questions, was amazing. Usually same day, at worst, the following morning.Mariano and Co. use an app called BuilderTrend. This app is constantly updated / monitored by the whole team. You can view your running job total, change orders, send messages, check payments, etc. It is always up to date. Every night you get a message though the app telling you what will be happening the following day. Even if it’s nothing. You always know what to expect, who to expect and what time to expect them. Not once was the evening message wrong.While we weren’t living in our house for the bulk of the job, we did visit the house quite a bit and got to know some of the guys on the crews (Emile and Seth made a great combo!). They are all very friendly and would even humor our kids with the endless questions they would ask! Lloyd, Mike and Jim did a great job of coordinating everything from demo to clean up. The whole crew just seems like one happy family.We’ve found our contractor for life and can’t wait to use them for our next project!Thank you Mariano and Co

The experience is wow. Wow. This was our first major renovation, doing the entire upstairs including 3 baths. We’ve heard all the stories about really negative experiences so we were dreading the renovation. Our experience couldn’t have been more opposite of the stories we had heard. The entire Mariano team is outstanding and the process is as easy as it can be. Our designer (Michelle) at Mariano is awesome. She guided us to get a little out of our comfort zone on design and we LOVE the finished product. Proof is in the pudding…we signed in phase 2 for the entire downstairs and demo is staring now. Go with Mariano…you’ll be blown away.
