Five40 did an amazing job on my 400 square foot master bedroom/bathroom addition. Not only did they do the addition they reconfigured other rooms, stucco my entire house, repainted it and helped solve a drainage issue in my backyard. Shannon even helped explain the process to me a year before I hired his company. Shannon is straightforward and explains everything so you can understand what is being done and really helped me bring my vision to reality. His crew is very trustworthy and I would definitely hire them again.

We are so happy with the remodel work Shannon and his team did in our Great Room. They removed cut outs and put in custom cabinets with quartz counter tops. We ordered 2 new beverage coolers and they should arrive this week. We are looking at additional work in our home and we would differently use Five40 Remodeling again. We highly recommend them.

I hired Five40 Remodeling LLC to remodel my laundry room. The remodel required to relocate a water heater to the garage, reconfigure my air conditioning ducting in the attic, and new floor tile.They were reliable, showed up every day, and even worked on the weekend to finish the job.After the job was complete we had an issue with a drain (No fault of theirs). I contacted Shannon the owner and he sent over his guy the next day to fix the problem. We haven’t had an issue since.I highly recommend Five40 Remodeling for your remodeling needs.

Shannon and his team do amazing work. They converted a storage space into a bonus room that is being used as a home office. The Workers cleaned Up after themselves each day and made sure they didn’t harm existing parts of the home. The project was completed ahead of schedule and was in line with the estimated amount. Shannon and his team exceeded our expectations. We were told 8-10 weeks and they are finishing the job tomorrow which will be 8 weeks from starting. We had most of the house remodeled and throughout the work the job site has been kept neat and clean enough for us to live in the house during the whole renovation. Shannon and all of his employees have been responsive to requests, clear in their communication and have shown up when they said they would. Renovations are expensive and stressful so having a reliable contractor is an enormous relief. I would highly recommend Five40 Remodeling.

As before we had another great experience with 540. They did a great professional job on our living room remodel. They listen to you. Not like some contractors in this valley that basically force you into somthing you dont like or want when they are in the middle of the remodeling. From invoice to construction to punchlist, they are very stand up. We had a butcher block countertop installed on our cabinets. Beautiful work and blending. We used them on the exterior of our house and they did an awesome job on it. There was a crazy amount of detail on the design and they nailed that as well. We will always recomend 540!

We had a really good experience with Five40. I didnt have to worry too much about coordination, which is always my fear with house projects. The pricing was straightforward, the work was great and they addressed every concern I brought up throughout the process.Our project was somewhat unique: filling in a sunken part of my floor, installing a new door and navigating the city permit process for that and a new window.Were hoping to work with them again when were ready to remodel our kitchen.

Remodeling ain’t fun, but 540 makes the process a lot easier from start to finish. Shannon’s experience helped us improve on our original ideas. His crew is great. They are very good at what they do and pleasant to work with. We expected the job to take 3-4 weeks. Thanks to the crew’s efficiency and a solid plan it was completed in 2 1/2 weeks. Don and I wish we could give them more than 5 stars.

Shannon and his crew did a wonderful job on our remodel which included putting in an all new guest bathroom and laying new floor tile in the kitchen and sunroom. All members of his crew were always very professional, very skilled, very considerate and a pleasure to work with. We have had Shannon and the crew from Five40 do our Kitchen/family room remodel (‘17), guest bath (‘19), and master bath/closet (‘20). Each job was a complete gut and rebuild and required electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. the result of all 3 jobs was phenomenal. We could not have been happier, and we demonstrated that by contracting him for the two bathrooms after we did our kitchen. His quotes were competitive and the only significant change orders were because of design or material changes that we made midstream.The the best thing about working with Shannon was that he didn’t come into our jobs with opinions about what we should do. Rather he listened to what we wanted and was always enthusiastic about the vision we had and did his best to make them happen.If we need contracting work again in the future we will definitely us Five40 and enthusiastically recommend them.

I live in an older home so I am constantly having people in to tune up or fix something. I hired Five40 for a attic remodel to provide storage and even on the first day could tell these guys were on another level compared to the previous contractors we had hired. The attention to detail and craftmanship was so amazing that I ended hiring them to do multiple other projects. They are meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the day and left me with absolutely no mess (or dust) to pick up at the end of the project. I felt prices were very fair and estimates were right on every time. The crew was always on time and communication with the crew and Shannon (owner) was continuous to make sure that I was always in the loop on the progress of the projects. I plan on hiring this company in the future for other projects and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation!

We interviewed three different contractors when we decided to remodel our Scottsdale home, but Shannon Terembes and Five40 Remodeling stood out as the clear winner for a number of reasons. To start, we knew that his company had completed many remodels, and would therefore have the knowledge and experience to give remodeling advice. We also felt that they had probably already come across any problems that might arise with our project, and therefore, would know how to successfully deal with them. In addition, Shannon informed us that when they start a project, they work through to completion without jumping around to other projects. This was a huge selling point for us, as we had never experienced a contractor that had worked this way – with most juggling multiple projects at the same time and not showing up for days at a time due to being on another job site.The entire project was well orchestrated from quote to completion and the work was of superior quality and craftsmanship. The crew did what they said they were going to do, including showing up at our house on time each day and focusing on what they had told us would be happening that day. Nearly a year and a half after the completion of our remodel, we came across a concern with one of our cabinets and notified Shannon, who responded that very day and had scheduled a repair within a week. We couldn’t be happier with our remodel and for selecting Five40 Remodeling.

They did a great job, and did it in a very timely manner - in fact, they completed the job ahead of schedule. They were awesome love them so much, they remodeled 5 room, and 2 closets, and built us a shed, they did a great job on every thing and getting things done on time and its so beautiful, I would highly recommend Five40 for any of you remodeling needs and they did a great job on our shed, wonderful people, they started with our kitchen, living room, and bath and we loved everything so much we had them do our dining room and my husband man cave, then had them back to build our shed.

Five 40 was hired to complete a 500 sq. ft. addition to the house. The addition included the construction of an entirely new bathroom. They were also completely remodeling the master suite. The staff was courteous and professional during the process.We did have a few hiccups during the process, mostly due to suppliers inability to deliver components on time. Five40 was excellent in communicating the delays and working around them to the best of their ability.In short, Id recommend Shannon and the gang for any remodeling needs.
