    Removal of tile in the past has always been like a bomb went off in the house. Not with Floor Dozers! The particular care the crew did was up and beyond. They protected my door sill, covered our bottom cabinets and not to mention very polite! Nick, Caleb and Sean made quick work of our project. When we got home, it was clean and the floor looked great. If you haven’t experienced going the dustless route, you’ll never go back…. I know we won’t!

    The Floor Dozer team was fantastic! They contacted me a few days prior to let me know when they would arrive and what to expect. On demo day, Joe, Brandon, KT, and Nathaniel arrived on time, explained the whole process to me, answered all my questions and did an AWESOME job!!! They explained there would be no dust left after the job was done, and to my surprise, they were right! Jesse was also very helpful when we encountered a plumbing issue. He stayed around and talked with the plumber until the issue was resolved. In fact, while waiting he also helped a neighbor with an issue she was having with her garage door. Now that’s excellent customer service! I highly recommend them.

    If any phase of a home renovation project can be called effortless, this was it and all thanks to the skill and experience of Floor Dozers. I had never done this before and was nervous, but the walk-through and advice from them in the beginning was a big relief. Their communication was outstanding and they quickly answered every new question I had. I followed their instructions to the letter to prepare (removing furniture, nothing on the floors) and in just two days the removal of 2000 sq/ft of 30 year old tile was completed expertly as was the removal of baseboards and toilets that I requested. Even better? The flooring company who I scheduled to install engineered hardwood said it was not common to see a job prepped so well for them to begin. And finally dustless is accurate! I left paintings on the wall and ran my finger across the top to check afterward. I am glad I did not go with the budget quotes I received from others because Floor Dozers was worth every penny. Big thanks to the whole crew who made this happen!

    The whole crew was amazing, this is our first time doing something this big to our home and this crew made everything too perfect. Myles, Doug, Brandon, Shawn, & Caleb very professional workers.     Floor Dozer performed as advertised.A very dustless process. The tools & technique is incredible to watch. Had to see it to believe it. An anticipated 5 hour job took only 3 hours. Great machinery that minimizes the dust and attention to details is why I gave the 5 stars. Substrate was unbelievably clean and showed issues I need to address before my wood installation.

    We had Floor Dozers out to a client of our company, who decided they wanted new tile all throughout their house. The guys were on time every day, extremely (almost frighteningly) clean, and very respectful of the homeowner’s house. They had over 3000sqft of tile removed and the floor ground flat in under 3 days. There wasn’t a speck of dust on any of the furniture, not a scratch on any of the cabinetry, or any damage to the wood flooring. The team who tackled the job on 56th street and cactus, bravo.     We just had Floor Dozers take out our tile, carpet and baseboards as a part of our remodel. They were very responsive and helpful from the initial inquiry to estimate to contract to completion of job. They were on time, courteous, and did what they promised. They completed our job in two days vs the estimated 3 or 4 days they originally estimated. Our home was spotless and remarkably dust free when they finished. Great people to work with.

    Floor Dozers met and exceeded our expectations on DUSTLESS flooring removal. We had travertine and glue down hardwood that they were able to get rid of and bring the surface back to smooth bare concrete. They took care to tarp off kitchen and personal belongings and left the job clean. I would recommend this company any day.

    Amazing work! I have had my foundation and remodeling contractors ask who removed my tile because it was such good work, I proudly told them Floor Dozers!     Great experience this morning with Floor Dozers! A 2-man crew came on time and ready to work. They were so efficient that I wish I had done it sooner. I needed old tile and laminate removed. I’ve been procrastinating with the project worried about the mess… No dust and no mess!!!! Cody and Doug left the floor spotless! And my dog who is very shy with strangers loved them:-) The estimate part was easy too and the price was very fair.I will definitely hire them again to do the rest of the house.

    Nick and Shawn were absolutely fantastic. They kept me up to date on their progress. They did a fantastic job clearing all the old tiles and thin set down to the pristine concert floor.     Hired Floor Dozers last minute for a demo that became very dusty unexpectedly. They were able to schedule quickly and take care of the 900 sqft of glued down hardwood within a couple days. They did so efficiently and clean. My tile contractor did not need to do much floor prep before install because of the job they did. Will continue to use them in the future great job!

    Floor Dozers did a ceramic tile removal project for us that involved several areas of our home. They did excellent work in removing the tile safely and keeping the inevitable dust to a minimum. Their prep to safeguard areas of the house that we not being worked on was excellent and kept those rooms clear of demolition dust. In the unprotected areas, their techniques also saved us from hours of cleaning left over dust. I would highly recommend them.

    We used this company for ‘dustless’ removal of tiles. First and foremost, the crew of three was awesome. The three were prompt, courteous, friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. I remember the times when there would be dust everywhere.     A great experience with Floor Dozers in removing all our old tile. Caleb and his partner were very pleasant to deal with. They phoned before to let us know when they would arrive and got right to work. We were a little skeptical with their “dustless” claim but it’s true!! They covered all our counters and erected a temporary wall of plastic sheeting to prevent debris from the rest of the house. They did a super job cleaning everything up when they finished and walked us through the work to ensure we were satisfied. A great job and our thanks.

    We had this service done about a week ago. The crew here was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were helpful for some of the large items. I will say that their removal process is dusty but it is considerably dustless. They do a good covering items but there was still some dust residue. The team was nice and personable.

    Bravo! Bravo! We are so happy we chose Floor Dozers for our dustless tile removal. The 3 men did an exceptional job keeping our personal belongings and existing cabinetry protected during the process by using sheets and plastic. We left our home while they did their job and came back immediately before they went to have some lunch just to lock up. They came back within an hour and knocked out the remainder of the job by 3pm! Brandon led the job and the crew did a fantastic job with communication and timeliness. Having background experience in the flooring industry, Im very picky and particular...so if I had to do this again, I would do dustless tile removal with Floor Dozers!!

    Floor Dozers did the tile removal in my house as part of a complete flooring replacement project. The team was extremely courteous and professional during their visit.Joel, Brandon, Nick, Cody, and Myles were on time and did an amazing job. When they arrived they did a thorough job of explaining the process and how the job was going to go and what I should expect in each phase of the process.The team was able to remove almost 1,100 Sq ft of ceramic tile and thinset in about seven hours.An additional bonus was that Jesse came by and spent some time with me to provide additional detail. Floor Dozers removed 2,300 sq’ of travertine tile and a double coat of thin set WITHOUT leaving a dusty mess. Did this in only 3 days. There was no more dust than on a regular week.     I had a 27 year old ceramic tile floor removed. The thought of having it done, because of the mess and possible damage done to adjacent walls and cabinets, kept us for 10 years from doing it.     This was our first time doing the floors. We were very impressed with Floor Dozers from the first interaction. Cory was friendly and informative and worked us right into the schedule to fit our timeline. He was responsive to all of my questions and returned all calls promptly. Our crew, Joel, Miles,and Ernesto, were fantastic! They were polite, friendly, and respectful of being in someone’s home. They answered any questions I had throughout the day, and had no problem with me coming downstairs to just check out the progress. They draped the counters and any electronics for protection, and also used a microfiber cloth to wipe things down when they were done. There was virtually no or very minimal clean up for me to do after! Be sure to ask specifically about any cost to move appliances so you are fully informed. We were very impressed and pleased and we plan to use them again when we do the upstairs. I have already referred them to someone at work who was looking to do their floors. Coincidentally our flooring installer also recommended Floor Dozers to me, and I said yes we already called them on our own! Highly recommend!!
