Bruce and Ricky are super personable and super thorough. The process took two days because of their attention to detail and craftsmanship which I appreciate. In addition to the great work, they were less expensive than the other outfits in town that have account executives and sales reps. He showed up on the day he said he would and finished when he said he would. Seriously, dont go looking anywhere else. Just call Bruce and dont worry about stressing out and calling other companies. Is 6 stars an option here?

Bruce and his team did the epoxy flooring for our garage and the result is excellent. Ive been searching for a couple of epoxy flooring companies and selected Bruces eventually because the process and materials used are clear. The top layer is polyaspartic which is known for its UV resistance and is ideal for the sunny days in the valley.

Bruce and his crew did an amazing job with our garage. The surface looks beautiful and you can see great care was used when applying the product. We moved in 72 hours after the surface product went down. There was absolutely NO damage or chipping at the garage doorstep from repeated stepping and hand-truck traffic. I was amazed. Bruce told me when we met for the first time that his team and this product was worth waiting for and he was right. To say Bruce was great is an understatement. I coach and we were wanting to redo the the locker room at Campo Verde H.S. and I looked up a few place in Gilbert who did work on concrete floors. We just needed help with properly prepping the floor and not only did he call me back, but he took the time out of his busy schedule to help us prep the floor for painting today. He gave his time and resources to his community and we cant say enough. His prep work saved us hours of time in doing something we dont know anywhere like he does. Ive ready other reviews and his work looks amazing, but if you call East Valley Floor, youre getting quality work from a really great guy who does it right. Even though we will finish the project thru other donations, his help was worth his weight in Gold and I hope that if you are reading this you go with Bruce and East Valley Floor Coatings.

I am writing this review from two angles: (1) What should I consider for the immediate and future quality of my garage floor coating and (2) How did East Valley Floor Coatings perform with materials and labor.(1.1) Consider paying special attention to the bid you receive. Make sure you not only get a top coat of polyspartic, but also get a base coat of polyspartic.- Some installers will use the polyspartic top coat, but use an epoxy base coat. Other installers use epoxy base coat and top coat.- In discussing the pros and cons of polyspartic versus epoxy with Bruce Walter, here are some notable items I considered when choosing my garage floor coating installer:o Polyspartic is a more expensive coating when compared to epoxy and a better quality long-term.o Polyspartic is UV stable, chemical resistant, four times stronger and has elasticity compared to epoxy so it won crack as easy.(1.2) There are limited distributors of the decorative flakes so pick the color you like. As far as I can tell, the longevity of a floor looking brand new is not based on the type of decorative flakes you use. I personally went with the Coyote flakes manufactured by Torginol which are sandwiched between the polyspartic base and top coats. It had brown flakes that matched my driveway pavers and gray flakes that matched my grayish tile in my house.(2) The owner of the company Bruce Walter and his assistant Ricky did an outstanding job of installation and clean up. I highly recommend that you reach out to Bruce and talk to him!

Bruce and his crew are rare find these days. He just finished my garage floor in Queen Creek and just added value to our home. His 5 star rating is well deserved. When the owner shows up and works on every floor, that means something. These guys have integrity which in case you don’t know what it means, he delivers on everything his says, on time and in his 5 star way. I’m a very picking and perfectionist kind of guy, and so is Bruce. Wow. Great job Bruce, worth every penny. Pictures just don’t do it justice. Take my word for it, you won’t find anyone better.
