I want to say a HUGE THANKS to Kacey. You want way out of your way today to make me feel like my opinion mattered to you and your team. Im glad to know that there are still stand up companies like yours in business in my neighborhood.Had a discrepancy between myself and the call center and the pricing upon arrival of the tech, which I paid at that point. I felt a little bit frustrated by it afterward. I posted on here to let them know how i felt about the situation. In response to my post, I was promised a call to attempt to remedy my issues. Kacey called me this morning while I was working and I asked him to call me on my break at 9:30. At 9:31 my phone rang and it was him. He listened to my issues and then went to work on fixing them. He politely called me after work then, as Id asked him to do. We spoke for a few and then he told me he was able to monetarily fix my issues with an amount I felt was fair. Lets be honest here. He couldve told me pound salt, but my business was that important to him. I mean WOW!!! So THANKS again brother!! If I need work done your teams where Ill start for sure!!

Service is excellent. Work performance is excellent. Only issue was, being woken up two hours before the appointment I made. We didn’t expect the bill to be as expensive either. The service representative was polite and professional.

Ive had Roto-Rooter out previously for main line clean out so didnt hesitate to call when our kitchen sink line plugged up past the trap. They got here same day about 3 hrs after I called. Justus (sp?) was very courteous and professional and represented well. He explained everything he expected to do and provided an estimate before he started the work. Also easy to talk to with small talk while he continued to work on the drain. I highly recommend.

A bit of a rocky road at first, but reparations were made quickly. Justice did a fantastic job, given the situation he was handed, and in the end, everything turned out just fine. Management owned up to their expectations of quality, which to me, means a lot. In the end, I am another satisfied customer.That being said, I do understand the trials greener employees. The major issues that lead me to call for service were still completed successfully by our original tech. I sincerely hope that this was merely an opportunity for some higher training for him, to help him acheive the level of quality management and customers expect.
