We’ve used Anderson to service our furnace and a/c since we moved into our home. Their customer service is top notch! With an older system there’s always a little unpleasant news at the end of a tune up, but every tech we’ve had out is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest about what needs immediate attention and what can wait, and what might happen if it waits too long. We never feel pressured into a new system even though ours is ancient. They have a great team, Ben was thorough and personable and answered our questions!

This is a review for Ty S. And Brandon his apprentice for the tankless hot water heater they installed 11/2024. First off, the entire process was amazing, smooth, stress-free, CLEAN, and we are so happy with our purchase!!! We had gotten a lot of quotes and although we paid a little bit more to go with Anderson— we felt so much more comfortable because Ty was so knowledgeable about the product and warranty, and explained to us the pros and cons (there were zero cons!) as well as went through the criteria for going tankless (because not every space can go tankless, there’s specific requirements). We were impressed to say the least. I say if you are thinking about upgrading and going tankless, call them and ask for Ty and Brandon! You won’t be disappointed.

Mike and Mark were great. They are both very friendly and explained everything they were going to be doing so I knew what to expect. The job didnt take long, they cleaned up everything and my place looks just like it did before they got here. The new heater is working fantastically and heating up the place extremely fast. I am very pleased with the job they did and with everyone I have dealt with at Anderson Heating Cooling & Plumbing. I am a member of the Comfort Club and will continue to be a member. Technician Dustin came at 11pm last night to repair our furnace which he did promptly. He arrived within the hour, emailed me all the technical pics & docs of what he found that was wrong since I wasnt there. Furnace was fixed within an hour. I couldnt have fixed it so soon without having the part which he did on his truck. He even save us 50% on the service call & 15% on services rendered today by offering to enroll us in a membership for future services for a year which equated to the same amount as just paying for the one-time repair & service call that we did take him up on the offer. From my experience, very knowledgeable techs & fair company pricing.

Mike K. Was very friendly and informative. He was very thorough going through our old furnace system after we saw sparks come from the old thermostat When we turned the heat on for the first time this year. He replaced the thermostat after everything checked out okay. He checked and cleaned both the AC and furnace. He educated us on using the new thermostat.My only gripe is the outrageous price of the new Thermostat itself. 2 or 3 times more than if I bought one at a box store.I had a bit of sticker shock.The service charges,tune up and cleaning were reasonable prices IMO.Again Mike K. Was pleasant to work with.

I appreciate his flexibility with coming back to my house to collect the final payment and to check in on the installation.Joni and the other two installers were quick and efficient - they arrived at around 9 AM and finished the furnace and air conditioning installation by 4 PM.Overall, it was a great experience working with Anderson, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Id been having issues with my AC and furnace for years. After another company quoted me an ungodly amount to repair both, I reached out to Andersons. Their prices were competitive with the other company, and their customer service is top notch. Office staff is friendly and courteous, and you can always get in touch with someone (even after hours). Service and sales techs are just as kind and have a lot of knowledge on services they provide. I ended up getting a new AC unit and repairs done to my furnace. The work was done in a few hours. I couldnt be happier with the work that was done! A big shout out to Justin, Mike, Gary, William, Joni, and everyone else who I talked to and worked with.

Recently moved into a home and had a concern the first time I turned my furnace on. I called Anderson in the evening and they got somebody out the next afternoon. My technician, Mike K was prompt, professional, and honest. He walked me through the tests they ran and what the results mean, in a way I could easily understand. He was transparent about my ootions, with my furnace and AC unit. They were very busy, but multiple people within the company worked together to get me a quote the same day. Another aspect I would like to acknowledge is they send your technicians information (and even a picture) before they arrive. Being a single woman, thats a very big plus - to know exactly who to expect at your door.

My elderly mothers 30 year old air conditioner finally gave out. The heat in her condo was oppressive. We put in a call to Anderson - John (installation manager) & Billy came over on short notice to assess the situation. They confirmed that the entire unit needed to be replaced. Understanding that my mom is living on a meager fixed income, John committed to affording her every avail discount (senior, vet widow, etc.) to help soften the financial blow. John then committed to send his top team to do the install - the very next morning.The next morning, an outstanding team of installers arrived at my moms condo. Rob, Mike, Zach, Will and Joe - did an outstanding job - taking great care to protect my moms carpets, and cleanup after themselves. After several hours, the new unit fired up and began to cool off my moms condo. The installation team could not have been more caring, understanding, professional, thorough and kind. My family and I are extremely grateful to the entire Anderson team for dropping everything, and coming to the aid of our elderly mother. They all deserve much more than a 5 star review! TY!

Anderson has been servicing my house since I moved in, and not only were they able to get someone out for an inspection next-day, but they were able to completely replace it in 24 hours after determining that it could not be repaired. I even called comparative quotes on the same model from other vendors that would have taken longer and cost more. Rob and Mike are life-savers. Youve got a permanent customer out here.

This last week has been very cold because of all the snow. My furnace started acting up and I could not get my house warm. I called Anderson HVAC late afternoon and Billy was out the next morning.He introduced himself and said he was going to make an assessment and then we would talk. He described what was causing my furnace problem and told me how he was going to fix it. The job was completed in about a half hour. He was very prompt, very courteous and explain things so I could understand. They cost was very reasonable. I Will recommend Billy or any staff member at Anderson HVAC to all my neighbors and friends.

Ethan and Phil came over today to finish a furnace install because my boiler system didn’t seem to keep my house warm. It was only 55 degrees in my house so I had to move my family to stay at my parents house for the past week. These guys came in, did the original job of prepping the furnace install. They went downstairs to look at my boiler system and ended up fixing it! My family can come back home now as my house is warming up like it should have. My Central AC was not cooling and I gave a few cooling/heating experts a call including Anderson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. After the evaluation it was determined I required a replacement. I received a few estimates including one from a competitor which was for over $12,000 and they wished me to have it installed within 36 hours. I felt it was a high pressure sales tactic, so I decided to wait until I heard what Anderson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing had to say and I am glad I did.I had the pleasure of meeting with the Comfort Consultant, Gary Feathers. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and made a great presentation and quite an impression. He informed me of my options and I knew I could place my trust in him. I was very pleased at the estimate (about half of the competitors) and agreed to have the installation proceed.The morning of the installation the service technicians arrived perfectly on time and were very courteous and genuinely cared about making sure my home remained pristine as they traversed my home and yard to get to the furnace and the outdoor unit, paying close attenion to minmally effect my landscaping, which was no small task due to the plants and a tree near the outdoor unit. In fact it looks better now than it dd when they arrived. They removed my old unit, hauled it away, and installed the new one as well as made the necessary modifications to my furnace, installed a new programmable thermostat, and left detailed instructions on its operation.I short, I could not have been more pleased with the entire process from the courtesy of the customer service representative, to meeting with Gary, to the installation of my AC which is now functioning perfectly and efficiently.I give the highest recommendation possible and strongly urge anyone requiring service to save time, worries, and money by giving Anderson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing a call!

Brian was up front and honest about the condition of our out side A/C unit. Nothing could be done it is 22 years and will need replaced probably this year. He did not try and upsell us on parts or any other services. Appreciate his honesty and recommendations.

They provide a picture & bio of your service tech so you know who is arriving at your door.Ryan had to replace my hot water tank. Ryan was very professional, friendly, prompt, efficient and explained everything that was needed and what he was doing. Cleaned the area well after the work was complete. Highly recommend!
